Tyler and his team were great to work with. It was easy to schedule the service and they worked with our schedule. Tyler, at his suggestion, even came back and put down another coat of sealant on the patio. Driveway and patio look great and will definitely use them again.

The two man team arrived a little behind schedule approximately 45 mins. They immediately started the prepping for the drive, then sealed the cracks and covered entire drive with a good protectant, then blocked entrance with stakes and yellow colored ribbon. All in all they did exactly what they said they would do. Both men were professional and articulate. This is a sure excellent value for an excellent company and team. Every phone call I made to the office was responded to promptly and professionally. All tools and equipment were adequate and affective. Tyler was always responsive and professional. He immediately informed me one day when we were on the schedule that, because of rain, he would have to postpone. Then, he came out only a few days later. I own the property but have tenants in the house and Tyler had to communicate with me but also the tenants to schedule, so he had to do a bit of extra communication. All of us enjoyed working with Tyler and will definitely use him the next time we need to reseal driveway.

I really haven?t had a satisfactory experience with the contactor and I haven?t had a great experience with the scheduling.

Excellent from start to finish. Tyler kept me informed via text on every step of the progress. His communication is fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent as well. He even took $200 off his original quote when he realized that he didn't have to do as much work as he originally thought. This guy set the standard for how a customer service job should go. We had to reschedule due to cold weather, but only a few days. The work was done on time and with excellent results. The concrete was looking grey and dirty before (now 14 years old), but cleaned up nicely, and looks great. Will plan to re-seal in a few years.

They pressure washed the house. They did a fine job.

They did a terrible job. The sealer he put on chipped after like three months. It was just awful. I think they just used cheap stuff or something. I probably got what I paid for because it was a very good deal, but it was just not really good. He came out and did a good job, but the material he used was apparently not very good. The price was great. I probably would not use them again in the future.

It was fine. It worked out just fine. The service was fine. I have no complains. But it took like three or four weeks before we could schedule the appointment just because I’m sure they got lots of responses. The work was performed as specified in the big deal.

Work done as agreed upon and on time. Power washed and sealed as scheduled.

They showed up right on schedule. They were very friendly and professional. The concrete was cleaned with a pressure scrubber and really came clean. The drive had to dry for 24 hours before the sealant was applied. When they returned they applied a high grade sealer. When they finished the concrete looked as good as new. it's the envy of the block! I will be referring them to my neighbors and calling them the next time I need this done. Hopefully they run another special on Angie's List.

That was a good experience. They did a good job and were very good all around. They showed up on time. The company sent 2-3 techs and were at the home for about 2 hours. They moved and cleaned some stuff in the driveway.

I think it went fine. Actually, I have called them back since then and asked for another estimate but I never heard back from them. So I would look for another company before I choose them again. I think their price was fine.

We did it a little late in the year, so the sealing dried a little blotchy. They came back and re-sealed the area. They were fine and doing their job.

It went OK. I wasn't expecting to pay more but was advised that the square footage of my home was larger than the coupon I purchased. Frankly, if the maximum square footage was noted on the special, it must have been in small because I hadnt even seen it. But they were polite, quick and efficient. I would hire them again if they were from my City but they told me they travel all around US to perform work. In the future, I'd also be diligent and make sure I hire a company residing in Los Angeles, as I would like to deal with local companies and it's kind of dangerous to have a transient company work in the house.

Ending up cancelling the service.

Overall, it was fine. I believe there were some cracks that we weren't that satisfied with. They were nice and prompt though! It took about 2 days in total to complete.

They did a really good job with the driveway sealing. Stephen also recommended that we add a nice coat to our front porch to give it a darker look, and I'm glad we did it, coz it looks great!

They were wonderful. Came out to look at the driveway and let me know right away they couldn't do the work because my driveway was in bad condition and advised me to get a refund from Angie's List.
