Purchased Big deal for Stephens Sealing LLC. The square footage for the big deal was more than the area I wanted done. They quoted me a price for doing the additional area but I couldn't afford it at the time. They ended up putting a double coat on the original area for me. That was very nice of them to do.

They were on time, very professional. Work was completed as promised, and the price seemed fair. It was a positive experience. No disappointments.

After several attempts but due to bad weather, they were not able to get anything done. What was great is that they kept me informed as to what was happening and when they would be out to start the job. The best is that the company did a great job and did what they promised to do. Very rare in this day and age that a company does what they say they will do. Thank You

We purchased the driveway sealing "big deal" package. Tyler was very prompt about scheduling us, and rescheduling when weather did not permit sealing to occur on the original day. He provided an estimate of extra square footage in advance, was very responsive to phone calls, and got the work done on time and efficiently. Also gave us an estimate of how much life was left on the driveway. Would definitely use this service again.

Stephens Sealing LLC did the job well.

The first washing did not seem to adequately address the staining on the siding so the provider attempted to wash it a second time. Unfortunately the second washing also did not address the problem. The provider really seemed sincere at doing his best. I think problem was not one that was going to be adequately addressed by power washing. I had to hire another person to wash the siding by hand using a cleaner with bleach, which successfully addressed the problem.

Overall very good to work with. Some of the cracks were "fixed" better than others but overall good job.

Worked with me on picking good day. Gave me extra time to remove my stack of wood from drive way. Called to let me know my coupon was about to expire. Super guys. Nice and friendly. Can't remember the cost.

Superb - in addition to pressure washing and sealing the driveway, also washed the sidewalk--I was both surprised and pleased. I received continual telephone calls, providing updated information as to the actual date work would begin, weather problems created delays, immediately received telephone calls, apologizing for the delay and setting new date. The work was completed in a professional manner, my husband commented "We should had this completed several years ago", what a terrific job they did. The work was completed within the 2 days promised and even informed us not to park on the driveway for the time period and explained what that entailed to ensure the sealant worked. We appreciated their efforts and would hire again in the future.

Plan to have driveway sealed and cracks filled by this company.

Spring rains caused a delay several times, but that was understandable given the inordinate amount of rain this year. Probably will delay next time to a more dry period. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work.

Surface had sheen and was well covered.

We had to reschedule due to weather, although they prematurely cancelled the first appointment. They did an excellent job. They should have charged me extra since I have a 2-story house but they did not charge me because they were not completely satisfied with the quality of their work on the upper part of my house. I thought they did a great job.

They responded the same day and provided a written proposal in person the very next day, detailing the work to be performed. Their bid was very reasonable and they were quite professional but we choose another company, deciding to resurface (remove) most of the old asphalt and lay new. I would contact them again in the future.

The washing and the sealing were done while we were at church, and everything was dry when we came home. To tell you the truth, it's hard to know if anything was done. That's why I haven't rated these people. I only clicked yes on did they perform services because the form insisted. I don't remember how much we spent; it was a "deal". I don't know the date, either, and mm/dd/yyyy is NOT an approximate service date.

They contacted me promptly and scheduled the work. The power washing was a couple of days before the seal. The work was done well but the were just a couple of spots that could have been covered more evenly with the sealant. I feel it was a good experience that went smoothly. I would use them again.

Once the Big Deal was purchased, I contacted them to schedule. They were prompt with scheduling the service and they were onsite when scheduled and performed the work on time. They were out on Day 1 to pressure wash and Day 2 to seal. Very pleasant experience and would use them again.

I was pleased that they were able to complete the work in late October. They seemed to do a reasonable job and were willing to resolve any issues with the sealer that could be caused by wet weather. We did not have any issues. While I thought the driveway they performed the work on was a standard drive in front of a two car garage, they charged an extra $34 because they stated that they had additional square footage.

Company never called to schedule work

Stephens emailed me to schedule a time, held true to the agreed upon time, and completed the work in a timely manner.

We had several delays that were unavoidable because of the hot weather, but the work was performed September 12, 2012 and done very well.

They were fast, professional and prompt. I am certain or without question recommend them to anyone especially with the work that they've done. I was completely satisfied with their work.
