Everything was fine. We have to pay another $180 because the driveway was bigger than what is stated in the Big Deal.

It went very well with Stephens Sealing. They got back with me like they said they would and they did a good job from what we can tell. They were very nice and very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It eventually worked out fine. It took a month for them to get to me and unfortunately in that month the leaves started falling. They did a beautiful job on the clean of the driveway but unfortunately while the liquid was drying, a few leaves fell into it. They darkened the driveway underneath that. They offered to clean them off again but I said it would keep doing the same thing as fast as the leaves were falling so we left it. They came back to seal it and it is fine. The only issue was that it took them a month to get to me after I bought it which caused us to get into the leaf falling season. The job they did was great. The driveway was gorgeous when they got done with the power washing. It was so noticeable that when my son came over, he asked what we had done to our driveway. It was a whole lot whiter. There was no additional charges because I was just right under the 1,000 square feet they offered.

They did a great job. The driveway looks terrific. They put extra sealant on the holes for us. It took several attempts for the weather to cooperate but we kept in touch by e mail and that generally worked out well.

They were a little sloppy. We told them that we had a pool and they skip 4 inches around my pool instead of using like a roller. They just did spray. That was the main thing that bothered me, they should have rolled around it but they didn't. Now I have 4 inches that's not treated. The pressure washing was fine but when they sealed it, they should have got up to the pool. I can recommend them if you didn't have a pool but I can't recommend them if you have a pool. We had more square footage so they charge us more than the deal. We told them not to spray indoor pool and they told us that they will use a roller but they just didn't do it.

They were very professional and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer - ME. I will definitely continue to use their services every other year in the future.

Stephens Sealing already has numerous great reviews and they are well deserved. They did such a fantastic job that I thought I should still add my glowing review! They stand behind their work and get the job done right. After washing and sealing our driveway, the weather at night froze the sealer and while I really wouldn't have known the difference they came back out the next day and stripped all of the sealer in order to do the job over again the next day. Tyler informed me that he couldn't leave it the way it was because it wasn't the quality of work they do. They definitely impressed me and are a true stand up company, which is very hard to find.

Service was done well and timely.

Everything went well. He arrived as scheduled, power washed our driveway, and blocked off the end of the drive to prevent accidental traffic. He then came back the next day to seal it. Both times, he had made sure that I knew when we were allowed to walk or drive on the surface. I was very satisfied with the service provided and would use this company in the future.

Was very pleased with service. In addition to pressure washing driveway and sealing it , I contacted Tyler to see if they could do my patio for an additional charge. They agreed to do both. Because of the rain they had to reschedule the sealing portion which was to be done on a Saturday. They called and came out on Sunday and finished the work. Communication was excellent!! Would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and they did a nice job all the way across.

It went fine. He did a great job. They did the service about a week ago and I spent about $149 and I paid an extra $180 because my driveway was bigger. This is the second time that I've used them and I have recommended them to neighbors.

We had a much higher estimate from another company, but we were very please with this service at a fraction of the price. They came out to pressure wash one day, and applied the sealant the next. Great job!

I signed up for the service that this contractor offered through Angie's List, and pre-paid for the service. I never heard from the contractor! I called Angie's List and discussed my situation, and was told they would look into finding an alternative service provider. I never heard back from anyone either by phone, or e-mail. Phone reps were always pleasant, so I would rate the overall experience at a "D".

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a real good job. They came promptly, did it, and left promptly. They were quick. They did it within the amount allowed and I didn't have to pay them any extra. It was a good price and the quality was good. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time, did a really fine job and were very professional!

He called today and was very hateful towards me. He was complaining about vines in the driveway. He just continued to add up-charge after up-charge.

Stephens Sealing was very responsive after purchasing the Angie's List Deal! They came out & evaluated the size of my drive, & called me at work to advise of the extra cost due to the oversized drive. I was expecting the additional cost, so this did not surprise me & it was actually a few dollars less than what I had estimated. Tyler started the work & advised if my wife was not able to make it home before they finished, that he would just leave the bill. It was nice to come home to a job well done! Tyler did a great job & he will be my go-to-man when I need this done again in 2 years!

We had purchased a special deal from Angie's List that had an expiration date on it. We had to put off the job for several months due to the drought last summer and the "no water ban". They were great about it, said no problem, they would do the job whenever we had outdoor water use again. I had hoped the power washing would remove a few stains we had on our driveway. While it looked better, it didn't look as good as I was hoping for. It's possible nothing would take some stains off. My only other complaint was I had the check written to give to the man doing the sealing when he was finished. I had talked to him at the beginning of the job, but he did not check in with me before he left. I was surprised when I stepped outside to check on things and found him gone. Instead of just handing him the check and being done with it, I had to wait for the bill to come and mail it in.

They prepped the driveway so that it was a clean surface then Steve and a partner laid the filler down and mopped it on the driveway. They were very nice. He was very helpful and gave pointers on the care for my driveway.

Initially looked great but has not weathered well, especially the brick.

Stephen said 50 year old driveway too old to benefit from treatment and needs to be replaced because too many large cracks
