WOW! Awesome work! Great Company! I would highly recommend NuSash Windows. Every aspect of my experience was exceptional.

Everyone at Nu-Sash was a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied. This is the second time in 10 years I have had Nu-Sash do work. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else for any type remodeling.

It took Nu-Sash 4 months to begin our siding project. We were told by the salesman that Nu-Sash had it's own crew of installers. Not true. Project finally began in December, old siding was removed from 1/4 of the house only to discover that the wrong siding was delivered giving 2 weeks exposure of the house. 2nd shipment of siding delivered, wrong siding again. We ordered a 4 inch reveal to match the original siding design. Ended up with a 6 inch reveal just to get the siding work done! The finish on the siding is suppose to be a baked on custom color that has a 15 year warranty. The siding is easily marred and we still do not have a written warranty from Nu-Sash. When the sub-contractor was ready to caulk, Nu-Sash sent over the wrong color that looked green against the flag blue siding. The sub-contractor picked up and paid for the correct caulk color out of his own pocket. Nu-Sash got the final payment from Greentree Finance company without our signing the release of lien.

This project was supposed to take 10 days and took over 1 year to complete. Multiple problems occurred and response was very poor; they would come out and say they were going to fix the problems but then would go away and not do anything til we called them multiple times. We even had a home inspector write a report and talk to Joe McKee and got an agreement on what needed to be done to fix the problems. They never could remedy the huge problem of standing water under the room which was created by their poor workmanship in preparing the grounds for construction. We finally had to get a landscape company in to do the work--we have billed McKee for this work, but they have not responded. We probably will have to take them to small claims court to collect the monies due to us to fix their probs. Many of the probs were in the finish detail of the room, but this water problem was huge and they could not get it fixed. We are very unhappy with this company and would not recommend.

Called several times to get an appointment for replacement of 13 windows. Phone staff was rude, unprofessional, and sounded adolescent. We never felt comfortable with the presentation and or explanation of work or product. Price was lowest around yet for obvious reasons. Called months later to get an estimate on another property. They never returned our calls. I have never heard a good thing about this company. Disappointing.

The salesman arrived promptly and showed us his product line. He gave incorrect information and quoted us the highest price of all companies we contacted. His windows were vinyl and his price was higher than for wood or fiberglass. He would not negotiate. "This is my price." Several weeks later the sales manager called to "check in" and offered to lower the price. Not soon enough or low enough. We did not go with the lowest price we received.

I like the product and felt like the quality and reputation of Nu-Sash is good, in general. I paid a premium price for a premium product. I was not satisfied with the caulking on the finish, they didn't take care of it for a long time, and I went in circles with the man who was in charge. Then they changed management and I feel confident that the new people are going to take care of everything. Other than that everything was great, and we are very satisfied with the product.

While they were not able to do the work I had called about they were very helpful in answering questions about the proposed project in general and in directing us to those who might handle what we needed done. I was very impressed by the professionalism and the willingness to help, even after determining that they would not be able to do the job.

THE WINDOWS ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY HAVE TWO LOCKS ON THEM. THE COMPANY'S EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED. THEY DID NOT DO ANOTHER HOUSE UNTIL THEY WERE FINISHED WITH MINE. I WOULD REFER THIS COMPANY.

They sent out a team of two to take full measurements and discuss what we wanted. They had fantastic pictures. They even prepared an full scale drawing. The quote was complete and the product was entirely stick built. They followed up but were not pushy at all. In the end we decided not to go through with the addition but we would have used McKee in a second. If you want a sunroom which will last and actually add value to your home, this is the company for you.

We wanted an estimate for a 16x12 room addition to our home. The salesperson came to go over the options, etc. He verbally ballparked a price for us that was within our budget of around $25-27,000. When the actual written estimate arrived with a different salesperson, it was $37,500! The estimate & drawings did not reflect details of our inital meeting.The price also did NOT include painting or flooring. We negotiated a few changes, but the price only decreased by approximately $3000. We decided to go with a custom builder instead-the total cost including painting & flooring ended up being $32,000 for a 13 1/2 x 16 room. While we felt the McKee staff were friendly, we were disappointed in the price and the miscommunication.

Went to business last Saturday as hours were posted on Angie's list as open Saturday. Business is open only Mon-Fri until 1900. Went there this last Monday and the business is closed at 1700. Called the toll free number and spoke with a gentleman who says the showroom is most often not open anymore, but they still do the work. He took my name and number. I received no follow up phone call the next 2 days. I left another more pointed message on Wednesday evening. It is now Friday at 1700 with no message even to say they would WANT our business. McKee was a strong candidate based on Angie's List comments and our own free estimate from them a couple years ago. They will not get our business now.

We could not be happier with the quality of materials and workanmanship, price, and the attentiveness of the owner, Joe McKee, and his entire crew. After being ripped off by another local company, we had McKee come to give us an estimate. A detailed quote for the work to be done was provided. The quality of the finished work was outstanding. The job was completed on time and the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves daily. We made a few changes during the project and never had any resistance from McKee and the price was fair. The windows, doors, and siding all look great and we have had no problems since the work was completed six months ago. Joe Mckee made changes to the contract that we requested and knowing that we had been ripped off by the first company we hired, would not take any money up front for the project. I would not hesitate to recommend McKee Sunrooms for any window, siding, deck, sunroom remodel or door project.

LOVE IT! BEAUTIFUL!! COZY!! CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WORKED SO HARD -- DID NOT WANT TO STOP FOR LUNCH OR BREAKS. SALESPERSON GREAT.

McKee's was extremely flexible in working with us to achieve a look we felt was compatible with our home. We are very happy with the resulting sunroom and with the quality of both the materials used and the workmanship performed. Working with the McKee team was a positive experience and we would use them again, as well as give our recommendations to future customers.

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH CUSTOM-MADE BOW WINDOW, ROOFING, SIDING, ETC. DRYWALL WORK BELOW AVERAGE. SALES PEOPLE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THE NU-SASH SALESPERSON, BILL HEIGHTON, ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT. THE NU-SASH WINDOWS HE SHOWED US WERE WELL-MADE AND IMPRESSIVE. WE HAD CALLED NU-SASH BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING A SALE AND JUST WANTED TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THE SALE PRICE WAS $7200, BUT WAS ONLY GOOD FOR A LIMITED TIME. WE TOLD HIM WE WERENT WILLING TO COMMIT WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD AND ASKED WHAT THE "REGULAR" PRICE WOULD BE FOR THE SAME WINDOWS. HE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT AND GAVE US A QUOTE OF $11,000.

WE HAD MCKEE SUNROOMS ENCLOSE OUR PATIO SCREENS WITH NO-SASH WINDOWS AND INSULATE OUR DECK FLOOR LAST WINTER AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB! JOE MCKEE FOLLOWED UP WITH EVERYTHING HE SAID THEY WOULD DO. THE END PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD AND WE HAVE GOTTEN A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE WORK. WE HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK TO CORRECT A COUPLE OF LOOSE FITTING SCREENS AND THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE CURRENTLY ARE HAVING THEM BACK TO ADD A HEATER TO THE SUNROOM AND INSULATE OUR CEILING.

ALTHOUGH I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT READY TO PURCHASE FOR OVER A YEAR, A REP VISITED ME. HE ARRIVED 20 MINUTES LATE FOR A 30 MINUTE APPOINTMENT AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR.

WORKERS WERE FAIRLY PROMPT AND VERY POLITE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK WITH ME AND GET THE DETAILS OF WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. THE SALESMAN, BRETT, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO SEE THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. IF THERE WAS A DESIGN FLAW OR A MISSED DETAIL, IT WAS PROMPTLY TAKEN CARE OF. THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL! WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THE PORCH/DECK TURNED OUT. GOOD WORKMANSHIP - STRAIGHT LINES, SQUARED ANGLES, ETC...

INSTALLER SHOULD INTRODUCE HIMSELF BY NAME NOT JUST BY THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR.

THEY WERE A MONTH LATE AND WHEN THEY DID SHOW UP THEY TORE OUT MY FRONT DOOR AND THE DOOR THAT THEY HAD DID NOT FIT. THE DOORS THAT THEY BROUGHT WERE NOT WHAT I BOUGHT. THE DOORS THAT I ORDERED COST AROUND $300 AND THE DOORS THAT THEY CAME WITH WERE ONLY AROUND $200 DOORS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD RE-ORDER THE DOOR AND THEN GAVE ME A DATE, AGAIN THEY SHOWED UP A MONTH LATE. THEY FINALLY GOT THE DOOR IN AND THEY DID GIVE 2 OR 3 HUNDRED DOLLARS OFF, BUT IT WAS NOT ENOUGH. I HAD NO WAY TO LOCK UP MY HOUSE FOR 2 OR 3 MONTHS. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I HAD MY WINDOWS REPLACED A FEW AT A TIME OVER A THREE YEAR PERIOD. I DID HAVE A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK AND PRODUCT, BUT THESE PROBLEMS WERE TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY AND TO MY SATISFACTION. THE ONLY GLARING WEAKNESS I EXPERIENCED WAS THAT THE OFFICE PERSONNEL OFTEN DID NOT KNOW THAT THE WORK IN THE FIELD WAS EITHER ONGOING OR FINISHED. OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WINDOWS AND WORKMANSHIP.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY VERY RELIABLE. MATT AND KEVIN WERE THE TWO WORKERS AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB.
