N-Hance

Daniel arrived to assess the work, describe the procedure, and write an estimate. In a week he came and did a "test run" to show us how the cabinets would look when he was finished, using a drawer as an example, took less than an hour. It was very impressive. In another week he came to do the work and the work took two days roughly as we have a large amount of cabinetry in the kitchen. When he was finished, the cabinets looked stunningly wonderful and we were more than satisfied with the work and the price for it all. Not only does he do the finishing on the cabinets, the price included cleaning the cabinets and surfaces, removing all the knobs and replacing them, and clean-up of the area in a most agreeable manner, i.e. I didn't even have to sweep or wipe the counters as he did all that before he left. The whole process was easy, convenient, non-stressful, and I would recommend Daniel in a heartbeat to anyone hoping to give their much-loved cabinets a face lift. The price was in keeping with the large amount of cabinets we have, maybe half again or twice again what a normal kitchen would have.

We were very impressed with his work. The cabinets look brand new and the house was 18 years old at the time.

I removed all the hinges, pulls, and knobs before they arrived. I also cleaned them and repainted them black the color they were before. N-hance normally just tapes the hinges off and finishes around them. I didn't want that so I removed everything and had all the doors and drawers out and cleaned before they arrived. N-hance had three people here and they started about 9:00 A. M. They started sanding and as soon as they got far enough ahead two of them started apply the new finish on the doors and drawers outside. The third person, the foreman, started sanding the cabinets on the wall. When the sanding was done inside the foreman brought in an air filter system and a second paint sprayer. By the time the inside finishing was done the two outside had finished the doors and drawers and had cleaned up everything outside. They then came inside and helped the foreman clean up. They left around 5:00 P. M. There was hardly any over spray and almost no odor. Two days later I installed the hinges, pulls, and knobs Put the drawers back in and the cabinet doors back on. They looked brand new. About a month later I had a spot by one of the cabinet pulls that the top clear finish had come off. One phone call and we set up an appointment and it was repaired. I am very pleased with the results. I feel they were overpriced, but I'd rather pay too much and be satisfied then pay too little and have my cabinets ruined!

Called and scheduled an appointment per normal. Provider cancelled without rescheduling. Said they would call back to reschedule but didn't. When I called back eventually to reschedule, they had zero flexibility to work around my schedule after I worked around theirs for initial appointment. I guess on the bright side, these guys must be good to be able to turn away business like that.

I was very pleased with the results of this process. Jeff and Frank did a very good job. My thirty year old cabinets look new.

Arrived on time. Very reasonably priced. 2 guys did the job in approximately 6 hours. Great work, cabinets look great! No odor & dry to touch immediately. Would use again.

It went fine. There where some areas that required a second trip to get them right, but that was done cheerfully and promptly.

I was a little disappointed in the prep work. When they were almost done they did not fill in the nail holes or caulking. The finished paint and job was not uniform. We called back and they spent another whole day refinishing and repainting the cabinets.

It went very well overall. they were very friendly and efficient. The cabinets look like great. The process was neither smelly or messy. there were two men that were sent out. the first one did most of the work. the second man was either texting or reading emails on his phone several times when I came in the kitchen. However I did not sit in the kitchen and watch them. I think one man could have performed the work effectively and still have completed the work the same day. I do plan to have them return and reface a Master Bath.

I am very pleased with the end results. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and the attention to detail that the technicians, Jeff and Brandon, performed was exceptional. They were very punctual and courteous and were always willing to answer my questions. They did a great job during the process and with the cleanup. All of the cabinets and window sills look amazing!

We had an initial estimate from another company that told us that we would need to completely replace our cabinet fronts, due to the fact that our cabinet stain color was no longer fashionable/available. Their estimate was around $30,000. NHance came in and resurfaced/restored our existing cabinetry without replacing anything. They matched (EXACTLY) our other surfaces. 6 months have passed and I have seen no evidence of deterioration of color or finish. I am extremely pleased.

We're very pleased with the end result. Cabinets look almost brand new! All members of the company we dealt with acted in a professional manner and were very courteous and respectful of our needs. Would definitely use them again!!

Over all, it was a strong sales pitch. I was stunned with the estimate and decided it was too much money for the service.

It was very nice to find a contractor who was prompt, quick with his estimate and honest enough to recommend someone else refinishing our floor. If we decide to go with the expense of having our cabinets recolored, we will absolutely consider nhance.

NHance came out to look at our hardwood floors. They were very straightforward, fair and honest about what they could and could not do for us. They should lots of real photos of their work that not only showed how well they could do they also pointed out the things that could not be fixed. We were very impressed but due to the wear on our floors we opted to do a full sand and refinish. If our floors would have been in better shape we would have used NHANCE.

We have scheduled them to do the actual work next month. I think they were perfectly responsible in getting back with the quotes and there were no issues with it. I think they got back within a few days. We contacted them several times and they did a pretty good job of answering the call.

Nhance gave us an estimate in March of 2009 for approximately $4,600. We felt at the time that it was a little pricey and were looking at other alternatives. In January of 2010 we received a letter discounting their services of 20% which we decided to take advantage of. Daniel & Jeff came out for 2.5 days to refinish our cabinets and windows. They were very prompt, cleaned up each day, and professional. We are very pleased with the wood finish. The plus was no smell or dust and our 25 year old cabinets look new again. We would highly recommend them!

My floor was very tired and dull, but otherwise in pretty good shape - it needed a boost to give it some life. We were renovating the entire room and decided that we needed to take the extra step and re-do the floors as well. I did not have time to deal with sanding, did not want the mess, and quite frankly my floors didn't need it. So I explored other options. I spoke with NHance at the Home Show and compared their process to others' processes. Decided I liked their fume-free (I have a dog and a bird), and dust-free process. Daniel came to the house and provided what I viewed as a very reasonable estimate ($400 for a 16X13 room). They worked with our schedule - which involved coordinating between other contracted work that was being done in the room. Daniel and an associate performed the work; they were very professional, attentive to detail, and careful in assuring that our property was appropriately protected during the entire process. I was torn between a matte and a semigloss finish, so he applied the matte in a small area first, so I could see if I liked it, and then decided to go with semigloss. He provided and reviewed instructions for # of days we needed to stay off of the floor, etc - very helpful. You can walk on it within 24 hours but if you have dogs they need to stay off for longer. We were leaving town, so there were no issues and when we came back we could move our furniture back into the room. Overall, the floors look amazing and really make the room pop. The renovation would not have been complete without it. My experience with this company was 100% perfect from start to finish, and they even sent a thank-you card as a followup. Nice gesture. When it comes to hiring folks to work in my house, I expect solid work and respect for my time. Nhance delivered both, and I recommend them highly.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came out on time to do the work and it only took 1 day. The cabinets turned out really nice; they provided me with samples to choose from and my cabinets looked just like the sample I had chosen, they were just what I wanted! If needed, I would use them again.
