Mitchell called me back the next day and came out to the house. He summed up the situation, stated what needed to be done and he could do the work now. I was pleasently suprised because was tired of a non functioning sink/faucet. He was very professional and detailed with his work. At the end he cleaned up and helped do one other small item. I would use him again and would recommend his services.

I called him for an estimate. He was on his way to another job but he stopped by. He made arrangements to begin the next week. He was punctual and came every day as schedule. I had a friend oversee the job as I was working and needless to say my friend is VERY particular. He could find nothing wrong with Mr. Mitchell's work. He took his time, was meticulous, and very very neat. The tile came out beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had a full kitchen remodel and Mitchell did the tile portion. He did impeccable work, is a very hard worker and was professional. If we have tile needs again we will definitely use his service. He did not deviate from the plan we had agreed upon. It was truly a great experience.

Mitchell is an extremely nice man and does good work, however, our job took far too long to complete. There were two bathrooms that had been gutted. The master bath did require a bit more thought since it used sheets of a basketweave marble on the floors and marble subway tile on the walls. We think this might have been somewhat of a challenge and more than what Mitchell is used to working with. He was extremely thorough with laying the patterns out and thinking through dimensions, but we just kept thinking he was in a bit over his head thus the extended installation time. Because of other job commitments, he would often not get started until late in the day and progress was often minimal. This would often effect other work going on and generally delayed our moving in. Mitchell would probably do well on a more straight forward job or where the material was in larger dimensions. In any case, you will be happy with the end result, but it may be painful getting there.

He gave me several different prices and it was anywhere from $500 to $1300. He was pretty nice, but it took him several days to get back to me. I would use him as long as he is on a timely basis because that is the big thing.

It was done perfectly and on time. Louis Mitchell is very professional and very courteous. He wasn't the least expensive quote, but his price was fair and he is a perfectionist and a pleasure to have in our home.

The job took longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Mr. Mitchell is a perfectionist... every cut he made was incredibly precise, and this shows in the finished product. It's very clear that he take a great deal of pride in both his work and his trade. The floor looks amazing! Louis Mitchell is a very nice man; he's polite and cleans up at the end of each day. He was a pleasure to have around the house. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell and plan to use him again in the future to remodel additional bathrooms in our house.

He was a perfectionist and very clean. The job took longer than expected, but that's ok because we are very happy with the final product! We would definitely hire him again - he was reliable and trustworthy. We even allowed him in the house when we were gone because we had total confidence with him.

I had no idea what a big job this was going to be or I might not have done it. They estimated that the job would take one week, but it ended up taking three. There were multiple layers of old vinyl flooring that had to be removed prior to installation of the tile. The old flooring was glued down and Mr. Mitchell claimed that it was one of the hardest jobs that he'd ever had. Even though he put up plastic to try to contain the mess, I still ended up with a layer of dust throughout my living area, due to removal of the old flooring. The old flooring and debris was put into a large pile in my garage, which was left there until the end of the job. In the process of putting in the tile floor, they broke off a small piece of wall tile in the bathroom, but never mentioned it. I discovered it later. However, overall, I am pleased with the end result. The tile floor looks beautiful and I believe the quality of the workmanship is good. My primary complaint is with the mess. I'm not sure what the standard is, because I've never done this before, but it seems like they should have done more to control/clean up the mess on a daily basis. I also think they should have fixed the wall tile they broke, or at least told me about it.

They were perfectionists. The price was wonderful. They were also neat, clean and good honest people. Excellent workmanship.

Mr. Mitchell's work was meticulous and very professional. He was very punctual, and he completed the work within the time frame he gave us initially. We were responsible for choosing the tile and the matching grout. He gave us the names of tile distributors, and we were able to get his company discount on the price. Since completing the job, he has returned to polyurethane a threshold between the kitchen and laundry room. We have been extremely pleased with the finished product.

They were on time and did the work, it worked well and I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend them. They cleaned up after their work, which is important.

He was courteous and polite. He did an awesome cleaning up the job and even scrubbed the tile with vinegar. I would use him again.

LOUIS WAS VERY PATIENT, POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE SAT WITH US FOR SEVERAL HOURS EXPLAINING THE VARIOUS OPTIONS WE HAD FOR TILE, EDGE FINISHES AND SEALERS. WE PURCHASED THE MATERIALS BUT HE EITHER SUGGESTED A TYPE OR MET US AT THE STORE TO ASSIST WITH THE SELECTION OF MATERIALS. HE DID NOT INSIST ON A PARTICULAR MATERIAL, BUT EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES ALLOWING US TO MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE. HE WORKED WITH MINIMAL DIRT AND CLUTTER, AND CLEANED UP AFTER EACH VISIT. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE CONTRACTED TO DO AND MADE HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS WHEN THE UNEXPECTED AROUSE. HE WORKED WITH US VERY WELL WHEN THE PROJECT EXPANDED BEYOND ITS ORIGINAL SCOPE. HE TAKES HIS TIME SO THE TILE IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. THERE WERE NO RIP OUTS, REINSTALLS, OR WASTE OF MATERIALS. HE IS SO METICULOUS HE MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, BUT THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. HE PRICES THE JOB REASONABLY AND STICKS WITH THE QUOTE. 1/2 IS DUE UP FRONT AND THE BALANCE ON COMPLETION.
