Did not, and would NOT, use this service

The moving dawgs (Big John & Junior) were fantastic :-) Everything went smoothly. Both Big John & Junior were courteous, polite and careful with the furniture. Will definitely use them in the future.

It was awesome! I loved seeing a father/son team work so well together. Professional. Clean. Careful. Kind. A true pleasure. I will use them again and want the father/son team only! EXCELLENT JOB!

I rented my own truck so I only needed labor help. Both guys on the team were friendly and worked hard. They stayed positive and professional. They arrived on time and called me 10 minutes ahead to let me know that they were coming. I will be using them again

They did an excellent job, although it took from 8:45 AM until 7:45 PM. There were only 2 men for a 10 x 20 unit packed completely full. It might have gone faster if there had been that extra man. Both of the men were courteous and worked very hard without stopping for a break all day. They knew how to move and handle big items.

Very pleasant and non-stressful. Both Bob and Jerry were more than willing to do anything to help. They wasted no time, but also didn't hurry. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends.

I contracted with moving dawgs on 9/13/2014 for a move on 8/13/2014. They contacted me twice leading up to move and were right on time on 8/13. Big John and Isaiah were not only professional and hard working they were also very cheerful and friendly. They made a stressful situation so much more bearable. Heavy furniture, steep steps and a hot day did not affect their attitude or energy at all. They were very careful with all items of furniture, even pieces that were already a little beat up. Everything was wrapped, covered, and secured. We drove the truck from Indianapolis to Terre Haute and on opening the door nothing had budged. Would highly recommend moving dawgs.

John and Vincent were a great pair of gentlemen to work with; they arrived on time, after a walk thru started loading. We all worked from 8:45am to 10:30pm that night. It was a very long day but these guys kept their humor up and even broke out in song a time or two. They were very respectful of me and of my possessions. They always asked where boxes and furniture belonged; they were very careful of the new floors that had been just installed and of any fragile pieces of furniture or glass. John kept everyone's spirit up and Vincent was equally as positive and funny. They were a pleasure to work with and if I ever need to move again I will call them or refer them to anyone who is. Both John and Vincent are in military service and if they are representatives of the caliber we have in the armed forces I feel much safer. They were professional, respectful and very funny to be around.

The 2 Dawgs movers showed up promptly, were very professional and helped us get our daughter moved within the 4 hour window using the Uhaul we rented. Great service would recommend them and use again.

The service was ok. They came out and did a walk through. They gave me a great estimate so I knew exactly what it would cost me. However, it took way to long for the move to be completed. They had a crew of two and it was an extremely hot day which may have contributed.

Excellent service. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and careful with our furnishings. They were also pleasant to work with. In addition, they helped me find ways to save money on the move. I recommend them highly.

The service was fine. They sent 2-3 movers who were on time and polite. There were some additional fees which ended up being more than I hoped to pay. They did everything I asked them to do, moved some things inside the house and over to a different location.

They sent a staff member to my home to give an estimate and see how much we had to move so they could send the appropriate equipment. The day of the move, they arrived with a truck that was to small. I called the office right away and was told I would receive a call from the manager. He did not call. The two gentlemen who arrived were polite and courteous. They also voiced concern that I did not receive a call back. I called back a second time and was told that it would be handled at the end. The estimate that I was given was that it would take 5-6 hours for the move they arrived at 10:00 AM. By the time the second trip was finished it was 9:00 PM. They did deduct 1 1/2 hours from the bill to make up for the lunch they took and the drive time for the second trip. I feel the estimate was so far off that it was the error of the staff who gave the estimate. It cost me over $400 more that I had planned on and than the estimate I had been given. To this day I have not received a call back. I have moved 7 times in the past 24 years. This experience was the worst! 7/22/14 I finally received a call from the supervisor. He apologized for not returning the call sooner and said he would look into the move records. He said he understood my concerns. I ask him if he would be satisfied with an estimate that was half of the actual charge. He said no. He told me he would call back. Today is the 28th of July. I have not received that call back. Again, poor, poor customer service.

Overall the service was good. I expected the movers to bring some equipment, but it was all done by hand. A large book case and a large desk were moved from the main floor to the basement. My only complaint is that I specifically asked the guys if they had any issues. They said no. After they left I noticed a dent in the wall heading down the stairs. perhaps they didn't notice that they have hit the wall with the top of the book case, but i find it hard to believe.

Both gentlemen were very efficient and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Moving Dawgs.

They arrived right on time. Both Kyle and John were professional, courteous And extremely hard working. They managed to move several rooms of Furniture from our upper floors and basement to our garage for a garage Sale. They completed it in under two hours and did a wonderful job!

It was excellent. They came the very next day after I called. The cost was very affordable for what we needed. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and very kind. They handled our furniture with a lot of care. I would definitely use them again in the future and I would recommend them.

Her experience was okay but not a A experience. They arrived pretty much on time but got lost going to the new apartment so the move took longer than expected. They did not charge her for the extra time. A couple of items were broken and one piece of furniture was scratched which is the reason for a C in quality. She was reimbursed for the damages. She said they were nice but would not use them again.
