Description of Work: Our back patio was pressure-washed. The only problem we had is that it rained late in the day on the day that the sealant was applied (Saturday). I called the business owner, as I feared this had compromised the work. He agreed and said they would re-seal on Monday. They did follow-up and re-seal. I am pleased with the result, and the company's professionalism.

Description of Work: They did. Good job and showed up on time to wash and seal our driveway. It would have been better if they could have fixed the cracks on our driveway. I really didn't want to go to a home improvement store & do it myself. The drive does look good otherwise.

Description of Work: Power washed and sealed concrete driveway but added an additional $45 to price after he power washed it. Told me how "lucky" I was that it was such a small driveway and it was only an additional $45.00. I doubt anyone got the deal for the listed $99.00. I have no idea how much the service would have been on the driveway in the advertisement.

Description of Work: He did an excellent job. My problem is with the advertisement of a relative low cost and that cost being much more than advertised. i cannot blame the contractor as I do recall a reference being made as to a price beyond a certain amount of square feet. My complaint would be to Angie's List; show me what I get for 750 sq. feet, not a picture of an entire driveway. Otherwise he did an excellent job.

Description of Work: This was a buy now deal. Communication was excellent and very responsive. The owner came out and looked at our driveway, confirmed the price based on square footage of the driveway. They came out to do the pressure wash and told us not to drive on it. Someone pulled into our driveway and made rubber marks on it prior to sealing so they had to come out and do it again. They did not charge extra. They put on the seal and did a great job. We even asked the owner about doing something extra and he recommended we not do it- would be a waste of money. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My drive really needs to be completely replaced, but I cannot afford that. Ty said that he would have had to charge me $200 if I had contacted him on his own. He was very upfront and honest with me about what I needed, but we both decided that the sealing would make it look better. It does! I keep peeking out the window to look at it!

Description of Work: Power washed and sealed driveway. After power washing, a construction truck backed into my clean driveway and left marks, so they came out the next day and recleaned it before sealing it for no extra charge.

Description of Work: The job had to be rescheduled until a later date because of sewer project in the South Nora-Wayman's North neighborhood. We've set a date for sometime after Labor Day and the deal's expiration date of October 15, 2012.
