Matt came out and looked at my electrical switch that was tripped for furnace and claimed I needed to replace entire breaker box because some of the metal was rainbow colored, which is his mind was a safety issue. This would cost, according to Mr. Sky Is Falling, $2500! The box was put in when house was built in 2004 and has had no issues. I didn't give in to scare tactics and sent him on his way

They came within 3 hours of contacting them. It was an after hours service call so for me the price was not an issue. The next electrical job I need done I will call Mr. Sharkey and ask for the particular electrician who was available tonight. Yes I do have his name.

The electricians were professional and friendly. They worked with me to understand my expectations what was to be done and allowed me to ask questions and express my concerns. I felt comfortable with the team and appreciated their professional courtesy that they extended toward me.

The technician that came out was professional. The fact that he encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns regarding the work he completed or regarding the future work. We will be calling Mister Sparky for our future project!

The three electrician that came out to my residence did a great job. All three gentlemen was prompt, professional, and explain in detail the problems (1) fixing my electric main box, (2) my damaged light pole in the front yard, and (3) the light switch fixture on my back porch.

Our electrician, Brett, did a great job in a professional manner fixing our front door light. He helped us before during a holiday when we had a major electrical issue. We would definitely hire him again.

My technician, Eduardo was great. He figured out the problem in no time at all.

Mr Sparky was quick to call me back and set up an appointment to do the quote and possibly do the work. They set a 4 hour appointment during the afternoon. I took the day off to make sure I was available. They called me with 45 left in their appointment window to tell me they would have to cancel and wanted me to move the appointment to the next day. While most companies would offer some kind of discount they just told me ok when I questioned them cancelling my appointment and hung up. I would never hope this company again because of this experience and I will never recommend and possibly go out of my way to tell people not to hire them. This was possibly one of the worst customer experiences that I've had in quite a long time.

I had a ceiling fan fall out of the ceiling. They charged me $49 to tell me that I needed to have someone replace the box in the ceiling for an additional $350. I didn't hire them to do this.

I appreciated the speed and knowledgeable advise!

Over prized for the service received. Over a week later and I have not received a copy of my invoiive for work done.

They also replaced a whole house surge suppresser that they said was ruined by lightening. I had not planned on replacing the surge suppressor so the bill was higher than I expected.
