They show up, do good work and clean up well when they are done. It saves us money from having to get cabintes replaced too. We'll absolutley continue to use them when needed in the future.

The service was great and the work was well done. They were on time, and the people who came out were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up well. The sales person who came out was great, and it was a good experience overall. I was very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

2 young men spent from 9:00 am-3:30 pm (with a 15 minute lunch break) to clean the kitchen cabinets, sanding if necessary, to bare wood stage, then applied stain and finish with protective coating finish.

GREAT JOB! I'm thrilled with the look of my cabinets I stand in the kitchen and am amazed about the transformation; they look BRAND NEW but without the cost. I highly recommend NHance to refinish/restore any cabinets.

They did a very thorough job and they were very professional. Most important they were significantly less expensive than any other quotes I had gotten.

Terrible!!! My floors look worse now than they did before their application was used. I wish I would not have hired them. Overpriced!!! If you have nice wood floors, I advise you to NOT use them. I now need to pay $$$ to get my floors redone!!!

Our kitchen cabinets are over 50 years old, and the finish was aged and worn. Daniel Blackledge, came and inspected them and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week. He arrived early and got right to work masking off walls and appliances. The next step was a thorough cleaning and sanding (don't worry, there really is no dust or mess or smell). He then applied the stain and 2 coats of polyurethane and in one day, what a transformation. My old cabinets don't look brand new, but they have a whole new life, just like Daniel said they would. We are very pleased with the results.

We clicked the link saying that we were still interested, just to see if we'd even be contacted! Well, we weren't contacted at all (and it's been almost another two weeks). Needless to say, maybe the local franchisee of NHance has met its method of natural selection. We'd never hire them just based on their callous and unprofessional business methods.

It went very well. Daniel Blackledge explained the process in our home and gave us a fairly confusing estimate of costs. He made a distinction between getting both rooms done on the same service date versus two different dates. The costs were radically different. When we later talked with the business owner, Kevin Jones, he stated he would "split the difference" with us, which made no sense. We finally agreed on doing the smaller bedroom first, evaluating the work, and then making a decision on the family room floor. The workman, Don Burdine, called before he came out, and was very professional and friendly. He performed the work excellently, and we discussed doing the family room as a follow up to the bedroom. Bottom line is we got both rooms done at a very reasonable price, below that of a sand and refinish. In addition, we did not have the dust, strong odor, and general mess associated with a sand and refinish, either. It is true that the process did not remove all surface imperfections, but the floors are cleaner, brighter, and have a good protective coat of urethane on them. The in-house call and presentation need to be improved to ensure the potential customer clearly understands the work and costs involved. Don's actual work was excellent, his manner was helpful and his clean up was perfect.

Before, our doors were a C- at best. Now, most of them are A's and the rest are A+! It's a vast improvement over what we were looking at before. I recommend them highly, and will be having them back for more woodwork restoration. Daniel was informative and thorough when estimating our job, and was again thorough and meticulous when doing the job. (Nicole, at the office, is as good as it gets when handling customers and communicating. A+).

Work was done efficiently. Worker was very informative and did a good job.

I feel that they over promised and under delivered. We were told the nicks in the floor could be filled in to match the finished floor color and discolored areas would be color treated to blend appropriately. The nicks and gouges in the floor were filled with putty that doesnt match the rest of the floor. Faded areas (from our throw rug and table base) were not enhanced despite their initial promise. The finish that we asked for was not applied. Within two weeks our floor looks as worn as they did before. The owner has not returned my phone call to resolve the problem. I am truly disappointed in their product and service. Their salesman was very enthusiastic (and over promised and under delivered) and led us to believe that their process was comparable to a complete sanding/finish - it was not. I look at this as money wasted!

We are very dissatisfied with the services provided. Although the company made two return visits at our request to try to correct the problems with the original (seemingly flubbed) application, the end result is that our floors certainly are no better than they were before and, in some rooms/areas, are in worse shape than they were before due to the poor quality finish. The company said this is the best it can do. We feel we wasted $2578.20 and now we have to deal with the poor quality results.

Kevin was very responsive and personable. They came out to the house for the estimate (and were exactly on time) and explained the process. When time came to do the work, again they showed up on time. The floor looks great. Even an area I thought damaged beyond restoration looks fantastic. The price was excellent. The work and communication good. They even called back to make sure I was satisfied.
