Very disappointed. Repair guy spent several hours here and I wasn't happy with either of two jobs. He took great care and effort to diagnose the problem (I think), but he wound up trying to sell us on enhanced surge protection and lightning protection. He said he fixed a wiring problem in our outlets (that we were unaware of, as you can tell, I am still skeptical) ... but one of the most basic issues was with our ceiling fan. He would not touch the fan itself, or the wiring within it. $500 later (for diagnosis and hanging one new fan, which I could have done myself but didn't because I didn't want the same issue as the one needing repair), I felt very empty. Admittedly, I don't know if the diagnosis was accurate or not, but I wanted a repair to our ceiling fan. I felt he was trying to sell me for the first hour and my initial problem was never solved. Big disappointment.

Mister Sparky is very expensive! They start but end up dragging out the project. They sent a second man out for the second day and he used the wrong type of wire for under ground wiring and spoke of putting a hole in the front of my house covered by a metal plate in order to feed it into the basement. After calling the company to have someone else come and inspect what had been done, it was rewired and done properly. It seemed like the project took forever.

Very professional. Did a great job, paid attention to details. Cleaned up afterwards, answered all of my questions, came on time and ready to work. Will definitely use again.

Eduardo A. arrived on time and was prepared to inspect and turn up my electrical system. He explained what he would be doing and he asked me if I had any question. After working through the LED dimmer switch dilemma, Brett was very helpful in working thru the buzzing sound and light fleckering. He has done considerable research to be able to help other customers research compatible LED dimmer switch to LED lights.

The whole group of pros were professional and kind. They were hard working and left things clean.

The electrician cut a hole to place a junction box but he also put a hole in our air duct!
