Assumed done well, though my husband was a bit concerned about the 'sweeper' who followed the sealing applicator. The 'sweeper' seemed random and did not touch all surfaces sprayed. We have used Stephens for the last 6 years on the two year cycle and have maintained the condition of our exposed aggregate driveway better than many of our neighbors. I have found Stephens to be responsive when called for service. They kept me well informed when date of service changed due to rain and the wash was redone before sealing.

OK, there was a bit of imperfection on driveway, but it is not horrible.

They were punctual, professional, and thorough. I will be hiring them again in the future when it is time to have it done again.

Stephens cleaned and treated our patio 3 yrs. ago at which time I was very pleased with their work. As a returning customer they charged us the same amount as 3 yrs. ago, and once again they did a very good job. The patio looks great!

Tyler and Michael did a great job. Sealed the whole driveway and sidewalks in about 30 minutes. Look great with a nice sheen.

My driveway was larger then the offer and I had to pay extra. I wasn't happy with that at all. The deal offered some minor repairs to go along with that, and I had some cracks which I thought would be repaired and all he wanted to do was dribble black tar in all the cracks which would have made it look even worse, so I turned it down. That is not what I had expected they were going to do. The sealing was not detectable. When it rained, it didn't look different from before. I would tell them to be more specific about what you are going to get for your money. I had a 3 car garage, and this price was only for 2 car garage, so they had to charge more, and I knew it in advance, but if I knew what I was going to get, I wouldn't take it. I didn't think I got what I was expecting. The price was considerably more and I did know that it was going to cost more.

The cracks were still showing when they got done. I thought they were going to fill them.

I called Stephens sealing more than a month ago to come out, with no response. they finally called back last friday and set up a time the following monday between 9am and 10am to come out to quote sealing and re lining our parking lot. he never showed or called. i tried calling him back, and left a voicemail monday morning after he didnt show up, but its now friday and he hasnt called me back. They've lost the job before they even quoted it. Very disapointing.

I had to call them to see if they were coming as originally scheduled. Not very responsive business. Not a caring owner or crew. NO attention to detail. They missed sealing several cracks. POOR site preparation. SLOPPY application. Visual easy to see of overlapped or missed application. Sealed in most places, but not my entire driveway. Didn't seem to have a broom to sweep away dust, dirt or debris from fence edge, garage edge, so they left the dirt and applied sealcoat around or along the edge of the dirt. Upon final inspection, TYLER pointed out areas that he would return and FIX or TOUCHUP. We scheduled two different dates. No call - No show on both dates. Weather was fine, no rain either day, no excuse. Just LAZY people. They were in a hurry to schedule. Never met with me prior to inspection or application. Left additional bill inside mailbox and left my house. All they want is money. CUSTOMER SERVICE is not in their business plan. Do not use this business unless you are in a hurry and do not care how the end result looks. I'll just buy a 5 gallon can and finish the job myself.

Business did not show up on scheduled day of service and did not bother to notify us.

Did job, but a pop up shower came in about 3 hours later. Came back when weather cleared and re-sealed.

They were amazing. Came gave me price and cleaned driveway and did there work. Maybe took an hour. It looked amazing. Very clean. No splatter on my house. The employees were very nice.

Tyler Stephens the owner did most of the work. He was really busy so he was not always exactly on time but when he did get here he worked hard. He came back several times until my wife was satisfied that the patio was looking good. My patio was much smaller than the 500 square feet indicated with the Angie's List special but that was the minimum size the company wanted to deal with. Tyler made up for that by applying sealant several times. I would use him again.
