There is a separate service call charge that I thought would be charged only if I declined the repair. I wasnâ t on site for the repair, but the work was completed in a timely fashion and satisfactorily.

Robert at Mister Sparky was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered up front pricing for a complete switch and outlet upgrade. They completed the work and the cost was to the penny of the quote. We had some lights that didn't work and the upgrade fixed all the issues! 100% recommend and will use them for future electrical needs.

Very fast and professional! Was a bit higher price wise then expected. Only because they recommended to also replace a switch that powered the light they replaced, I should have just done that replacement myself but need done ASAP so just let them do, but overall I was very happy with the job!
