Service Technician was out to do the scheduled maintenance on our air conditioner before summer. He found a leak in the condenser coil that needed to be fixed. Given the cost of the repair and the other issues we have had with our HVAC system, we decided that it was time to replace it. New high efficiency Trane heat pump/AC system was selected and Mr. Quik installers arrived on Friday to remove old system and install new one. After the installation, they were powering up the system and found that there was an issue with an bad electronic chip. The system won't run without this chip. Instead of packing up and saying...sorry we'll come back on Monday, they stayed. They called in an experienced service technician and they continued to worked until it was fixed. In fact, one of them drove to the Trane manufacturing facility to get a replacement part. The installation took much longer than expected but, they did everything they could to get it done correctly and to our satisfaction. Once the issue was resolved, they scheduled a final walkthrough with a service technician to make sure that everything was properly done. The entire crew was polite, knowledgable and helpful. This was a big unexpected expense and we really feel that we chose the right company to do business with.

He was very punctual, reliable, and we were totally satisfied.

Two technicians came to the house, right on time, and went thru every plug in our house from the basement to the upstairs. They found some to have loose connections and they tightened where needed. I also had a hanging light in a bathroom that wasn't work well. He fixed that in about 30 seconds. The technician explained everything he did in detail and was very courteous and professional. He made sure that I understood that if there were any additional issues, to call back and the fix would still be covered for what I have paid. He also advised what I should do if this doesn't fix it and we have more flickering......that I'd need to have the power company come out and look at my connection to the house. I have very little flickering, just a little, and plan to call the power company per the tech's suggestion. Thanks Mister Quik for a job well done!!!!!!!!!

The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality of service were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again.

I had a blown fuse in the garage that wouldn't go back on, and suspected a short somewhere in the circuit for the front/outside lighting. Called Mr Quik Thursday and they were able to come out Friday. They were a bit late, but their skill and performance definitely made up for it. Jason and Zach were polite and very friendly. Jason inspected the entire board, and confirmed only one breaker had blown, but it had fried pretty badly. He asked if I'd done any gardening recently, and I had last fall, and showed him along the side of the house. He immediately found (and suspected) a white wire coming out of the house, going under my new garden beds. He said that was a very typical but cheap/vulnerable way to do it, part of the original construction, and they see it quite often. We dug up a bit more, and he found a nick in the wire that could very well explain the short. He gave me a fair written estimate, showing standard prices and member prices. There were two ways to do it - rewiring the whole thing, or possibly fixing the nick with a splice kit. I was hoping for the splice to be sufficient. We went back and pulled up the rest of the wire, and found an 18 inch section that had entirely melted away. That was scary. If it had been inside the house or inside the wall, it would have burned the house down. At that point, I changed my mind and went for the more expensive but more secure re-wiring. They put a weatherproof junction box on the outside of the house through the siding, and retrenched the entire run of wire in an impact resistant conduit, so I can't dig it up by mistake in the future. I'll admit to some sticker shock about the overall cost. I do alot of DIY and home repair, but I'm twitchy around electricity. I believe I could have done the rewiring myself, but I never would've guessed that was the problem. So I paid for the troubleshooting and knowledge, as well as the task itself. On the good side, they certainly did an excellent job, and even did some extra TLC on the post light, scrubbing the yuck off the ancient glass and adding an anti-corrosive. I was most impressed that they were careful around my plants (two russian sage, a tea rose and several bricks) and they kept working even when it started pouring rain about halfway through. They joked they were just going to be manly and tough it out. I really appreciate their hard work and good humor, and the way Jason answered all my questions with thoughtful answers and multiple options. I'm keeping them on speed dial for my next electrical emergency.

I would never use their services again. I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. He had to come back two times and the doorbell is still not working correctly.

I needed a bath tub valve replaced and called Mister Quik at 9:00a.m. Ken and his associate arrived in the afternoon and replaced the valve and spout fitting. Total time was about an hour. They were both professional & courteous. I would definitely use them again. Their price for this work was also good in my opinion. I received a quote from a competitor earlier in the day that was 5x higher. Now that quote included setting the tub, but even without setting the tub I'm sure the competitor's quote would still be much higher. Kudos to Mister Quik!

They do an excellent job. I call them frequently. He's very thorough and good. They always give you a price up front before they do anything. The price is little on the high side. His professionalism is good.

It went great for several reasons. The technicians treated the job as if it was their own house. For example, the places they chose to drill and run wires were selected both for safety and for the least impact on the house - no bashing holes and drilling and so on. They took probably an extra hour to fish the wire alongside existing wiring throught the basement ceiling so that there was no repair work to be done. They worked through lunch and dinner without a break, finally agreeing to some pizza, which they ate at their work spots as they continured... Clearly highly trained and very proud of their work. The job started around 10:00 am and wrapped up around 9:30 pm - and they cleaned up all of their messes.

I liked them. I would probably use them again in the future. They were courteous and answered all of my questions. I do not have anything bad to say about them.

We're really happy. The plumbing department is very slow. We actually scheduled it back in November and they kept rescheduling and rescheduling until I threw a fit with the manager. Then they sent him out Saturday.

They do excellent work, the pay is reasonable and they were punctual.

They electrician did a good job. He showed up on time and worked efficiently. The surge protector warranty covers $25,000 in loss.

Competent, they do the job in an efficient manner. Even though it was a terrible day weather wise, they still came out and did an amazing job.

My experience with them has been favorable. They had some sort of coupon or program that they offered. I thought the price was fair. They did a good job. They provided quick service.

explained inspection and service call--I had coupons--explained need for new furnance and air--inspected circuit breakers and replaced those--with in 5 hrs had heating and air condition units installed. did clean up and had notified us each time someone came to the house--were professional but as we are retired we aare not in tune wiith today's prices. husband is blind and disabled so unable to determine need and size of units--Felt pressured to accept offer imediately (Discounts only available that day) and although no problem with installatiion and workmanship of products--felt pricees were too high

Only two major problems I had was the person that came out to estimate the job quoted a price the first time estimated to low. The company would not stand behind the price (estimater was fired the same week or so I was told). I called back about a month later to ask a question about the amount of return air needed for the furnace and never recieved a call back. Three calls later I finally reached a person that could/would answer my question.

They had three different people come out and tell us three different things. Never was satisfied until the final person came out and their cost estimate for that was about twice as much as everyone else was. I heard they let go the people that we dealt with. I think they handled that appropriately. My overall experience relies on their work that they estimated.

The appointment was made promptly for the next morning after my call, and the service technician was here on perfect time. I already had the ceiling tiles removed to expost the pipes and the bad elbow joint. He was able to cut the pipe, remove the elbow, and stub it with a new fitting. Turns out the pipe he cut from the elbow was stubbed in the wall anyway, and really not needed at all. So he just added a new two inch piece of pipe with a stub soldered on the end. The drip was solved. My only issue is that all fees are predetermined in their fee book. This is good news and bad news. You know up front what it will cost, but if your project is on the simple end of a job category, you are subsidizing the difficult jobs. An elbow fix was listed as $368 whether it is 40 feet under the house in a crawl space with no lights, or openly exposed in a standup finished basement. Basically it does not matter if it takes 5 minutes or 5 hours to actually do your repair. I was expecting it to cost about half of what I paid, but I needed it fixed for fear of a total rupture, so agreed to the job.

Everything went fine. They were very courteous. We are very happy with their service.

We are on a monthly program with them so this was part of their service. I believe we pay $9 a month. Overall, they are okay.

They came out and cleaned the drain. A few weeks later, it was backing up again. I called them again, and the receptionist confirmed that it should not be a problem, so they sent the same guy back out to run the snake through again. He said there were roots in there, which was causing the back up, and he would be charging the same amount again to redo it. When I said that was crazy since it was just done, he said that my invoice has on it that there are no warranties on work. I even talked to the owner and they refused any kind of discounts. I now see that they have an ad for drain cleaning, "Any drain, any time" for $99. I don't know why the price is so different.

He did a very good job. He worked quick, was very polite and considerate about not dragging dirt into my home. We felt that he was a very nice gentleman, and we were happy with what he did for us.
