We didn't know when they were coming. They finally came while we weren't home and we couldn't tell anything had been done. There was no confirmation or receipt that the job was completed. Luckily, our neighbors saw them and told us they'd been here.

No service provided. Please provide refund

This was not the case. He explained that if cracks were filled, they would be very noticeable after the sealing.

I could not tell the difference when they completed the job.

I knew when purchasing the deal that I would have to pay extra for more square footage. Scheduling was quick, they were out within a week. They did a very good job.

He was very nice and he called to let me know there had been a mistake as I am in Sandy, Utah. The owner directly contacted me and then I was able to get a refund.

Fabulous! Scheduled the job promptly, arrived promptly. Driveway was longer than special Angie's List pricing (which I knew going in) so had to pay a little extra but they also came back and had to extend their services another day in order to fulfill. Did not complain; they were very particular and very thorough. Would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. The positive thing was that I have never had a driveway resealing done for that price. It is a fabulous price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It didn't quite go the way I thought it would dealing with Angie's List Big Deals. The first thing they did was come out and look at it and said it was bigger than what they contracted for so I told them to just go ahead and do my sidewalk. If that's the only thing they can do for that amount of money, then just go ahead and do the sidewalk. They said they are there to do the whole thing so I had to pay him more, and I got the feeling they were going to do anything. They weren't even going to turn the thing on if I didn't go ahead and pay them more so I was not happy with that. I was angry and I just couldn't let the $149 go for nothing. I asked if they could just arrange with Angie's List to get my money back and he said there are no refunds, and they're there to do the job. I know that he was not very pleasant at all. It's this way or there is no way. I went ahead and had them do it. I wasn't happy about it, but I paid. I will never, ever hire them again. I am one person and I was not happy at all. I don't know if the next person was happy. The price that I paid Angie's List was okay, but since they wouldn't do it unless I pay them more because they said there was more concrete there than the contract called for. It was just a bad deal for me. I'm sorry about that because Angie's List had been good about their deals. The quality and their responsiveness were good.

Bought the Big Deal Offer for $99 (up to 500 SF). For an additional $174, pressure washed the entire driveway and small patio. Did pretty good job. Will recommend to others and will hire again.

Throughout the rain and snow it appears that the seal does protect the cement from absorbing the moisture, keeping it dry from the inside out. Unlike other sealers out there it did not make the cement darker in color. It goes on blue and turns clear when it dries.

Yeah they did a good job. I was not there when they did the job so I cannot describe what they did. The package we bought covered part of it and then there was an add on fee that was very reasonable. So they did the drive top sealing and the whole drive way and as i said it has been very good. There was nothing negative and they did a good job and they were the one actually reaching out to me to get it scheduled and they got it done before winter got here and that was good. The $80 covered a certain amount of the drive way and there was the add on.

Washed down the driveway and sidewalk and put a protective coating on . It's been too long for me to quote the cost of the service. The washing was excellent but the coating was much too light.

I believe that I'm more disappointed in Angie's List than Stephens because I paid Angies $129 for the offer only to find out that exposed aggregate was not covered. I believe Angies should have qualified the descriptions/exceptions to the offer. Once I paid the offer on line, I didn't feel I had good options.

Retuned call several months after we received refund, services never performed

Very professional and customer focused

The company did a very good job power washing and sealing my driveway, sidewalk, and front porch. They were supposed to do the same to my patio. They did not power wash my patio which was contained in the price I paid them. The technician indicated it was not dirty which was incorrect as it is windy in my backyard and most of the summer it was dirt because of installing the patio. They sealed the patio without power washing it and now the seal is flaking off. I am guessing this is happening because it was filthy and they did not want to take the time to power wash it but sealed it anyway. The other items they power washed and sealed are doing fine. There is no peeling on them. This makes me sad because now I have to deal with the peeling sealer and will have to have it sealed again and spend more money to correct their issue. I will not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience as we all work hard for our money and do not want to waste it on companies that cut corners on a service and cause more issues.
