N-Hance

Bud the representative seemed like a great guy. However, on the first agreed date they did not show up. Only after I called to enquire was I informed that the workers called in sick. Another date was arranged. Bud showed up on time but left around noon promising to be back that afternoon. Again, they were a no show until the next day. They did not finish the job that day as I was told they would. I had to take another day from work the following week to have them finish. On that day, when they finished, I went to inspect the final product. It was a mess! The cabinets had areas of scratches, rough and uneven paint finishes and the base of the cabinet wasn't painted at all! Completely disappointed by the work. All around negative experience.

Very well! Joy Leath, our sales rep, did an excellent job of describing the process and keeping us informed--great follow-up! Jeff, our tech, was very skilled and efficient and took great pains to ensure all surfaces were properly covered before he did the finishing process. All work completed as scheduled--a 4 day process. Would certainly use them again!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted 6 years ago by NHance when we first moved into our home. We do not have a large kitchen, and it was in the thousands of dollars at that time. Overall it was a decent job, and it saved us from having to paint them ourselves. But then after a month or so, I noticed that the base and cabinets under our kitchen sink and to the right were flaking and peeling. We also had a couple of panels that were starting to rot on the two cabinets under the sink. This was from the previous owners. I thought painting would help it from further deterioration, but it didn't. The panels were getting worse and the base and cabinets in that area were still continuing to flake. My husband got around to replacing the panels on the cabinets under the sink, so I called NHance back to see if they could repaint those cabinet doors and the base under the sink. I figured we would get some sort of discount since it wasn't done correctly the first time. Their response was that I let water sit on those cabinets and base when I did dishes of which I have never done. I'm very meticulous about wiping up any water that may get on the cabinets. But they insisted that's what I did.. So pretty much called me a liar. For those three cabinets and base to get repainted was 1000.00. They knew I was over a barrel since my husband had already replaced the panels, and they had to repaint them. They also knew we were going on vacation the following week after they came out for the estimate and stated that they couldn't get to the job until another couple of months or so. But they magically had a couple openings the following week when we were on vacation, so we couldn't be around to monitor the job or see the final job close up. I coughed up the 1000.00 to have them redo the 3 cabinets, but if I had to do this all over again, I would have just painted the cabinets myself. They do not stand behind their work.

We are thrilled with how our kitchen looks now! And can't say enough about the Nhance Team. They responded promptly and in detail to my initial request for an estimate. During the in-house measure / detailed estimate meeting, Daniel provided not only a more precise estimate, but also design advice (which I took, and so glad I did). They finished the job a day earlier than estimated and on budget. They showed up when they said they would. And they were meticulous in their preparation and care for my home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! And certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of painting interior cabinets. Kevin, Jeff and Daniel, thank you for my beautiful kitchen!

I am very glad I did not spend money on new vanities. My old ones that looked very worn now look like new. The crew that did the work was excellent: Jeff, Brooke, Aron and Jalen.

The project went extremely well. The look and finish are first class and the people from N-Hance who worked on this project were professional and punctual. The kitchen looks great and we would definitely use them again. This is the second project that we had N-Hance do.

Wonderful for the basic job. The only reason for the "B" grades is that the company didn't follow up on a small additional job I requested. However, the cabinet "refresh" was amazing...they actually look better than new. Really!

It went well. The process was amazingly organized, clean, and mostly odor-free. The only issue I ran in to is that the hinge size I needed to replace old hinges is not made any more. That meant cleaning and painting all the original hinges myself in order to reuse them - not fun!

The project went extremely well. The job was small enough that they were able to do it all on site. The vanities look great and like they came from the factory. The color was perfect. The team that did the work was very professional and efficient. It took them about five hours to complete the work and we are very pleased with the results.

It went well. I got the operations manager, Daniel. He gave the estimate and then came back and did the work. He told me how to prep (it did not take a lot, no wholesale emptying of drawers and cabinets). I removed and soaked the greasy handles the night before and was still working on them when Daniel arrived a bit early. I was able to finish that at the kitchen sink while work began at the cabinets across the room. Daniel was careful to put down drop cloths and paper with masking tape. There was no unpleasant odor and the look is amazing. I could not be more pleased! I eagerly read the Cabinet Care brochure he left behind and discovered that a Cabinet Care Kit should have been part of the deal, but I was offered none. (I had not been told I should get one and so did not expect one.) Without the mentioned N-Hance Cabinet Cleaner I will not be following the instructions in the folder, but since I am doing very little in the kitchen, I imagine the cabinets will need little care for the next decade or two. Daniel gave me a hot tip on repairing some water-damaged panels in my family room which I will be happy to try, otherwise the company may come back to work on that in the next years. Daniel took "before" and "after" photos, but since I did not get them, I cannot post them here to show you how great the kitchen cabinets look.

Wow! The new color of the trim and Master vanity is beautiful! The kitchen cabinets look new. I should have paid extra to have them touch up the inside of the kitchen cabinet doors because the outside looks too good!

I thought they were very expensive for the work that they did. I paid because I wanted it done but I wouldn't do it myself, but I just felt they were really expensive.

What adjective should I use: Wow, amazing, hard to believe. The doors were in very bad shape - now they look almost brand new. I truly was dumbfounded that they could make them look so much better. And at a fraction of the cost of buying new doors! Scheduling was easy. The crew was very professional. They were able to do the job a day earlier. High high recommendation!

All went very well. During the initial visit, the cabinet conditions were analyzed and the work to be performed was explained as well as what to expect the final appearance to be. The work was begun on time on the scheduled date. The work was completed in about three hours and clean up was completed. The kitchen is on the small side and the cabinets were made of the typical oak design used in the 80's. The appearance was better than I had expected. Very pleased with work and just have to remember to always use the handles.

Daniel and his assistant, Michael, arrived at 8:30, as expected, and removed all the handles from the cabinet doors and drawers. They then applied something to remove the old satin finish in order to re-stain all the nicks, chips, and small water-damaged areas, which they matched perfectly. After that was finished, they applied a satin finish and re-attached our handles. They were finished by late mid-afternoon. The result was amazing. We had company in shortly thereafter, and they all raved about how great the cabinets looked. "Like new," they said.

AMAZING JOB! I have a pretty large kitchen, so I was trying to find an alternative to replacing or refacing the cabinets. I saw this company at the Home Show and also found them on Angie's List! This process is so flawless form start to finish. I knew I wanted dark cabinets so they showed me some samples and then we set up a date for them to test out the color on one of my existing cabinet doors. This is actually air-brushed on so it gives it an even look and there are no streaks. After we decided on how dark we wanted it, they came out on Monday and removed all the doors and took them with them back to their shop. Two days later, they brought the doors back and painted the bases to match the doors and put everything back together again. The before and after pictures are great!!! I am very happy with the end result and felt it was worth every penny. Great alternative for cabinets.

The quote process was very easy and the services to be performed well explained. After scheduling, I needed to change the work dates because other work was not complete and had to be finished before the cabinet refinishing. N Hance was very understanding and did not make a big deal of this last minute change. The workers arrived on time, were very professional yet also very friendly. While the cabinets themselves were in good condition, some areas, especially around the sink, were severely scuffed and faded. They worked on each blemish until it was fixed to their satisfaction, which actually surpassed my expectations. The overall effect was amazing. If I had replaced the old fixtures, these 25 year old cabinets would have looked brand new! While I did not change the color of my cabinets, they needed to re-stain many of the sun faded areas and matched the existing color almost perfectly. I still don't quite know how they were able to make some very severe scuff marks and wear areas completely disappear, as the original stain was very light in color. The process was dust free, and did not even require removing the contents of the cabinets. They left the overall area around the cabinets cleaner than when they started. I was 99%+ satisfied with the results and 100 % happy with the service. Very surprised this product is not better known. I would say that the actual skills of the workers were very important in the matching existing stain. Seems to be a bit more of an art than a science. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

I was very happy with their work. Scheduling went fine and they did exactly what there suppose to do. Three people came out to do the work and it took 5 -6 hours to complete. They followed up after the project to make sure I was satisfied.

They showed up on time, performed they service they said they would do, cleaned up after completion.

We had a very good experience with N-Hance. Kevin came out one evening and did an estimate and explained what they would do and what options we had. We had several other estimates done and the N-Hance process made the most sense for our situation. They cane out the next week and finished the job in one day. There was no mess or odder! The cabinets look great. Just like they did when they were new.
