He was very professional, courteous and on time. He seemed very skilled and offered to fix a couple of other things without asking.

Jeff was very professional and friendly from estimate through installation. His prices were comparable to other companies but I simply liked his approach best. He was very communicative throughout the process of procuring the doors. When it became clear that we would have to wait for the doors to arrive, he made a special trip out to the house to install a hinge on one of the old doors to insure it would continue to work until the new doors arrived. He and another person performed all of the work themselves. They arrived on time on the designated day and performed all of the work in one day as promised. The doors were installed perfectly and the clean-up was exceptional (I'd say the inside of the garage looked better after he was done than it did before). Hopefully, these are doors for life, so the best we can do is recommend him to others.

Awesome. I've had them out before -- when our house got hit by lightening and it knocked out one of the openers. He changed out the board on that and did a great job at a very reasonable price, so I had him back. Had a great experience again. He was also right on time.

Spoke with Jeff on Saturday morning and he was at our house within 2 hours to replace the garage opener spring. It couldn't have gone any better. Jeff quoted a price, was professional and fast. GREAT SERVICE!

Came home last night to find the opener not working. I called Jeff this morning at 8 and he was working on the door by 9:30. Had everything functioning within about 30 minutes. And the cost was very reasonable for the work performed.

Jeff was extremely punctual, polite and professional. He responded very quickly, coming to my home within 2 hours of my call and suggested corrections that might save me trouble later, but was not at all insistent that I do the work at this time. He was very detailed in his work, correcting issues that were not part of my reason for the initial call, but that made my garage doors work much better than they had before.I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for garage door service and would definitely use him again, should the need arise.

Jeff Mowery was very easy and knowledgeable to work. His many years in the business were helpful for the selection of our new doors. He worked very hard to install the doors properly and used "better" quality springs during the installation. I would highly recommend this company!!

To start, when I called the company, they actually answered the phone! I described the problem I was having with my garage door and Jeff (the owner) was very gracious and gave me a few suggestions to try. One of these suggestions actually WORKED! He saved me the cash of a service call & the time I would have had to take time off work to meet him. I will definitely call him if I have a bigger problem in the future.

Garage door would not stay closed. Called Jeff and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts on his truck. He adjusted the weather stripping at N/C. Door works great now!

Spring on one of the garage doors broke this weekend. I called Jeff this morning (Monday)at 8:30 after finding this company on Angie's list. Jeff said he'd be here between 10 and 11. He was! He not only fixed the door, but oiled both doors and tightened every nut and bolt on both. Great experience. Nice guy, too. And the price was more than satisfactory. Will call him for the doors on both of our garages from now on.

He resolved the problem as inexpensively as possible.

Jeff was very prompt to call me back on a Saturday morning and would have been there that day had he not been on vacation. He was there on Monday morning in the exact time he promised. The service only took a half hour and the problem was fixed. I appreciated Jeff's honesty in stating that the problem would happen again due to the original setup of the door and his recommendation for a permanent fix. My husband and I plan on using him to correct the much larger problem of the wrong springs! But for now the door works great, thanks to Jeff.

From the very beginning, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable over the phone as well as in person. After giving me a quote over the phone, he came out to measure the old door and check it out. I was given a written estimate, which matched the price given over the phone, and a written invoice on the day of service (exactly matching the estimate cost). He was able to have the new door installed within 2 days of my call. He was upfront, honest, and urged me to call if I experienced any problems. He even wiped the door down and touched up some dings with the matching paint. Jeff was here for several hours and really took his time with the work.

He was fast, courteous and seemingly inexpensive. We made an appointment, set a time and he was there the same day.

Jeff returned our call quickly and came around to take a look at our garage door. He gave us options as to what we could do to fix the door, rather than just telling us that we needed to actually replace our garage door (which is what others told us). He said that needed to get an additional part in order to be able to fix the door. He then returned the next day at the time he said he would return and fixed the door. All in all we were very happy with Jeff and his work. Our door works great! We would certainly hire him again!

The owner set up an appointment at our convenience and showed up when he said he would. He replaced the broken spring and recommended replacing the other one as well seeing that it was the same age as the broken spring. He also lubricated everything and made sure the door was in good working order. The estimate he gave me over the phone was right on the mark. His work was high quality and fast!

The technician showed up at the time he said he would and knew what the problem with my garage door was right away. It was a good overall experience.

Jeff was easy to schedule, was here exactly when he said he would, was polite and most importantly got the job done in little more than 20 minutes. He also lubricated and adjusted both of my doors. They run a lot more quietly now.

Jeff answered my phone call and arranged to come at 1:00. He was a few minutes early. He is a truly delightful gentleman who has worked on my garage door through the years as well as family and friends garage doors. Without exception, everyone has been completely pleased and felt that his prices are quite reasonable. I would never use anyone else!

One of the garage door springs broke on a Friday evening. I called several places but most were closed for the weekend. I called overhead orthopedic and Jeff said he would be able to fix the garage door on Saturday. We set up for him to come between noon and 1 pm. We had a couple of inches of snow Saturday morning yet he arrived at the scheduled time, replaced the springs and fixed the guidewire and did an overall inspection of the garage door. We were very pleased with his work.

We were very satisfied with the service we received. Jeff was very professional and we felt safe around him (we have a small child). He seemed to go above what we expected of him.

Jeff called before he came, and was punctual and polite. He's not afraid to get dirty. He crawled under the garage door, that was stuck partially open, and put the cable back in place and lubricated it. Good service and reasonably priced.
