They did a pretty good job. I wish they were more consultative. After getting the job I think there were other things I wish they advised me about as lawn experts. I guess I cant complain. I did get what I paid for.

I called about the $79 coupon offer and was put on the list. They aerated by location, but they would not do job with the ground being so dry because I would not get a good/deep aeration. They then called me a day or two before they planned to come out -- after the rains. Arrived, verified the yard boundry and performed the lawn aeration. No problems

We heard about them from TV commercials. We were interested to hear about the product that would be safe for pets. Sometimes, pets die from cancer attributed to lawn treatments. They take care of it for us and leave a note on the door. They come when they're supposed to and get done in a timely manner. Our lawn looks great. We're happy with the price we pay. We really like companies that offer discounts when you pay in advance.

I haven't been pleased with them lately. They miss some spots in the lawn sometimes. Last summer when they did it, they burnt the lawn when they were there.

They always call before they come out to treat my lawn. They always leave a note to say what they did if I'm not home. My only problem I've had with this company is they did a treatment for weeds, but the weeds still have not died off.

The service man told me that he could not remember if he had treated an area by the sidewalk close to the front door. He came back and stated that he had remembered that he had in fact not treated this area lawn. He treated the lawn and the grass was killed. I called them back numerous times. The receptionist was very patient. After some phone calls they came back and claimed that they have previously come out and put down grass seed. They ruined the grass. I had beautiful grass and I requested that they re sod and they refused. I had all Kentucky Blue Grass sod and that is what they destroyed.

They do a great job! I've used them for years! They are very punctual.

We called back after the application asking if the technician had looked at the brown spots. Jerry came out to look at the lawn and diagnosed brown spot and red thread fungus. Given the spring we have had, this is no surprise. We have no problem with the diagnosis, but we feel the lawn service should alert us to problems, not react after we have alerted them (and had to ask twice). We did what they told us to do; bag cuttings and clean the mower after each use. Problem persisted. They then put down fungicide, but after three weeks the problem still exists, now we have brown powder on our shoes/feet from the fungus when we walk in the yard. They mentioned coming back out to apply fertilizer to help the fungus grow out more quickly after the fungicide application. This has not happened. We called again today.

They are very professional. I had a dispute about one of my bills and they took care of it. They have a senior citizens discount as well.

I called several companies including this one not sure of who to go with. I received an estimate in my mailbox within a few days and had decided to go with this company because price was more reasonable the the others. I didn't meet the technician because I was at work but my boyfriend said when he woke up he could hear them working outside. My boyfriend normally takes care of fertilization of the yard so he is more of a guru about it than I am. He said that they did a really good job! I will definitely use them again. Grub control is what we will definitely need in the spring! Thanks again!

I hired them because they said they could come out the next day, Sat., to aerate my lawn. I spent the whole day at home, in the house, waiting. Their office is closed, and there was no one to call. When I called on Mon., they were unaware that no one had shown up and showed no concern. We rescheduled for Tues. I asked that I be called in the morning with an approximate time. At 9:30, I called because I hadn't heard from anyone. The office gal said she'd call the lawn guy and get back to me. At 11:00, she called back and said ''yes, I was on his list'', but she didn't know what time he would be here. There seems to be absolutely no communication between the office and the workers, and no one seemed concerned about inconveniencing me.

Have total fertilization/weed control package. They called about scheduling the aeration and were able to come on our preferred date. Completed the work without any issues.

We had prepaid them to do fertilization, weed control, and mosquito control for our home and a rental property we have. We then also prepaid for a tree service for the same services through them. They have lost the records completely for the rental property. We started to notice that neither of the properties have been serviced. They then held the check for the tree service, later we found they were holding the check for a few questions they had while the trees got aphids and other issues that come along with not being treated. It has just been a mess.

Job 1: They came out to give an estimate and they were very nice and helpful. I hired them toward the end of the season, but they were able to do three treatments and also aerate and over-seed my lawn. So far, it's been nice. I will know more next spring when the grass comes back. Job 2: So far, we have had a great experience. Our lawn looks excellent! We only had one lonely dandelion on our yard this spring. Great service.

They are superb. They are from Fishers and they still come over here. They are very good in price. I like them don't have to call them. They are very reliable. Price is for one year.

My lawn has never looked as good as it does now! The grass is green and thick with not a hint of weeds. Naturescape was cheaper than everyone else I contacted and very professional.

I was getting estimates from about 4 service providers to see what my options were for an entire year's worth of treatments. I never asked Naturescape to perform any service, and in fact had made up my mind and called another company (not listed on Angie's List). Nonetheless, I woke up this morning with a bill from Naturescape on my front door and the first treatment on my lawn. I called and told the woman in the office, that I did not authorize the treatment and she argued with me very rudely, saying she "distinctly remembered" me ordering the service. I did not order it, and explained that to her. I said I would not pay, but she said they would bill me anyway. She eventually talked to the owner who authorized comp-ing the treatment. Nonetheless, I never do business with companies who perform work that I do not authorize, and then have someone who argues with me (the customer) that I could not possibly be right. Thanks but no thanks.

They did take a week to come out, but they had good prices, and I would consider hiring them in the future.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE THEY'VE GIVEN US. THEY DON'T BADGER FOR EXTRA SERVICE.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN QUITE GOOD. WE HAVE USED SEVERAL OTHER LAWN TREATMENT SERVICES, AND WE ARE MOST PLEASED WITH NATURESCAPE.

WE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2003 AFTER LETTING OUR LAWN GO TO WEEDS BASICALLY. WE HAVE USED THE 5 TREATMENT PROGRAM EACH YEAR, AND OUR LAWN LOOKS GREAT. I PREPAY EARLY IN THE SEASON TO GET A DISCOUNT, AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY COME OUT. LAST YEAR I THOUGHT THEY SPREAD THE FIRST 3 TREATMENTS OUT A LITTLE FAR APART, AND THEN APPLIED THE LAST 2 TREATMENTS 2 WEEKS APART. THIS YEAR THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE GETTING OUT FOR THE FIRST TREATMENT, BUT NO HARM DONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO NEIGHBORS.

JERRY ALWAYS CALLS THE NIGHT BEFORE THEY COME TO REMIND ME TO KEEP MY DOG INSIDE. MY LAWN IS LOOKING BETTER AFTER JUST ONE YEAR.

MY LAWN IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. A COMPETITOR CAME BY TO GET ME AS A CUSTOMER, AND REMARKED THAT MY LAWN WAS ''LUSH AND FULL.'' THEIR PRICE WAS CONSIDERABLY MORE.
