This all went very well, they were able to clean off stains that were of concern

As far as I know, their work was of reasonable quality. However, their book-keeping capabilities leave a lot to be desired. A check cleared my account well within the due date (within 10 days of the service); however, just yesterday (6 weeks later) we get a threatening invoice stating we will get sent to collections if we don't pay them by Monday. Way to reward patrons who pay in full right away, Stephens... I will not be using them again for this reason. Every aspect of the business affects quality, and apparently they can't keep track of the basics.

I had a problem with that. They said that my driveway was too badly damaged to do the job. The communication did not go very well either. I requested a refund.

Tyler was very responsive to my quote request and then to schedule and complete the job. However, the power washing phase removed some chips from our concrete. I emailed Tyler and also asked Rob (?) who did the work, if those areas could be filled in. No response from Tyler. I'm disappointed that he didn't even respond to the issue. Probably will use someone else in the future.

Showed up and power washed driveway, Sealed it in the next few days. Gave my wife advice on cleaning a concrete bench.

They did a great job with the pressure washing and showed on time, but there was an issue with the sealing on the sidewalk. Specifically, one section changed color, and we had to have them return to fix it. They did respond quickly, however, and the repairs were done well.

The best customer service we have ever experienced for a home related service. Were timely, communicative, customer focused, and executed high quality work.

I had thought that too much time had passed between the pressure wash and seal. So I called to ask when they would be back to seal. Cathay came over and showed me the light reflecting off the seal coat. They apologized for not leaving a note to say they had sealed the driveway when they did.

phoned Tyler,owner of company, and left message that interested in estimate for driveway sealing. Tyler called back 2 days later and had already measured my driveway and had an estimate. I was impressed. Made arrangements for sealing to be done some weeks later (my preference). Workers arrived on time, completed their job of washing driveway and Tyler and his crew came next day and applied sealer. Best job have ever had. Had phone contact with Tyler next day to check on job and to discuss additional work at some date in 2015. Extremely pleased and would recommend to other people.

Everything turned out well. The gentleman showed on time, scheduling wasn't a problem, and the driveway looks good. He was very accommodating, too.

I believe they were very booked at the time but got me on their schedule as soon as possible. After power washing, all areas looked significantly better. I did not have anything sealed.

Tyler was on time or called if he would be delayed. He worked on the weekend to avoid rain and make sure the job was complete. He was very efficient and experienced. Tyler is a very personable guy, answered all my questions, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with his work. The price was higher than I expected, but decided to go with Tyler because of his reviews and responsiveness. I will use him again.

It was good. It was a reasonable price. They got the job completed on time. Our interaction with them was good. They met expectations.

Did a great job, and I am going to use them to seal my driveway.

My experience was okay. They had to come back out three total times to get the work done correctly. They really tried hard to get it done right and they had to re-do it by hand. I was not sure if it was the wind conditions or not that it turned out the way it did.

Tyler was great from the time I order the "Big Deal" to the time the job was completed. Because we were having additional work done with our landscaping and weren't sure when we wanted the driveway done, Tyler was extraordinarily patient and more than willing to accomodate our time-frame, whenever that would be. When I finally contacted him to do the work, he was really responsive and completed the job within a week. I plan on using his company again next spring to do some additional work. He certainly added the "personal touch" to the job and I got the impression that he really wants to do a great job for his customers. The driveway and sidewalk look great!

They came out but were unable to do the work, the deal was for a smaller area. I was going to pay to have the larger area done but he told me that there were other problems with the drive and sealing likely wouldn't help.

They were timely with their call back and date of service. They were professional and pleasant . I would use them again.

Bought a deal on Angies List for $139 to seal my driveway. The sealing went very well. He did a great job on cleaning the driveway before he began. He finished in a couple of hours or so. It looked very good. Several months later, the seal is cracking and chipping away. It looks as if the sealer they used must have been pretty cheap. It seemed like at the time that I had just got a great deal and they did a wonderful job, but now it looks like I just bought some cheap product and got screwed over. very unimpressed with how it is looking after a few months. Remember, a good deal doesn't mean it will be good quality!

I asked several companies for estimates, and his came in last; BUT his was closer to what I wanted to pay. He gave me a choice of dates and arrived in a timely manner on the dates we agreed upon. On day one the patio was power washed and on day two it was sealed. Since the temperature was rather warm and there was a threat of scattered showers in the weather forecast, he give us signs to look for on the patio that would require his coming back to do some repair. I really appreciated his giving us a heads up on possible problems, but none of the problems came to pass. I also appreciate that he will be giving us notification in two years that it will be time to treat the patio again.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the right material for the Big Deal. The company was very cooperative.

I had some difficulty with reaching service provider, after purchasing Big Deal. I needed more concrete work than deal covered. Price was fair, but not a special. Left large amounts of concrete behind that he made a point of saying he would take with him.Offered to seal driveway, at a fair,but not special, price. We agreed that the larger cracks could not be fully concealed, but he indicated that they could be much improved. After doing the easy part of the job, he said he'd return to address cracks. Well, had to call several times to get him back to finish, and thought the crack repair was a joke.

I was supposed to be contacted in two business days, but they were still unresponsive ten days later.

It went ok, used a Angie's list offer, but needed more square footage sealed than the offer was for. Extra footage was pricey.
