It was a problem to schedule an appointment. The guy was very nice, but I never got the work done.

They did a good job but had to move me around. That was not a problem because I was available.

Did a good job of pressure washing the drive way. Was a little difficult to get a hold of but that I believe was primarily due to the numerous coupons they had sold during the time that I was trying to get them to come out. All in all a good experience.

We used the hundred and forty-nine special. I thought that they did a wonderful job of pressure cleaning the entire driveway. It looked bright and fresh after they finished that step and the seal coat seem to have good effect as well. I noticed that the water kind of beat it down the drive after they put it on. The only shortcoming that I would mention is that I was a little surprised and I guess maybe partly my own responsibility for not reading the fine print about the area that was included on the big deal. I just kind of figured we had an average-sized driveway and the whole thing would be covered but as it turned out he said he measured the square footage and I think we owed him another eighty-five dollars. It is not a huge issue. I guess I would have appreciated some idea that we would be possibly paying some extra money upfront.

It was a Big Deal that we purchased. They were very thorough. We were pleased with the job they did. The price was very good with the coupon. They even came on a weekend. We would use them again if we ran out of time and couldn't do it ourselves.

The service was excellent. However I don't think I will need this work done again.

Arrived, sounded real professional but work left spots

He was very prompt and did a great job cleaning the driveway and the walkway to our house. He explained everything well.

I had several dealings with them because of the water restrictions and we had to reschedule 2 or 3 times. They were very responsive and professional. Good job.

Stephens sealing came out the first day (July 9) and pressure-washed the driveway; for an additional very reasonable amount, they also pressure-washed out deck prior to painting. Then the next day they sealed the driveway. The work was very good and the technicians were very competent, easy to work with. Good looking sealing job, and the driveway has held up well as a result. I would definitely use them again. Great work for the investment!

The sealing was excellent. After the pressure wash, I went out and had to pressure spray the driveway debris from the concrete seams. Would have liked to have the company automatically do that, but it may not have been necessary to accomplish the sealing that they did. Otherwise, easy scheduling and easy service call.

He arrived very late in the day. Sealing would not have sufficient time to dry and he did not come back to check his work. I arrived home at midnight only to find my drive taped off. I had to find a parking place on the street.

We used an Angie's List coupon. We were able to get an appointment fairly quickly after calling. They power-washed our concrete driveway on a Friday. Because it needed time to dry, they came back on Monday to seal it. They did everything they promised to do and did a great job. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely hire them again.

I had signed up for an offer which would have only washed the driveway and sidewalk in the from of the house. However, they were able to give me a serial price for the back and two rises of the house as well. I was very satisfied.

The two young men who arrived on time were personable and thorough. I was surprised, however, that I had to pay an additional $155 on top of the $119 Angie's special price because my driveway had more square feet than covered by the special. They did throw in the walkway beside the house. They cleaned all surfaces completely before applying their sealant which they assured me would help to preserve the concrete which was already showing some wear and tear. There was initially some obvious spotching, but time has faded them. I have not noticed any further degradation of the concrete.

The service went well, although it was delayed significantly due to the hot weather this summer (2012); I was told my the contractor that the sealant could not be applied in the hot conditions we were experiencing. Stephen's Concrete rescheduled the appointment to a time that was more appropriate (cooler), and when the appointment time came, they performed the services on time and as expected.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work. There were two workers that came out and measured the space (since we were over the 1000 sq ft, they gave a price to do all the surfaces or said how much could be done within the 1000 sq ft limit), then spent a good part of the afternoon doing all the pressure washing work. I believe they had to come back the next day to coat the surface with sealant. They said that they would re-do it if it rained before it cured. We did not need to have them come back.

Although, I have what I considered an average size driveway, I had to pay for extra footage. i would have preferred for them to call me and advise it would be beyond the coupon cost for me to decide if I wanted it or not. I was not advised until after the fact. Also, that should be provided in the announcement.

We had some scheduling problems initially but once that was resolved they showed up on time and did a thorough job. We were very happy with the work.

The gentleman that was sent from Stephens Sealing to assess the job and provide a quote was very professional and thorough. The two workers that came to do the work were courteous and completed the job promptly. However, they missed one of the sections of vinyl siding that was supposed to be replaced. I did not realize this until after they had left my home. I contacted Stephens Sealing and they were very professional in handling the matter. They ordered another piece of vinyl and had it replaced.

Stephens Sealing did a great job. My only issue was that they did not bring an extension needed to properly clean the area over my garage. They said that since it was a ranch house they didn't think they would have to clean such a high area.

Excellent job - we have a steep sloped driveway and were worried if this would make it slippery - it did not.

They called to let us know they would be working on driveways in the neighborhood, pressured washed the drive and came back the next day to apply sealant. They were professional and seemed to do a good job.

I used to do my own concrete sealing but decided to hire it out this time. Contractor used only a tiny fraction of the sealant that I have used myself. They sprayed it on instead of using a roller. Very sub-par job, took only 5 minutes or so to do an entire driveway. Not a professional job. Also, this company changed names in the middle of the summer..not a good sign if yo ask me.
