I originally bought a Big Deal for $175 to apply toward power washing and sealing the concrete driveway. I intended to do the exposed aggregate areas myself, but when I saw how well they did the drive, I asked them to do the exposed aggregate areas as well.

Scheduling was easy and efficient via email with the principal. He also followed up via cell phone calls to confirm dates and times, which was appreciated. Job went smoothly and looks nice.

Tyler Stephens responded quickly and set up a date to do our driveway and sidewalk. He measured our surfaces, and I knew he accurately measured our square footage which exceeded the 1,000 square feet. He cleaned both the driveway and sidewalk one day, and the next day he did the sealing. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We would definitely use him again.

The service was fine and great. They finally responded after three weeks. They came, did the job and they were excellent.

That was just fine. He was here. There was a problem that he detected that we hadn't and he took care of. We were just very pleased. What we paid was well worth it. It took them a while to get back to us but it was a busy time of the year for them. He responded well but he had to reschedule a couple of times but that was alright. He was very good. I would use them in the future.

Wonderful. They were so thorough. They washed both by scrubbing first and next pressure washed. Then they let it dry overnight. The next day they came back to seal it all. They were very responsive to all the requests that I made. I was very impressed. It looked great too! All my neighbors asked me what I had done.

They service was ok. It took a long time to get the service done, they had to reschedule multiple times. They did a fine job once they did the service.

They showed up on time and sealed the driveway as promised, but it began to crack and not look as nice with a few days. Other driveways in my neighborhood that have been sealed held up better than this, but this was a Big Deal so maybe I just didn't pay for the higher quality sealing. Regardless, worth the money--just wanted it to look nicer for showings as I was putting my house up for sale.

Called to schedule. On appointed day, called to reschedule due to rain in forecast. On reschedule day, a Sunday!, power washed. Returned the next day and applied sealer. The walk and drive look wonderful.

He arrived as scheduled on Sunday to powerwash all surfaces. (He came on Sunday to work around the rain.) Crew showed up as scheduled early Monday morning to do all the sealing. He said that our driveway was almost exactly the 1,000 sq. ft. provided for in the Big Deal ($129 to wash and seal 1,000 sq. ft. of concrete). I knew our stamped concrete would be additional. He charged $200 to seal both the stamped concrete sidewalk leading from the driveway to the front porch and the stamped concrete deck across the front of the house (10'x3' approx.). I was satisfied with the price. My only concern is that since the driveway was sealed, we see tire marks from every car that drives on it (hence, the overall B grade; in fairness, I have not had a chance to call and ask if these marks are to be expected). We did not have this the last time the driveway was sealed. We did wait longer than the time they told us it would take to dry. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the work performed.

Did not show up at stated time and did not know what I had purchased. The gentleman was nice and apologized. Work seemed OK.

They were great. Did everything on time and they gave me plenty of information in my quote.

I contacted Stephens Sealing about 3 weeks ago to come out and do my driveway. I found them on Angies list as they were offering a Deal. I did not know the square footage so I contacted them about the deal. I dealt with Tyler, mainly through text messages and phone calls. I gave them my address and they sent me and estimate for the work. The estimate was $160 to seal the driveway. I asked him if I should purchase the deal from Angie's list. He told me not to purchase it he would do the work at the estimated price. I have had my driveway sealed before and it was about the same price so I set up an appointment for them to come out. They come out to do the work, I was at a doctors appointment around the corner. I got a call from Tyler, then I got text stating that they measured the wrong driveway and that the cost to do the work needed would be $450. I asked him to wait at my home so we could talk in person. They left without doing the work, and when I contacted them was told they would not do the work, they are not going to "eat" the excess cost, and that I did not have a contract with them and there was nothing I could do. I have never been so upset about an experience with an Angies list company before. I am surprised by there rating, I have never had a problem like this. It was so unprofessional and so unethical. It is not my fault they measured the wrong driveway and gave the wrong estimate. Very displeased with my experience.

I purchased a big deal from them and they were unresponsive.

He was very friendly and professional. He came out right away to do the service. They had a big machine to clean up everything and put the sealant on the driveway.

We had purchased a big deal and that was okay. They weren't that great, it was basically average. We had a guy who had come in before, and we were surprised at the equipment that this guy brought. He only had a pressure washing hose, he was doing a patio, and the previous guy had actually scrubbed the ground. The price was good.

They were very honest. I did not have to have the work done and they informed me of this.

They were very, very nice but when I called them to come back and to fill in some areas on my driveway, he said they would. They still haven't come back yet. I'm going to have to call them again to come back. I didn't have any problems that day. The only issue is their communication. He calls back but now he doesn't return my phone calls. It's like he's forgotten about me. The price was pretty good. If he comes back to fix the holes in the driveway, I'll use them again. If not, then I won't use them again.

Bought The Big Deal with Stevens Sealing. 800 square feet for $86; I figured it was the best deal I could have on resealing my driveway, and it needed it! I guessed my driveway was about 600 square feet or so. It's not big at all, and perhaps I could use the extra seal for repairing some minor cracks that I was keeping an eye on. Tyler was very nice, and called on the original date we had set up for sealing to reschedule, since we had rain forecasted for that day. We set it back up for the following Thursday, which was a little difficult, since neither my husband nor I would be home. The day of service, I hadn't heard from Tyler, went off to work, and kept checking with my husband whether or not he had shown up. My husband works 2nd shift and would be leaving shortly, so I called Tyler to ask if he was still arriving that day. I didn't get a chance to speak to him directly, but around 3pm, I received a voicemail that he was on the way to the house, and that my driveway is 960 square feet. The extra cost is $35, which isn't bad, but I still need to go out and measure my driveway.....There is no way that it's 60 feet long. Tyler used a very thin seal, and patched most of the cracks, but they weren't filled in the way I imagined they'd be. The seal looked good from afar, but I can still see individual pieces of asphalt easily through the seal. Perhaps I'm remembering the resealing that my parents had done when I was a child differently, when our driveway was a smooth piece of blacktop. (It's the same driveway, since I inherited the house.) Overall, I'd use Stevens Sealing again and have already recommended them to a neighbor or two, although if I purchased a Big Deal again, I'd see about upgrading. This seal should hold my driveway through the winter, and next summer I'll probably put another coat down, although I might do it myself, just to see the difference. Nice company, with a nice owner.

I bought a Groupon to blacktop my driveway. It turns out that our driveway exceeded number of square feet on the coupon. Before we agreed verbally on the job, they said they'd call if the driveway size were larger. They did call and told me that day that it was larger and said they'd leave an invoice, which they did.

Stephens Concrete did an excellent job, the driveway looked brand new! I was pleased with the work and Mr. Stephens was professional and courteous to work with. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.
