They did an honest job. I just had what turned out to be unrealistic expectations.

The workman came on time, worked quickly and professionally and we were totally satisfied with the results.

We were very pleased to have the driveway protected against our unpredictable Indiana weather.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went fine. I didn’t pay anything additional apart from the big deal amount. They were okay.

This offer was used some time ago and I responded at that time. I do not remember how much I paid for the concrete sealing service. I do recall that the number of square feet allowed by the deal should have included a small patio at the rear of the house. Mr Stevens failed to actually measure my driveway and just estimated that it was of a size to use up the entire deal. I had to ask him to measure the driveway. He did the driveway that day, but had to return another day to do the patio as he did not have the length of hose needed at the time of the appointment. I do not remember the date of service, nor the price I paid.

I have a less than two-year old cement driveway. I was not happy with the tire tracks that I could see in the driveway and concerned that the builder had not sealed the driveway properly. So I took advantage of the offer to seal our driveway for less than a hundred dollars. The services were performed in a timely basis. I did watch the cleaning process and thought they did a very good job, particularly as the tire tracks were washed away. The sealing was done the next day, and I was not there to see how it was done. The end result was that within less than a week I had tire tracks starting to appear back on my driveway. I talked with Stephen about my concerns and he assured me that they had done the job correctly. Bottom line, I had hoped that the sealing would have eliminated the tire track problem. Apparently my expectations were not reasonable. Our home sets on the corner of two streets. Stephen explained to me that since my drive way was a 90 degree turn type driveway connecting the two streets, that it was not uncommon to have the tire tracks. Since my only frame of reference was our previous home of 40 years that required a very sharp turn after backing out of the garage, and that I had not experienced any tire tracks with that driveway, I find it hard to believe that my new driveway should show tire tracks. Nevertheless, I know the sealing helped the overall condition of the driveway. I'm just disappointed I still have the problem that prompted me to have the driveway sealed in the first place.

Great communication. We had a period of rain that delayed the job. I was always updated as to when the job would be done. Was timely and had the job completed as he said it would be.

They show up when promised. With all of the rain we did reschedule once but that was so they could do an excellent job. They are very professional. The driveway looks amazing. They were very careful to edge and clean before applying the sealer. I was so happy with the driveway that I contracted to have the patio and sidewalk sealed. They were just as professional with the second visit. The first day they power washed the surface. After 24 hours they came back and applied the sealant. Now everything looks great. I should mention that the driveway is asphalt and the patio and sidewalk are cement. They are very capable of handling both. They will be my choice the next time these surfaces need sealing.

Tyler arrived as planned and power washed driveway, sidewalks and back patio in the afternoon, then returned the next morning to seal all power washed concrete. He did an excellent job.

Stephens Sealing did a wonderful job cleaning our driveway and patio. The pavement was black before they started working. The cement is now bright and white. I plan on having them back to finish cleaning the walkways in front of my house and to power wash my garage floor.

They were great! We missed them the first time we scheduled because they came an hour earlier than they said they would. We rescheduled for the following week with no problem. They showed up on time and were very quick with their work.

Due to the rain we had around when we were originally scheduled to start, the service had to be delayed a bit but they were always very responsive about getting this rescheduled. They were also very flexible about staging the work being done so that I didn't have both my patio and my driveway done at the same time which would have made getting in my house, without walking on fresh sealant, difficult. I am glad they were cautious when it came to the weather to make sure they didn't put the sealant down when there was any chance it would be messed up by rain.

They were not able to get the stains out that I was hoping they could get out. They were able to get the easy stuff completed, but I felt like they were the most blatant upselling company I have had. They were trying to sell me on a deal to wash the entire driveway instead of just the stains within the 500 sq/ft limit. I would’ve appreciated if they would have attempted to get the stains out that I asked specifically for.

It worked out great. They did a great job, the price was right and they were polite. Everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone. It was good results. We are really satisfied. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The guy that came out didn't realize that our house was 2 storeys so he had a little difficulty but he did a good job. He did an adequate job. We didn't pay any extra. They came on our schedule.

I called wondering if the they serviced the Anderson area, i received a return phone call immediately that they did not but would be happy to refer me to someone in my area. The same day I received a phone call from the referred company and was really happy with their service. Thank for the referral.

After I purchased one of the Angie's list deals for their service, Tyler from Stephens Sealing contacted me promptly to schedule a date for the service. I had to reschedule because of an unexpected delivery and Tyler was very responsive and accommodating. Once they showed up, Tyler thoroughly explained the process and time frame for walking/driving on the newly sealed surface. Because our driveway is so large, I had to pay an additional $170 for the extra square footage but I figure the price was still more than fair. They worked quickly and neatly, leaving no mess and a driveway that now looks new again. Will likely use again in a few years.

The whole thing was a fiasco. I purchased a "Big Deal"on 6-11-12. I confirmed with the provider that the area I wanted power washed could be done. Over the phone, I was told yes because he had either come onto the property or driven by to survey the area. The job was eventually scheduled. Then the big drought came so I did not feel it was necessary to waste water during this period of time so eventually the date was rescheduled to 9-13-12. The service provider called to reschedule the date on the 13th to the following week. I agreed. On the day the work was supposed to be completed, they showed up, then left. I waited for hours for their return only to find out that the service provider had left a voicemail on the home phone hours prior stating that the work could not be done for reasons that did not make sense to me. I felt that leaving a voicemail was a passive aggressive means of communicating with me especially since we had been communicating via my cell phone number and due to the fact that he did not talk to me in person on the day the work was to be done.

Nice job - did have problems with rain delaying the attempt 3 times, but not their fault.

Tyler responded online with a price quote and responded quickly online with a date for service. He was here on that date. I was impressed with his professional attiude. He took time to speak with me concerning my past "failures" in contractors and showed me problems that could occur. All this time, his employees were working and "checking out" the job. At no time was anyone wasting time. The job went quickly and looked wonderful. I will use his service again and would recommend him to a friend.

They came and saw our home and said it was too tall, even though it was only a two story home. They came by our house to assess the job a couple days after I had contacted them.

Excellent. Second time we used Stephens. Very responsive and customer oriented. Had some concerns after it rained after the application. Came right back out and touched up the areas as needed.

An employee of Stephens Sealling LLC, was the person who came to do the work. We were originally scheduled to have the service done on May 1. When no one had called or shown up by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of May 1, I called to see what the situation was. Tyler informed me that there had been a family emergency and he had totally been overwhelmed with that and had forgotten to call me to let me know he wouldn't be there. We rescheduled for the next week but then it rained so we had to wait until the following week, May 13. It is a two day job because on day 1 the driveway is pressure washed and then day 2 is the application of the sealant. The employee was busy pressure washing when I got home from work around 11:45 and then on day 2 he got there about 9:00 to finish the job.
