The contempt the employees had for their job was breathtaking. It's insulting when you let strangers come into your home and disrespect you by performing an incredibly sloppy job. Initially, they refused to replace the output box connected to the air handler. I told them it was part of the job and they angerly placed it. It fell apart minutes after they left (I took many pictures). They were forced to return and fix the job. I later complained but never heard back from leadership. This makes sense: weak and ineffectual leadership lends to the caliber of employees sent to my house. Regardless of how shiny the salesman is, the installers are who that matter. I have no doubt the job done at my house and the poor leadership behind it will invariably adversely effect your home and family. Customer beware.

I have been using them for 12 years. They were reliable. Technician were knowledgeable. They stood behind their product.

They did an excellent job and we have had this man who comes out represent the company very well. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely continue to use them.

They did a very good job but they are a bit expensive.

They scheduled to come out Saturday 6/13/20 between the hours of 8-10. No one showed up, no one called. I called their number 317-992-1733 multiple times. On my last call the guy was rude and sarcastic. Monday I called again and asked to have the manager call me. No call. Very unprofessional company, do not waste your time.

They did a great job, very professional. The guy that gave us the quote was very honest and fair. We were very happy.

Prefect transaction; they listened to my needs , met them perfectly, and offered very flexible financing. Product, price, performance and professionalism ..what else is there? they were my first call in 2012 for a new furnace and my first call today for my new a/c system.

Austin did a thorough job of checking the furnace out, as far as I could tell. He did not rush thru it. The inspection was part of a semi-annual inspection contract which I have felt is over priced. I don't remember the exact cost, but I believe it was over $ 300 for two inspections, one for the furnace and one later for the air conditioner. It does not cover parts, but is supposed to get you a discount on them. The servicemen appear to be competent. There was a scheduling snafu in that they called me to schedule the inspection which they always give as 4-hour window, not a 1 -hour window. They do call a half hour or so before the serviceman's arrival to give you a better "heads - up". When I called to see where he was, I was re-directed 3 or four times over 20 minutes or so, including to someone in Houston, Texas who re-directed me back to Indiana where I am. Then they couldn't find any record of a scheduled service call, and said I wasn't on the schedule. So it was then ? re ? -scheduled between 8 and 12 the next morning and he got here around 9 AM.

Very well. He went ahead and did an inspection at the same appointment for quote on duct cleaning which saved time on a separate cleaning furnace inspection appointment. He pointed out a few issues to be aware of in the future. Contract renewal was the only cost which included inspections through this year.

Blower went out on furnace. Decided to get a new furnace. They replaced the furnace and AC unit on the same day as the service call.
