Had some delays due to the very hot weather, but went fine.

They did an awesome job..Timely and reasonable !!

I recommend their services to all.

We had concerns with power washing the siding on our house. We were asking specific questions about technique, cleansers(none were to be used) as were were afraid damage to our siding. It was mutually agreed that our money should be returned. We did have to make a follow up call regarding the refund, but received the refund within a week of that call.

I guess I did not have the correct expectations. I thought the cracks would be filled but there is a difference between "sealing" and "filling" I probably should have questioned more.

Driveway looks great - practically as good as new.

WENT GREAT, THEY WERE FAST AND NEAT. BLOCKED OFF DRIVE UNTIL IT DRIED AND THE FINISHED OF THE SEALING.

They did a great job! Showed up on time and did everything just as they said they would.The driveway looks great!

Tyler contacted us and set a date. The first one was deleted due to rain. He set a second one and called us the day before to see if he could do it that afternoon. The next day was to be even hotter, so I said fine. He and his helper came at 4PM, prepared the three year old drive surface for its' initial sealing They did not rush and did all the promised prep prior to doing a fine job of sealing. Based on earlier sealing jobs of our older surface. I will call him again when I need a second sealing.

They were effective and courteous and I was very satisfied! I would absolutely recommend them to other people!

He called and was very upfront. He told my husband exactly what he was going to do. He told my husband the price. We decided that were were going to do it ourselves. The company called back and explained how to do the job. He also called us and advised us not to do it this weekend because it is going to rain. He was super and I would recommend him to anyone. If we ever get any job done we can not do we are using them no question.

Contacted the customer twice and left a message with NO CALL BACK. The sad thing is that this company was referred to me by another Angie's list company that did not do concrete and only does asphalt sealing. I am so tired of people considering themselves a "business" but do not conduct themselves in a professional manner by simply calling a person back. What makes this matter worse is that I now see a "Angie's List Deal" by this company for pressure washing and sealing. I don't know how they can seek out more business when they can't even deal with potential customers reaching out to them?!* UPDATE: 8/7/12 A gentleman stopped by our house around 7pm last night. He spoke with my husband and mentioned I left a review on the Angie's list and that there must have been a mishap with no return phone call from them. He then asked that my husband tell me to update or remove my posting on Angie's list. 8am this morning, this same gentleman calls and leaves a message on my cell phone, quoting what it would cost to clean and seal my drive and walk way. He also asked again over voicemail that I update or remove my post. Well, here is my update. While I appreciate the gentlemen's tenacity (post Angie's List post), I did not appreciate the visit to my home. I did not request a quote from him, nor did I want one. I understand you want to keep a good name for your business, but by returning phone calls initially is the first step. A kind phone call apologizing for the lack of returned calls would have been, in my opinion, a better route then showing up on my door step. I would have immediately positive a positive follow up on Angie's List that way. Although I am sure it was not the gentleman's intent, it felt borderline harassing because I left a post. No customer/consumer should feel bad about being truthful to help other consumer's. I am one consumer. If the company is legitimate, and improves on past mistakes, then my review will be out weighed by the positive reviews.

Due to the weather Stephen's had to wait for some what cooler weather for the sealer to take hold.they showed up early and had to job finished when I got home.Tyler explained what they had done and how long to stay off the driveway for the sealer to cure.And said It should last about 3 yrs.Nice guy the work looked fine.Tyler said if it rained and splashed on the garage door to just hose it off before it dryed.No rain and look's nice.Would use this company again.

Tyler was very responsive. He responded to my email request within the same day and scheduled the appointment for pressure washing. Unfortunately the work could not be done due to city-wide water ban.

overall it was a very good job. and stress free for me. they were so nice to work with.

He followed up quickly w/ the initial phone call, arrived on time, worked out a deal w/o me paying any more to do a bit more of the house since the drive/patio weren't as large as the square footage allotted in the deal - applied it to the house which was a larger than the allotted amount. Did a great job, very professional, very pleased with results.

They called us to set the appt. up and somebody from the office asked what we wanted done. We said we wanted our 2 story house power washed. When they came out, they weren't sure if they had the right equipment. Came back again with ladder and wand, then stated they were unable to perform services due to not having the proper equipment. They then left their equipment (two wands for pressure washing) on our property for approx two weeks.

Tyler was professional and extremely knowledgeable about concrete. He even gave me some recommendations on sealing my decorative patio myself. I could not have sealed my driveway on my own and the price was well worth the work. I will definitely be using Stephens Sealing again in the future.

I bought a big deal and paid an additional $100 maybe. Initially it was just for the house and then I paid the additional charge for driveway and the patio. They did a good job communicating what the options were.

The price was good, I ended up having to go back and power wash it myself to get the stains off. I wasn't real impressed with them.

Everything turned out fine. I had a much larger area so I booked through the Big deal so he worked with me on the price for that. The driveway looked good. They did exactly what I expected.

It went great overall. Initially, Tyler power washed and sealed the driveway/walkway in the fall of 2011. Unfortunately, rain came too quickly the following day, before the seal was completely cured and some of it washed away. We called Tyler to let him know. He was very responsive and came out quickly to assess the situation. He agreed that the rain had washed away too much of the seal. He later re-powerwashed and re-sealed the entire area (at no additional cost), and this time the weather cooperated. The seal has stayed nicely and looks wonderful. We have gotten compliments on how nice it looks. We appreciated Tyler's responsiveness and commitment to getting the job done right. We would use him again.

Stephens Sealing LLC came out ahead of time to look at the work. He also washed other parts of the porch that needed it. He was polite and professional. The price and quality were great.
