Description of Work: A REPAIRMAN FROM METZLER HAS PERFORMED FINE ON A PREVIOUS SERVICE CALL. UNFORTUNATELY, I DIDN''T REQUEST THE SAME REPAIRMAN ON THE SECOND CALL. ON THIS OCCASION, I HAD AN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM LEAKING INTO THE KITCHEN BELOW. WATER WAS DRIPPING FROM THE KITCHEN CEILING WHEN THE BATHROOM WAS USED. THE PLUMBER ARRIVED LATE AND TRIED TO SAY THAT A LEAK DIDN''T EXIST. I PRESSED ON THE KITCHEN CEILING AND WATER RAN DOWN. HE SEEMED VERY RELUCTANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE AND FIX THE PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THE NEXT DAY, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND OFFERED A 15% REFUND BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE. AS A COMPANY, METZLER WAS GREAT, BUT MAKE SURE TO REQUEST A RELIABLE REPAIRMAN.

ORIGINAL CALL WAS FOR A LEAK AND A TOILET CONCERN. RESPONDED SAME DAY. CUSTOMER OPTED FOR PARTIAL REPAIR ON TOILET, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS GIVEN AN OPTION ON FULL REPAIR. WHEN THE TOILET PROBLEMS CONTINUED, WE RETURNED AND DID THE FULL REPAIR AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE CUSTOMER CALLED AGAIN TO SAY THERE WAS A LEAK AT THE REPAIR IN THE BASEMENT. WE RETURNED, AGAIN THE SAME DAY HE CALLED, AND FOUND A CONDENSATION PROBLEM. NO LEAK - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW WE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FAIR. A FOLLOW UP CALL TO THE CUSTOMER INDICATED A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
