The provider was overwhelmed with the response. Took several attempts to get in touch with someone. Their responsiveness was very poor due to being overwhelmed. They were arranging the schedule based on location and we finally got on the schedule right before he switched his business to AZ for the winter. Once the schedule slowed down, he was very easy to deal with and schedule. The job was done when agreed and the was handled in a professional manner.

Excellent job. Was completely up front on the cost and what to expect. Gave good advice on when to do future maintenance.

Tyler Stephens showed up as scheduled. Unfortunately, I was not able to use their services due to calendaring issues on my part. They were leaving at the end of March and not returning until fall. He asked that I contact you for a refund of the money I paid. They were prompt for our appointment and kept in touch with me as we tried to schedule a convenient date for me. They were polite and willing to accomodate me, unfortunately, I was not able to use their services, because they left at the end of March. Everything went extremely well. I purchased the $69 Big Deal 400 sq. ft. pressure wash. I called to make an appointment, and they were available the next day. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. The two concrete pads in the back yard were fairly new and cleaned up very nicely. The sidewalk in the front is about 33 years old, and in addition to the dirt, had some paint and staining. The sidewalk in front was DIRTY, old concrete before they washed it, and was CLEAN, old concrete when they were done. The cleaning made a HUGE difference. Most of the old paint and stains didn't come up, but guess what, folks? This is a pressure washing with plain water, not a chemical bath. And, they told me before they started that pressure washing wouldn't remove most of the old paint and stains. There are other processes that will take care of some of the old paint and stains, but some will be there forever, and can be eliminated only by covering the stain with new concrete stain or paint. (Or replacing the concrete.) The pressure washing I received was exactly as I expected. If you expect your old, stained concrete to look like new concrete with a simple pressure wash, you will be disappointed.

Wonderful experience all the way around. What a pleasant experience with perfect results. From the initial friendly phone conversation to the final contact, all went very well. Tyler Stephens, who is the company owner and actually performs the work, was professional and honest at every step of the process. All correspondence was by phone and e-mail as I was not around to meet with Tyler. He showed on the day promised to give an estimate, he reduced the price when I got my neighbor to have his driveway sealed at the same time. He accomodated my renters schedules and did a perfect asphalt sealing job. He even went behind my gate and moved my equipment to extend the coverage. When I pointed out a $30 discrepancy in the bill, in my favor, he let me know he appreciated my honesty and gave the a $30 discount on top of the already reduced price. It seemed okay. I wasn't sure that it was really sealed like I thought maybe it should be sealed but I am not an expert, so I don't know. We think it is okay, but I have seen cement sealed before and it kind of repels water, and this doesn't seem to do that. I don’t know if they maybe used a different coating. I don't know what the price was. It seemed reasonable at the time. I was pleased enough that I didn't complain. They were very responsive and I think they did an okay job. They were here when they said they would be. They were very professional.

Purchased the special offer for pressure washing and was contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. My timeline was several weeks aways from needing their services, since my house was going to be painted. They accomodated my schedule and arrived as scheduled. Once they arrived they were professional and they also did extra pressure washing that was needed and did not even charge me any additional charge. I was very happy and pleased with their work and will consider using them next year again.

I used a promotion from Angie's List for my driveway. He was a pretty nice individual to deal with and I will recommend him and certainly will consider using him again in the future.

I couldn't be more please with the excellent work performed by Tyler Stephens and Joe Sullivan in seal coating our driveway and roadway. They were extremely professional and arrived on time for our appointment for a estimate and returned on schedule to perform the job. They were very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy that I selected Stephens Concrete & Asphalt for the job and would use their services again. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, fairness in pricing, and because they are great to work with.

I liked that they really had a great price. They did a good job, as well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The good: prompt response to phone calls and they arrived on time. The bad: I recently had some remodel work done, so there is a space at the bottom of my front and side doors (needs a sash). The garage doors on my old house have about a 1"gap on one side. These are very obvious and, more importantly, should be very obvious to someone in this line of work to look for such things. However, they did not and made no attempt to put something down to keep the water out or to warn me that I should. (I didn't realize this would be a problem because I did NOT ask them to spray at my doors.) Copious amounts of both water and dirt came inside my house and made a huge mess. Worse, they sprayed my entire front door, which caused my lock to rust(?) and now I can't even open my door. (I can't let guests in -- we all have to go through the garage.) As I mentioned, I had just had some remodeling work done and had more planned. I specifically asked them NOT to spray my driveway (they asked if I wanted it done for a charge and I said "no".) But they sprayed my garage doors and, in the process, got water about 5 feet inside my garage -- the drywall and morter that were stored inside were ruined. I tried to clean the mess by the front and side doors immediately and came out to specifically ask that they NOT spray my front door again. But he did it right after I asked him not to. I didn't know about the mess in the garage until I exited the house a few hours later. I immediately called them and told them what had happened -- the fact that all of my materials were ruined. I offered to have them come right back to look at the damage. I didn't get so much as an "I'm sorry" much less any suggestion that they would pay for the loss or even refund part of what I paid (I paid extra for the side walkway). The end result is that it cost me about $500 to save $50 on this "deal". I've waited several weeks to post this, hoping that they would bother to reconsider and call me back, but they haven't.

All in all he did a good job in washing the area- but the stains are still there.- thats why I had called them in the first place.

It's a small company that was a little overwhelmed with the Angie's List Big Deal. The service itself was fine. We still had to reschedule three different times.

Very well. Two professionals that seem to have mastered what they are doing by now.

It went very well. They were on time. They suggested they could clean the additional concrete so that it would look uniform. The price was reasonable. They were consistent with their work. They informed me of the proper way to finish the job and came back the next day, on time, to finish the work. I'm very pleased with the work they did.

The service was excellent!! Tyler was prompt and cleaned up any mess that might have been made. I was happy and very satisfied with this service. I would recommend this service to my friends. The business was professional with excellent customer service.

After I submitted my feedback, Tyler contacted me and provided a copy of the Big deal coupon that contained the deatils of this work. I had a misunderstanding about the filling of the cracks in the driveway. Other than that they did everything that was listed in the big deal coupon.

Went well. It rained the day after the sealing and they came and re-sealed.

Was not home when service was performed. Driveway looked great - all (mostly leaf/dirt) stains removed. Hard to know about sealing. Flexible on scheduling. OK communication. Good price I thought. Would use again.

The price was right, and they did great work. Overall, I was happy with my experience.

Tyler and Joe were terrific. They showed up on time, assessed the area, and began the work. They scrubbed my driveway clean and then sealed it as if they were detailing my car. Throughout the process they were professional, neat, and courteous. They were so good that I extended the original work order and had them do the pool area and all the entire perimeter of the house. I would recommend these great young men to anyone.

I saw the Big Deal offering 500 sq feet of power washing for $70. I e-mailed to inquire if the Deal was appropriate/applicable for old brick and whether there were additional charges for sealant. Tyler responded before noon offering to schedule a time for them to come by and give a custom estimate. He called in the early afternoon to say they were in the neighborhood and could be at my house by 4pm. He and Joe called ahead and arrived early. We discussed whether sealant was advisable and what kind would achieve the protection and look I wanted. Tyler offered a different recent Big Deal of 500 sq ft washing AND sealing for $120 and said they could wash immediately if I wanted (or schedule a later date), returning the next day to seal after the brick had dried. Both Tyler and Joe were friendly, courteous, happy to answer all my questions, and clear about what services I would or wouldn't benefit from. They did not try to up-sell me on anything I didn't want, and also called the sealant manufacturer to confirm the answers to some of my questions. At my request, they got right to work. Power-washing took about 40 minutes for four areas totaling approx 500 sq feet. They were happy to let me watch and Tyler asked me several times whether I saw any spots they'd missed, showed me that they rinsed the brick dust off the walls and doors so it wouldn't stain, and that one dingy area he noticed didn't get any cleaner after multiple washing attempts. They were very attentive to my concerns about areas with moss growing on the brick and eager to show me that they'd gotten it all off. Tyler and Joe returned the next day to seal and took approx 20 minutes to apply two thick coats of sealant over the three areas I requested. They were again happy to tell me about their work and the products being used, especially the pros and cons of alternative choices (including doing nothing), what to watch for to see if it was working, and encouraged me to ask any questions or contact them later with additional questions. I'm happy with the finished product and would hire them again.
