It is going well. We signed up for seasonal mowing. They come every 7-10 days. Office personal is great and always call back if needed. They have online bill pay which is great.

hit my stakes in yard survey keep out signs then backed up in my yard on one of them riders I don't know why they were not doin my yard- next door? what ever they treated her yard with my yard has I don't think they are to do that .and hope never again.

It went good. They were on time and professional.

We;ve had some problems lately that haven't been addressed, such as weeds that they are not removing when they come out.

I wanted him to come back to re-do the dandelion treatments and the guy they sent out got in the daisy bed and killed all my daisies. I asked them to send out a manager to take a look at what happened and they sent out a young guy who claimed he was the manager and didn't know a tulip from anything and said that he'd have to talk to his manager about this and I never heard back from anyone. I have decided to give them up as my lawn fertilizer company. The head man has now come out and apologized profusely for the situation and has made everything right.

I would probably try someone else because they did not completely satisfy me.

I decided to use them again because I was satisfied with their work, they did a good job. What stool out to me the most the first time I used them, was that I saw a progress of not having a lot of mosquitoes. The price was good the first time because I was paying less.

They come out like 4 times a year. They start in June and finish in October. I have been using them for 3 years. I think I pay about $240 because I have a pretty big back yard., it is for them coming out 4 times a year. I don’t have any problem with them, they are pretty good. I used to have mosquitoes bad before they started coming out and it had really been better since they have been coming out. They are very responsive. They don’t call and let me know when they are coming out.

They are pretty good. They are very dependable and it works, I don’t have as much mosquitoes as I used to.

They came to spray our lawn right before it rained. That was the main thing. They came on the late rains of when they said they would come.

I've got the yearly package. I have a big problem with the fact that the weeds and stuff, when they spray, you always have to sometimes call them back and tell them to come back and apply another application. They normally just come out and apply or put whatever they are going to do and then they are gone.

I'm sure I got my money's worth.....NOT, Naturescape came a few days ago the morning of our heaviest frost. I had to tell the tech he couldn't do the application or walk on the frost. He said Naturescape would call to reschedule. No call and they showed up this morning (11/12) during the wind advisory and did their application. I should have read the reviews on Angie's List prior to hiring this company.

It was good. When I had a problem I called them but they were busy. They said they would call me back in 72 hours but they never did. I started using them in the summer of 2014. The price was good.

I was hesitant from the beginning about purchasing this because I read many reviews stating that they weren't sure if the company had ever come or not. I should have gone with my instinct. I called the company before purchasing it, and asked if they could schedule a specific block of time when I would be home. The lady answering the phone told me no. I decided not to go with them, but then decided to call back and speak to the manager. Before I talked to the manager, the lady answering the phone told me that she had already spoken to him and we COULD block out a time. We have a toddler and dog and are always in our yard, so this was very important for me. They came the day before our scheduled time, and left a note on the door with the time they had come and a sign in the yard. Because of this, it prevented us from grilling out that night as planned. This doesn't seem like a big deal I know, but we are working parents with a toddler so planning family dinners nightly is essential. The application DID work very well the first time. The second time they came with no notice during a time it was scheduled to rain for a week. The application did not work, for obvious reasons. The last time, I called in advance and left a message saying that we would be out of town and did not want the application done until we returned. I never received any call back as I requested, and they did come while we were on vacation, although there is no way they did the service as they stated, because our fence was locked the entire time were gone. The majority of our yard is fenced in with a 6 foot privacy fence. I called after we got home from vacation because we got a bill, and I never heard back. My husband called and left a very angry message because we were charged a service charge for not paying the bill while we were on vacation, and he never heard back. This company will take your money, not do the service, and definitely does not care about you or the quality of the job they do. I am paying the bill, including the service charge today, because I have never not paid a bill. I am paying for a service I did not get.

Everything went just fine. No problems-- did just what they said they would do

We pay for the whole season a moth ahead to get $25 off and it is for five or six applications. We have used them for several years now. They are fine with the pricing. I don’t know what their schedule is and they don’t call before they come, they always leave a slip of what they did. In fact, this is the fourth year that we have used them.

Called on Tuesday, June 10, and asked if they could provide the Mosquito Control that they advertise. They confirmed that they could send someone out that same week. Nothing. Called on Friday around noon when I still hadn't heard anything from them. They confirmed that someone would be out that afternoon to take care of us. Nothing. Called on Tuesday, June 17, and told the woman on the phone the situation. She took my number and said someone in charge would call back and take care of us. Nothing. What a joke. Wish I could have back the 20 cumulative minutes I spent on the phone.

We've been client of them for two years. At the end of the second year, during aeration, they damaged our fence and left a note claiming they would get it repaired. After several months, they stated that they could not find someone to repair the fence and offered a full season of free services. When we followed up this Spring, the manager told us that they would now offer a free aeration and subsequently has not returned any calls. We will not be client for a third year!

Paid for Aeration/Tree-shrub fertilization/overseeding service on 9/30/13 online; called in late October as service had still not been completed. Naturescape employee apologized for the oversight and said we were on the list for the next day. A week came and went, no service. Called to request a refund, which was agreed by a different Naturescape employee. That was over a week ago and credit card has still not been credited. Avoid this provider, they have three strikes with me as far as I'm concerned. They have major scheduling/office problems based on the lack of service being provided, misinformation about when it would be provided, and lack of a prompt refund.

They answered our questions and assured us they would be helping us the most efficient way possible. They are very professional and customer oriented. They are very economical. The prices are competitive and comparable.

They performed the services on three separate occasions. On one occasion they left the notice informing me they performed the service. The notice had an amount due of $29. Thinking I owed the invoice, I sent them the $29. I had already paid them for the services up front so they returned my $29 check to me.

ALL I CAN SAY IS A BAD EXPERIENCE

I received a flyer in the mail and ordered the five fertilizer/weed application and lawn aeration. I sent a check in for the services in December, 2011. The flyer had a special of $25.00 off savings for past customers. (They had previously aerated my lawn.) The total for the two services equaled $238.00 minus the $25.00 special. This brought the total to $213.00. I contacted the company in March to begin the fertilization/weed killing and aeration. The aeration was completed and they fertilized only in early March. I was told they could not apply weed killer at that time. I was a bit confused since I know that you need to apply the pre-emergent crab grass control in early spring. A bill was left on my doorknob. I contacted the company and was told the person responsible for taking care of the payments wasn't available and that it probably wasn't posted yet. This was strange since it didn't make sense that it would take three months for my payment to show up in their records. I contacted the company again in early April about the weed control. They sent someone out to spot treat weeds. No pre-emergent crabgrass control was ever applied. They finally came out in late April to do a weed and feed. Again, another invoice was left on my doorknob. (It was also marked as Lawn Application1, but it was actually the second application.) At this point I realized I'd made a mistake in hiring this company. Poor record keeping equals a mismanaged company in my opinion. Plus, my lawn did not appear as healthy as when we fertilized ourselves, and we've had to purchase and apply additional week killer. I decided to allow them to complete the remaining three services this summer but not renew for next year. I received a bill in the mail dated May 31. I contacted the company to tell them that I'd already paid in December. I was told I'd need to call back again to talk to someone else. I refused and left my name to be contacted. The next day a woman called and stated that I'd have to send a copy of the check. At this point I was very frustrated, but I emailed the check copy along with a note stating I wanted to suspend the services and expected a refund for services not performed. A manager contacted me a few days later apologizing for the problems. He offered a free service, but I requested a refund instead. He agreed to do this. I have NOT received a refund for the three remaining applications. I would NOT recommend using Naturescape.

When I moved into my house, there were more dandelions than grass. After their first treatment, all of the dandelions were taken care of. I was very thankful for this and so were my neighbors. They offer to come-out anytime, for no additional charge, if there are any additional weeds. I have been using them for exactly one year.

They ruined my front yard. The guy came to the door and said that he couldn’t remember if he treated my front yard or not and he said he was going to come back in a week to see if he could tell. Before he left he told me that he remembered that he hadn’t done it so he would go ahead and do it. He did it but it was a mistake because he had already done it. The grass was all burnt up and I developed a crop of weeds in front of my front door. I called them over and over again and asked them to do something about it. In the end, after many months, they said they had come out and sprinkled grass seed on the ground. I wanted them to sod it so it would be back the way it was. I called them every month because every month they would send me advertisements. I asked to be taken off of the list but I still get mail from them. It is a poorly run company and they don’t make good on their mistakes. I asked them to call me before they treated my yard because I have a dog but they never did.
