Very responsive via email. Did a good job pressure washing and sealing my driveway and sidewalk. I would use them again.

Arrived on time. Did our sidewalk at no additional cost.

I did not receive the services of this vendor.

Job not done Company closed for winter.Still did'nt get my money back. And Angie still lists them as favorably. Why do a review.

The driveway had some oil spots prior to the start of the pressure washing. Unfortunately, it did not remove it.

They did the job within a week of contacting them. I was impressed how they were able to blow leaves off the driveway while applying the coat despite a strong wind. Unfortunately, it rained within less than 24 hours of the application. As a result, the coat washed off in a few areas where it hadn't completely dried. Mr. Stephens came back a few days later to do a touch up in these areas. Although the recoated areas had a slightly different color this wasn't a big deal. Now that the surface has weathered the color difference is no longer visible.

Mr. Stephens scheduled an time to start right away. The first day he power washed the driveway. The second day he sealed it. Overall it was a good experience.

I would have liked to had our whole driveway but it was going to be too expensive so they worked with me and came up with a great deal on my aggreate stone walkways and patio.... They did a great job resealing it as it looks brand new! I would definitely use them again to reseal my walkways and patio.

Bad experience because of poor communication on company's part.

They did fine. I had to call them back to have them reapply the sealant because I didn’t feel the first individual did a great job.

I purchased a Big Deal for driveway pressure washing and sealing. I was leaving town about a week following the purchase so I wanted to make sure I had made arrangements with them before I left. I called their office a couple of times but got no response. While I was out of town Tyler emailed to say they had been to my house and measured the driveway and it was very large so they didn't do the work. I was glad to hear that, since they had never made contact with me. I told him when I would be home and I would get In touch then. I got home on Sunday and called them on Monday. They didn't answer so I left another message. Some time later Tyler did call and we made arrangements for them to do the patio and the front walk instead of the driveway. Tyler said they would be in touch the next week to make definite time plans. I've never heard from him again and now I see in their listing that they are closed for the winter. I tried to call the number listed and it will not connect.

They were on time, thorough, and did a good job. Overall I as pleased.

They were very personable, contentiousness and did great work.

We had a schedule but rain got in the way. Communication was a bit unclear during this time and rescheduling but the man did show up to pressure wash. Then we had rain again and storms c we were not sure if the sealant would adhere properly following the storm but the rep assured us it would be fine. When he put the sealant on there was call for rain again and also he did not rope off the drive so we were uncertain as to whether people should walk on the surface that day or evening, we have a lot of dog walkers in neighborhood. I do not know the quality yet as we haven't gotten into nasty weather to see if things hold up under the conditions, . Assuming all will be well. The drive looked nice and just as it did before sealant so no discoloration a or issues there. There wasn't a rating on communication and so I used professionalism ....no huge issue but we were wondering a bit about his arrival and you cannot leave customers wondering.

The bid was confirmed by phonewithin minutes of my making it. We discussed the total area to be powerwashed and sealed and the cost for additional square footage. The work was scheduled at my convenience. The power washing was done one day and the sealing the next. We were kept informed of what was being done and why. The owner and his employee were very polite and helpful. They worked quickly and effeciently. I would recommend this service to others.

I made an appointment with them and they sent me an email confirming the appointment. They did have to reschedule once, but they handled it very professionally. I received a phone call a few days later saying they already looked at my driveway and informed me that my driveway would not benefit from the treatment, and that the power wash may actually cause further damage. I was impressed with the professionalism of this company and how they handled everything.

They did an okay job. I don't believe that the driveway was pressured washed completely as there are some spots that are still there and are now sealed into the driveway. They also didn't include our front porch which I thought the driveway, walkway and front porch was included in the deal.

Company representative (Tyler) returned my phone call very promptly, answered questions and then followed up as/when promised. The guys came when they said they would to do the job and did a very nice professional job. I was impressed at the care they took preparing the driveway prior to applying the sealant (edging, sweeping with wire brush, pressure wash, filling cracks, etc) and then the thoroughness of the sealant application. Both workers were very accomodating, professional. Nice, neat job. If the job holds up well, we will definitely use them again.

They were fantastic, affordable, did great work, worked above expectations and we will use them again for sure! Also gave us a lot of information that will help in the future.

I purchased the Big Deal Special on September 29, 2012 and Stephens Sealing emails me on October 2, 2012 to schedule the power washing on 10/9/12 and sealing on 10/10/12. On 10/5/12 I receive an email from Stephen with the following response. ?You left us an F report on 9-9-2011 about our lack of communication. I?m VOIDING the coupon and going to have Angie?s list issue a full refund. Last year because of a lack of communication on our end, I wasn?t able to get back to you as soon as you would have liked for a bid for your driveway (1 week). You ended up posting an F report on Angie?s List. I attempted to correct this mistake and spent the time to come out and measure out your driveway to give you a bid. In return,I asked if you would remove the F report and you never did. Due to your lack of respect and understanding, Stephens Sealing LLC, will never do business with you.? I wanted to give this company a second chance in using their service, since the first time I called them back in September 1, 2011 I never received a call back. I called them back a second time September 8, 2011 with no response. Two weeks later (September 22, 2012) I am outside cutting the grass Tyler Stephens shows up to give me an estimate, which caught me off guard because I had never heard back from them since September 1, 2011 three weeks ago. I wanted to give Stephen sealing a second chance, because I believed they were fairly new at their business and they had learned from their mistake. Also, many of the reviews on Angie?s list were positive. At no time during our visit he requested that I would change the F report, the report reflected what took place. He showed up at my house out of the blue three weeks later to give me an estimate on 9/22/11. The first time we ever communicated was when he showed up at my house unexpected. I guess I was wrong to give this company a second chance, because how they handled this situation.

This was my first purchase from Angie?s List. After my on line purchase I was contacted the next day by Stephens Sealing. Mr Stephens was extremely polite and I appreciated him answering my questions concerning the additional cost because of the size/length of my driveway. My driveway and sidewalk were first pressure washed and then the next day the sealant was applied. I came home the first day and both sidewalk and drive way had been edged and I was amazed how new and clean the driveway and sidewalk looked. The next day the sealant was applied and the driveway was roped off. I was extremely happy with the results! I had shopped around and the price was really competitive and the service was exceptional. My phone calls were always answered or returned immediately, all of my questions and concerns were addressed and most importantly my drive way looks great! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I called them to request an estimate on sealing our asphalt driveway. I left a voice mail with my contact info. and my address and asked them to provide an estimate. At first, I never received any contact back, nor did I get an estimate. After posting a negative review on Angie's List about that experience a few weeks later, Tyler contacted me to follow up and said that they did come out over a weekend and provided an estimate. I'm not sure what happened, as I didn't find any paper estimate they may have left nor did I have any missed calls or voice mails from them. When talking with Tyler after my negative review, he apologized and gave me a price quote over the phone that was inline with the other estimates I received. He asked whether I already had somebody else seal my driveway before the weather turns too cold to do it (I had), said to redo it every 2-3 years, and said to feel free to call him if I had any further questions or could use their help in the future. Based on his follow-up and conversation, it's clear he does care about providing good service. Considering his otherwise great reviews, I'm chalking up my missing estimate to a fluke. In their defense, I didn't call them asking about the missing estimate prior to posting a negative review...I just assumed they were otherwise too busy and not interested in my job (like some other companies I dealt with that didn't return my calls). Based on his follow through and attempt to rectify my situation once he knew about it, they seem to have great service. I would work with them again and would know next time to call them if it seems like the ball got dropped somewhere.

Excellent. I left a message and within 24 hrs Tyler returned my call and set a date for the service to be done. They showed up as promised and completed work. Drive looks great!

The workers came on time and did the job as expected and more. I was pleased with the result.
