Louis has done several tile jobs for us, including two showers and our kitchen backsplash. His work is impeccable, he cleans up his mess, and he’s very pleasant to do business with.

Mitchell Ceramic Tile & Marble did a beautiful job of laying porcelain tile over a concrete pad on our screen porch. They carefully prepped the area, meticulously laid the tiles, and did not rush the process. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely wonderful from first contact through project completion!! I was contacted quickly to schedule an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and we decided to hire. Louis did a great job communicating about the job and was a pleasure to talk with. He was also flexible with some changes I wanted to make after the original estimate. We have an intricate decorative border entering into our kitchen and I had planned to match the entry of our downstairs bath with the same border; however, the company that manufactures that tile discontinued the pattern so I was unable to buy the border. I explained the situation and Nick actually custom made a match of the border!! It turned out beautifully! The project was completely quickly and I am so very pleased! Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely make Mitchell my first call for any future tile needs and will also show off the beautiful work they did every chance I get! Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this service. Louis contacted me very quickly after I put in a request on Angie's site. He came over to look at the repairs we needed and was back the next week. His workmanship was excellent. He explained what he was d***, discussed anything else he noticed and the work looks great. He did a great job cleaning up as well. He is a friendly man who will get the job done!

Excellent workmanship with high quality end product. Very personable and pleasant person to work with. We indicated at the outset we were not in a hurry but our project took longer than we originally anticipated. One must be patient Louis is a perfectionist and may have more than one projects going at one time which could impact timing. Hard worker who is willing to put in extra time when needed.

Mitchell did a very good job on both projects. He is responsive and kind. He worked during Labor Day to finish the job. Highly recommend.

From our first meeting with Mitchell Ceramic Tile & Marble, we were very pleased with the estimate, initial scheduling to begin, and the overall approach to our project by the business owner, Louis Mitchell. Throughout the duration of the job, Louis was professional and friendly and worked closely with us to ensure our bathroom remodel went smoothly and met our expectations. The finished project actually exceeded our expectations and we are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the completed work – our bathroom shower is really beautiful. The project took a bit longer than expected due to delays with getting the specific tiles and related materials that we wanted from our supplier, along with an unexpected plumbing repair/rework to the tub pipes, which were adjacent to the shower stall. An excellent experience overall – Louis was a stickler on ALL details of the project, especially the grout lines on the shower walls. When we look at the shower walls and the amazing uniformity of the tiles and grout lines, it gives our bathroom an eye-catching appearance that could be featured on HGTV or in Better Homes & Gardens magazine! Thank you, Louis – you did a wonderful job for us!

Mr Mitchell went above and beyond to squeeze us in so we could get our house on the market. He came to us in the evening after working another job all day. His work is fantastic, the tile looks better than when we bought the house. He was so nice and professional to work with, highly recommend him.

Louis responded to our phone calls immediately and scheduled a convenient time to come to do the repair. He is a perfectionist when working and he completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. He is a true gentleman and he does excellent work. Louis literally saved us thousands. We had two larger companies in to give us estimates, each were over 2k. We kept getting pushed into more expansive work we didn't need/want. They were going to rip out the shower door frame, destroying an old marble piece that was original to the shower. Louis's dad happened to work in homes as old as ours and so Louis knew beneath the floor of our shower was a reinforced lead pan (or something else heavy and no long used). For this reason, we could just re-tile the floor like we wanted. Cost us less than $300 including materials. Louis struck us as an honest man with integrity and we'd have no hesitation using him again for any service he offers.

Louis is very detailed in his work. He works quietly and stays as long as needed to complete the work. My shower looks great. More importantly, the drain no longer backs up from pieces of adhensive applied to the old tile by a different company.

Louis is very professional and is very knowledgeable when it comes to ceramic tile. He is a kind and considerate man. We would hire him again.

Lewis is wonderful to work with! He was very detailed & did a great job installing the tile for us. He was great about letting me know when he would arrive & he always left a clean area when finished for the day. We are so happy with the results!

When I called Mitchell Ceramic & Tile, I spoke with Louis directly and he asked me several questions about the situation and he was fairly certain that he had figured out what the problem was based on my responses. He came out to the house a couple days later and confirmed that it was most likely (as he had deduced from our conversation) a crack or cracks in the grout. He regrouted the floor of the shower that day and the problem was solved. I was absolutely thrilled that he was able to so quickly diagnose the problem. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. On top of that, Louis is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He is friendly and professional and I enjoyed talking with him. He obviously knows what he is doing and is patient in answering questions and explaining the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend him!!

The tile work looks great and he suggested epoxy grout for no staining... so glad we found a professional. Louis was VERY responsive and communicated his timeline with us.
