I had this company powerwash and seal my driveway and sidewalk. They didn't powerwash the sidewalk to my satisfaction the first time, so i asked them to return and redo it. They ended up sealing the driveway separately and having to come back to rewash and seal the sidewalk. Due to weather and volume, this took several weeks to get completed, but i'm happy with the overall result.

I had contacted Stephen Sealing a couple of times regarding the big deal for $129 driveway sealing. However, when finally Mr. Tyler had a chance to review the site, he came up with an estimate that totaled more than three times what the big deal offered. For that price, I had wanted to look for other contractors. Hence my request for a refund. I hope you are able to take care of it for me.

They were very prompt, kept me informed and did a good job. I would use them again.

The service provided was fine. He came when he said he would come, did what he said he would do and it worked out beautifully. We would recommend them.

Everything went well. They called when they said they wouldn't’t be able to come due to weather issues we had and they kept me very informed. One gentleman came out to do all the scrubbing and two gentlemen came out do the washing. It took 2 trips and 3 and a half hours to complete.

The deal worked out pretty well. It took a while to schedule the work. We were using the job for our patio that was 20 by 20. The worked it itself turned out fine,it was just the communication and scheduling was a little bit off with them.

pressure washed & sealed my driveway. Looked good when they were done and I do notice a difference when it rains. Ordered the service since I was noticing some pitting already on a one year old driveway.

Power wash and 2 coats of sealant. Done very well. Highest recommendations.

Unfortunately the communication wasn't more than voicemail. I had hoped to get the service done prior to the cold weather.

I received an estimate over the phone, although I asked for them to measure my driveway. Because the estimate was based on square footage that I gave them, I was not sure if the estimate was a firm estimate or if the price would vary once they came out to do the job and measured the driveway myself. Because I did not consider their estimate to be a firm estimate and they would not come out to give me an estimate, I did not hire them.

Tyler and Justin came on schedule. They were very efficient at what they did and they were very responsive to all my questions. I certainly would use their services again!

I purchased the big deal to clean & seal our concrete driveway. It took a few days for Tyler to get in touch with me to set up an appointment. The tricky part is needing 2 rain free days to complete the work, so the job got pushed back a few times because of weather, no fault of the company. They did come out on a Sunday to get caught up. There was a noticeable difference once they power washed the driveway. 1,000 sq ft included in the deal was more than enough to cover our driveway, sidewalk, and front door stoop. Overall, a good job and I would use them again.

It worked out fine. They came on time. Everything was fine.

Wonderful service. Due to my mistake they came by to clean the drive and we forgot to move cars off before leaving for the day. We later talked and he was more than happy to reschedule. Due to poor weather conditions service had to be rescheduled twice then. When the weather finally cooperated the work was done with no problems. So not to cause any damage to their work they were kind and conscientious enough to tape off the drive entrance so no one would enter. Thank you so much for your patience, professionalism and perseverance in getting the job done. I would definitely refer them to others and plan on contacting to do our patio in the back ! Kudos to you and your team!

This was a really good experience! They communicated very well, they were professional, they were right on time and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about the company, except I'll call them again and refer them to others!

There were two delays. One was he had to go out of town and the second delay was he had a death in the family. That’s ok because things happen. They performed the work. I called him back and told him it did not have a wet look to the driveway. He offered to give me some money back or to come back and put a second coat on my driveway. I agreed to have him to come back out and give the second coat. He has not showed back up yet to perform the work.

I assumed that the sealing meant sealing between the sections of concrete to avoid freeze and fall damage. He didn't do that at all they just pressure washed the first day and the second day came back out and sprayed a sealant over the driveway which did not fill the sections between the concrete. I feel maybe they should have specified it was not included in the deal I just assumed it was.

Stephens power washed about 950 sq. ft. of concrete side walk, concrete for a porch and a patio. The following day one of the men came back and sprayed a concrete sealing on all surfaces. | |They arrived as promised and did the work with a rotary power sprayer that did the job in 1 1/2 hours and did a better job than I could do with my small hand held power washer and it would have taken a couple of days if I had done it. Also, I think they used a better quality sealer than I could buy at the local home supply stores and needed on about 45 minutes.

Though I was not home when they performed the service, I really like the result. My driveway looks new again. I had one question when they completed the work and they returned my call immediately.

I received a call very shortly after signing up to confirm what I needed done and to select a date and time. They arrived as promised and did the job. They had to delay the sealing part due to rain, but called to advise when they would get this done which was two days later. Did a good job and the walk and stoop look much better.

They said my driveway was too old for sealing. I would hire them in the future.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They didn't do a good job. They cleaned it fairly, I'm not sure what they used to clean it but it looked like I had discolorations, it wasn't evenly coated or something because there was different shades of colors in my driveway. They were very nice guys, they came out exactly when they were supposed to, I just wasn't really too impressed with the quality of the work. It got set up pretty quick when I called them. They came when they said they were going to do it. I was a little bit surprised that they used a water seal instead of an oil based seal which I'm sure is a lot cheaper. I know other people that have had it done in the neighborhood and everybody else has had it done with an oil seal. I think they were giving me a little bit of a line when they said that's all anybody uses anymore. It was a little bit more to do the sidewalk going up to the porch.

Stephens Sealing was very quick in providing an estimate. Tyler provided regular communication when rain delayed the project. He also answered many questions that I had prior to the work. Price was good and service was excellent. Would definitely hire again.

They came out a week later after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service turned out well but the price was too more expensive than what he quoted on the "Big Deal". The guy that came out is a good guy. The job was done very good. I ended up paying him more. They were professional and communicated with me very well.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. We paid them extra other than the big deal purchase, because we had a little bit more done.
