The serviceman (James) was excellent. Unfortunately he discovered that the previous Dial One Hour serviceman didn't complete the job on my humidifier, and left the rubber water supply house broken and the water turned off. So basically I've been running my furnace with no humidifier for the past year.

After HVAC failure In morning, One Hour Rep arrived at expected time & debugged problem. Multiple items failed at high cost. Discussed options. Homeowner agreed to replace 15.2 yr old furnace. Replacement scheduled for 10:00 am next day. Rep was here ~ 1.5 hrs. Homeowner is extremely pleased with plan!

When my heat went out, One Hour Heating Cooling came to my home and diagnosed the problem as a faulty heat exchanger rendering my furnace unsafe. One Hour installed my system but I had not used One Hour the last 4 years for service but was told by their technician they would honor my 10 year warranty (on my 9 year old furnace) if I could show paperwork that the furnace had been regularly serviced by another company. I had the records so the new equipment was ordered and the work ($1000+) was completed at no charge to me other than the original service charge of $89. Over the course of 3 days, Temarcus, Dennis, Ryan & Frank all came to my home and got everything up and running well. Highly recommend One Hour Heating Cooling.
