Description of Work: Stephens Sealing called soon after hiring them to do pressure washing and sealing of my concrete driveway. They came out without enough water in their tank so tried to use my outdoor faucets, without asking first. When they couldn't get adequate water pressure, they told me they would be back in a couple weeks with a full tank of water. They have not returned and won't respond to emails or phone calls

We are up front with clients and receive an F report. This customer is just plan ingnorent, they had a 20 year old driveway that is falling apart driveway has turned into gravel for the most part. We told the member to get a refund, sealing the driveway would do nothing.

Description of Work: This "Big Deal" was offered for driveway cleaning OR vinyl siding cleaning. The vendor didn't call me to set up an appointment; just showed up when I wasn't home and cleaned the driveway -- when what I had wanted was vinyl siding cleaning. When I complained, the vendor returned and cleaned the siding. They did a good job, but the communication was poor.

Description of Work: We purchased Deal in late March '12. Did not hear from Service Provider for a long time. We made calls to them to schedule work. After being contacted by them to schedule work, they arrived at our home. At that point they told us the work would cost more than we had paid--increase was a substantial amount and we declined accordingly.

Description of Work: paid the special through Angies List set up a time for them to power wash. they came out looked at the job site and said they were not going to do it said c that they would not make any money off of it. if the deal seems too good to be true .... it's probably too good to be true. I would take a pass on the deal.
