I called and spoke with Aaron. I told him I was in a time crunch and he set up a time for the next day! Every other moving company was booked out for two weeks! We basically needed a couple of guys for an hour. The movers were late but it was circumstances that were out of their control and they arrived at the second time during the same day that we agreed on. The movers that we had were very nice guys and worked very hard to get things moved as quickly and safely as possible. We will definitely hire them when we move again.

They were great! Professional and personable. They took great care of every piece of furniture moved. I paid extra for the shrink wrap for added protection....but not sure I needed it because they took such great care in moving things! I bought the coupon deal off of Angie's List and I'm glad I did. They were prompt and professional. I will definitely use them again! Thanks!

I purchased the Big Deal for 2 movers/2 hours for $79. Each time I contacted them, I had a response within an hour. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule from one weekend to the next. Movers arrived on time, called as promised to give a 30 minute heads up, and got to work immediately. The two movers were friendly, fast, and did a great job. I didn't have to supervise at all. These two guys did the job in half the time of a 5 man crew with another company who moved us to this temporary residence back in January - even with an extra 20 minutes on the drive to our new house. There were a few minor dings and scratches, but to be expected during a move - nothing that a furniture filler won't fix. I would hire them again in a second! In fact we may need to call Junk Dawgs soon to remove some construction debris! Thanks Ryan and Seth and sorry about the dusty armoire!

The movers arrived within the timeframe they provided. The service was very responsive to our needs, as we had to hurry to remove the items from the estate sale. They worked with us to find a crew that could work within our time constraints. On the day of the move, the three person crew was friendly, caring, responsive and very easy to work with. They carefully, yet quickly, packed and loaded all of our items. On arrival at our home, the moving crew again used great care in placing our items in the house. Not a thing was nicked, scratched or otherwise bothered. They took their time to ensure everything was set up just right to our liking. I would definitely use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them to fellow Angie's List members.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased and I was very happy with them. I liked that they introduced themselves when they came out. They were a little late because they had trouble finding the place but they were courteous when they got there. They wore business polo shirts. They didn't dawdle. They were some of the best movers I've had in terms of doing what I asked. The pricing was good. I ended up having to postpone the move and they worked with me to reschedule without charging me extra. They wanted to come earlier but I said I needed to go to lunch so they kept in touch.

I called and requested the details of my move, which were: A) Pickup 6 large items (china cabinet, arcade cabinet, workout equipment) along with some various boxes from location #1 B) Drop arcade cabinet to location #2 C) Drop majority of boxes off at location #3 D) Pickup projection TV from location #3 E) Drop everything off at storage unit at location #4 Scheduler told me I could be fit in on a Tuesday between a window of 2 to 5pm. Movers called me day of move to inform me of their status - they were running late but still arrived prior to 5pm. We walked around location #1 showing them the different items we wanted moved, a majority of them were in the basement. Lead mover gave me a brief description of their company (vast majority are public or armed service workers, which I respect) then started "the clock" on my move (you pay hourly). All 3 movers were very friendly and were considerate of my property. They also were very easy going about my somewhat unique request for different locations. I also think they held the "work harder not smarter" mantra as most of the items they just wanted to power up the stairs. One item, a treadmill, they discovered would not fit up the stairs until they were halfway up to the landing. One guy stood with it for about 20 minutes as the other 2 guys were unresponsive. Ultimately I located tools to allow us to collapse the treadmill down so that it would fit. My kids were outside playing in the back yard and when I'd go out to check on them I noticed one of the guys was "hanging out" in the truck often. He periodically would enter the house and claim he was looking for "items that one guy can carry", not find anything then return to the truck. My wife actually shoved a dozen of these items that met that description right to the front door to simplify the problem. After the treadmill, my hopes for what I wanted accomplished started to diminish. I informed them that item "D" on the schedule outlined above would not be happening. When we finally did arrive to the storage unit the movers were very eager to "play tetris" to help make everything fit. After watching about 10 minutes of nothing happening I instructed them to just unload everything outside and I would arrange it - which took 10 minutes. Again the movers were nice and respectful. I felt their labor rates were competitive with the other moves I had quoted. I don't expect them to run around as quickly as possible, but they clearly were in no hurry. My guess is the delays cost 30 to 45 minutes worth of time. If I were to use them again, I'd opt to hire a 2 man crew which seemed to be a large part of the problem - but I'd still double any time estimate on how long the move would take :)

They rang when they knew they would be late. They apologized when they arrived for their lateness. The 3 of them moved a majority of the contents from one house to another in just over 2 hours. And that included removing the handrail in the basement to be able to get the refrigerator down the stairs. They were polite, neat and did an incredible job. In fact this was the 2nd time we used them and we would use them again. And I have recommended them to friends.

Moving Dawgs did an excellent job moving all of our stuff. They were very quick, but careful with our belongings.

Highly recommend Moving Dawgs for local moves. They were courteous, friendly, efficient, and did a fabulous job moving big, older pieces of furniture. They made sure that they moved only the pieces we wanted them to move (downsizing a bit). Will use them in the future for any local moving needs we have.

Great job! Called to see if we could start earlier (completed their prior job sooner than planned), arrived and began immediately. Very professional on all fronts. Worked non-stop and also completed our tasks ahead of plan. One recommendation: use shoe covers, especially during inclement weather (was snowing on the 21st and tracked some wetness - nothing major). I will definitely use again when in need of movers.

They were quite polite, efficient and hard working. They moved all the pieces out of 1 house and into the 2nd house within the 2 hours, although I was expecting to and quite willing to pay regular price after the first 2 hours. I can not say enough about these young men and will be using them again for our final move. You will not be sorry after hiring this company for your move.

Overall, the crew did well. They were prompt and very curtious. One of the three movers was lackadaisical, and the other two had to pick up his slack. It was more like two and a half movers and a truck. But they got the job done and in good time. I would definitely use them again for a short distance move.

Relocated sofa sectional, chairs & pillows from one residence in Noblesville to another in Noblesville. The guys were totally on time meeting my wife at one residence to pickup the furniture. Three young men & a truck. Sofa located on second floor so two guys moved & one spotted their movements to insure no damage to walls, staircase, banister or door jams. Furniture never touched anything but their careful hands. All three guys were very respectful, yes ma'am this or that. Also all three were dressed in clean & pressed blue Dickie slacks & red shirts. Upon arrival at second residence, they quickly unloaded the furniture & placed in the residence without any issues. They worked well as a team. Total move time from start to finish wasn't more than an hour. Again, very respectful, yes sir, when any of the three guys spoke to me. I had purchased their services via Angie's Big Deal offer, but the three guys doing the move, the folks on the phone, including one of the owners acted & treated this move as though I was paying extra for great service. Without a doubt I would use Dawgs again & recommend them to anyone needing furniture or unwanted stuff relocated from one place to another. Great service!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. $120 for 2 hours of 3 movers and a truck. The 3 guys were courteous and efficient. All affiliated with the military in some way (reserves, etc.). Only minor problem is that there was old snow on the ground and they came in with shoes on and without shoe covers, so my carpet got soiled a bit. But everything else was top quality. They guys were very nice, worked hard and really did a good job. I would certainly use them again.

I bought a Groupon for a move I had done recently with this company. I have purchase a Groupon for movers in the past and have no had the best experiences but this time it was different. Upon calling them to make sure the day I needed was available, I mentioned the deal online and they honored the price for me without question. I had this move booked about a month in advance and the move happened to be the day after the blizzard in December 2012. I had originally signed up to get two men for two hours. Upon arriving about 30 minutes EARLY! there were three men willing and able to help with the move. They were kind, professional and very normal men that I knew weren't going to try and waste time getting the move completed. What impressed me the most actually had nothing to do with the move. Before starting they noticed my elderly neighbors were having a difficult time shoveling the 7 inces of snow that had fallen the day before. Without hesitating, they went over and offered to help them clear it. I had absolutely no problem with them doing this at all! They had also assured me that my time had not yet started and they had loaded some items already. I thought the gesture alone was one of the most thoughtful and selfless deeds I had seen in a long time. They completed my one bedroom move in a timely manner and were extremely careful moving my expensive furniture. I did not feel like I had to keep a close eye on them or tell them not to hit the walls, etc. They did not take breaks or complain once during the two hour move and were keeping friendly conversation the entire time amongst each other and myself. It seemed like they really got along with each other. Overall, the company is what they say they are.The men were either in the Military or a Firefighter and you could tell in their actions and manners. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

We bought a coupon to use this service. Scheduling the move was very easy and they were very responsive to our needs. The young men called in advance, as promised and showed up at the scheduled time. I was a little worried about having movers come into our home as we are a little difficult when it comes to cleanliness. The young men that came to our home were well dressed, very polite and worked hard. I was extremely pleased with their overall service. We required them to remove their shoes each time they came into the house and they were more than willing to cooperate. We asked them to put sheets down (we provided them) in the truck under our mattresses and cloth furniture and I didn't have to remind them 2 hours later when it came time to load them. I would use this company again and highly recommend them...Our standards and expectations were high and they met them all.
