Jeff and his team are awesome! I originally was going to go with one of the bigger companies and was referred to Jeff instead. And boy am I glad I made that decision! He fixed my door for cheaper than they wanted for a diagnostic! I can't recommend him enough!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Jeff answered my call right away, gave me excellent advice on which garage door opener would be appropriate for my needs (saving me an unnecessary expenditure), and set an appointment quickly to do the work. Along with his son, Jeff installed the opener expertly and efficiently at a fair price. They took the time to walk me through the product features. On top of all that, they were both pleasant and friendly and kindly tolerated my dorky husband's sense of humor.

Excellent! I am so impressed. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They made adjustments and my very old garage door opens easily now for only $128. They were so nice and wore masks and observed social distancing. I had used them before years ago and will use them again!

We needed a new door, opener and installation

Replaced two springs, realigned rails, made automatic garage door opener adjustments, repositioned bottom of the door rubber draft piece, lubricated springs and rollers. Recommending for anyone that would need their garage door and or opener repaired or replaced. Father and son team that are friendly, polite and experienced. I showed them what was wrong, they got right to work and less than an hour the garage door is working better than new and very quiet. Thank you Jeff and Jeff

The replacement was fast (maybe 30-45 min) with no complaints at all. I will definitely use him again if I need any help with my garage door in the future.

He came with another gentleman to install the garage door and they wasted no time getting it done. He was thorough, careful, and cleaned everything up. I won't go with a big name company anymore. He supports himself and isn't going to purposely do something that will cost him down the line. We love our door and the warranty that comes with it.

We hired Overhead Orthopedics based on a neighbor's recommendation but the decision was bolstered by the unparalleled, sterling reviews here. Our garage door was slowly getting more and more problematic and it was finally time for some TLC. My original plan was to get the door a general tune-up and I had considered pre-purchasing one from one of the more reviewed garage door guys here. Fortunately, I just had Jeff come out to look first. For $100 he not only inspected all points, but then did the necessary work to address all the problems he found. I doubt I would have received the same attention plus work from the other guys as part of the "general tune-up" pre-purchase. Jeff ended up greasing and adjusting. He replaced bearings, installed a couple new hinges and completely rebuilt the track support structures with new material (see photos). After Jeff's visit, I was struck by how quiet and smoothly the door operated. It was night and day better! Jeff is easy to get ahold of and schedule. He comes out in his truck and has all parts, materials and tools necessary. A couple months later, the door was not coming up and he walked me through how to adjust the sensitivity on the lift motor over the phone. I will not hesitate to call Jeff for the next time. I finally have a "garage door guy."

Our ancient garage door opener was on the fritz. I'd called one company and was told, based on my description of the symptoms, that I needed a new opener. After researching openers, I called Overhead Orthopedics to see if they carried or could get the opener we selected (the company that said I needed one didn't carry the one I wanted) -- Jeff said he could. I explained what our current garage door opener was doing. Jeff said it sounded like a short and talked me through how to figure it out on my own. I called Jeff back after determining that we did indeed have a short and he was at my house twenty minutes later. An hour after that, he had serviced the opener, installed a new capacitor, adjusted the rails and supports that had been poorly installed by the other company when we hired them to install a new garage door, replaced two hinges that had cracked from the stress caused by the lousy installation, and adjusted the door so that it actually opened all the way. It was obvious that he knew how things should have been done in the first place. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain what the problem was and how thorough he was in inspecting the system to make sure he fixed things that could be a problem down the road. If this door opener ever does fail, I will definitely be calling Overhead Orthopedics to do the work.

Scheduling process was smooth and he came out a couple days later. Quickly diagnosed the issue (failing/seized track rollers) and replaced the parts. Performed a couple minor readjustments as well. Gave me a price and then, as I was writing the check, asked if I was an Angie's List member. I hadn't mentioned it previously but said yes, and he then gave me $5 off, even after agreeing to the original price. Not a big deal, but a nice sign of integrity.

Jeff called before arriving, performed work on garage door ie, cleaning, lubing, balancing and also determined the operator was showing signs of going out. He guaranteed his work for 90 days and stated that if any problems arise with the operator requiring a new one, we could apply the money spent on the new installation. He also found an out of production weather insulation strip for the bottom of door and came out Saturday to install that piece. He does a fantastic job, is very reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

I was in a hurry and managed to hit the bottom panel of the garage door with my car. I partially knocked it off the track. I was on my way out of town and figured I'd have to stay home for the weekend since it was Friday afternoon and the door wasn't secure. I searched Angie's List and decided on Overhead Orthopedics. Jeff answered my call and was in my area. He was able to come over the same afternoon and had the door back on the track and put back together in under an hour. He even cleaned the fingerprints off the garage door opener button! He was friendly and professional and saved the weekend. I would recommend Overhead Orthopedics to anyone.

Provided estimate and arrived a few hours after I called. Completed the job quickly and made sure the garage door and opener were in good working order. Excellent job from start to finish. Would definitely hire again.

It was a pleasure doing business with the Door Doctor. No high pressure sales tactics like the big door companies. The spring on our garage door broke during this brutal winter weather. The Doctor came and replaced it with no labor charge since we decided to go ahead and replace the old, rotted wood door. I was sure we would need to replace the door opener as well, but he said that the one we had was fine. It only sounded bad since our old door was so heavy and big. (18 feet wide) We went for a good insulating door. I know we could have gotten a better price, but the service was excellent.

Jeff did a great job and was very helpful. Everything is programmed and working, including my homelink for two universal remotes in my cars. Highly recommend.
