Taylor came by at 9pm to help us out. We really appreciated the after-hours service. He carefully went through multiple diagnostic steps and was able to determine that we needed a new motor starter. After replacing the part, he let the unit run for a while to make sure there were no other issues. He showed me where to determine how old my unit is, and he also explained the benefits of regular service as the unit ages.

They came out right away and fix it right away. Its a good experience.

We called to get wiring done to install out hot tub. They wouldn't give us a round about price but also no other company would either so we decided to have them come out since it is a larger branded name. We wished we would have looked into the electric before buying the hot tub because it is a large additional expense. Ours was specifically because we needed a sub panel installed because our house doesn't have enough power available on our breaker which wasn't there fault. That being said after our bad news after bad news, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Mister Quik. From Connie answering the phone, asking how she could make my day better to Eric coming over and being a truly honest person. Josh had to come back out due to the placement we were needing for our hot tub aka needed longer wiring, and that also was an excellent experience. They are wonderful about calling, being on time, communicating, their customer service. Even though it was a cost we weren't hoping to spend they worked with us on the price and were just honest about it which is why we chose to work with them. We can't thank them enough for their quik (see what I did there) service and assistance with our job. Thank you all!

3 call and almost 4 hours later they still hadn't called. Finally called B&W plumbing and they sent someone right out

The supervisor explained everything to us on how our new air conditioner would work, they did a fabulous job and they cleaned after themselves. They treat you like a person and they come and provided quick service, They are honest and do a wonderful job. I have recommended them to other people.

The diagnosed the wrong part. Wanted $1107 + tax to fix the problem. Only wanted to sell me a complete heat cooling system. Fix the next day by a honest company $11 part.

We're on a plan so visits are free. During the visit they noticed the sump pumps were not working. It was expensive but they were in the range.

Excellent my technician Kelly K was knowledgeable. He was more thorough than any technician I have had in the past.

We had a service contract with them. The work wasn’t bad, it was fine, there wasn’t anything that stood out about it. We used them because they also did our plumbing. The communication was good.

The price was fair in consistent with everyone else.

First of all I looked on the web for a plummber in Carmel. The first thing that popped up was Mister Quik. It offered a $50 cupon. When I printed it out there was information but no coupon. That is when I shouuld have quit. I still filled out the information on what was needed. I was shocked to when they camer to the house to find out they wanted $550 to install a new garbage disposal. I could have bourght one at Lowes for for $125. That means They charged me $435 for the labor to do what shouuld be a half hour job. However, it was not a licenced plummber who did the work. He was an apprentence and it took him a lot longer than it should have. So I paid for a beginner to learn how to install the disposal. Not a happy camper and will never use this company again.

We have a service agreement with Mister Quik.

They also do plumbing. We use them for plumbing too. We have used them for about 12 years. They normally come in October and May. They call us and then they come out. Everything is positive.

The person that came to do the job was very nice, professional and did a good job. The price his company charges is outrageous. Yes I knew the price before he got started, but was stuck because I wanted to get the job done and not have to start over calling and waiting for another company. I'm sure that's what they count on. The whole job took 30 minutes of actual work. It took almost as long before he started to write up the estimate. At that rate it would be $784.00 per hr for their work.

Bought a "deal" coupon. This company came out to simply service my AC unit. Next thing i know; the AC hose is completely frozen and my wife, my dogs, and myself are completely drenched in sweat because our house was 80+ degrees. I called them to express my frustration - they sent a tech who was 6 months out of training. Originally he told us we had a leak in our system (which was going to cost at least $350). After further review; he realized there wasn't anything wrong with our system and he could not understand what was wrong. I called the company back and they refused to come out without charging me for fixing the AC unit no matter what the problem was. This was completely ridiculous, completely irresponsible and I would never use this company again. We are continuing to have issues with our AC (after using this company) and our pipes freezing over and over again. I would never use this company again. I would choose a different company

My experience with them was very good. They were pretty reasonable. They were not the least expensive but they were probably not the most expensive. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They came out the same day, and found a plug that had come unplugged. They came over while I was work and I couldn't even tell that they had been there. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quick great service

Chris R. was the technician. He did a complete inspection including the outside A/C equipment. He gave clear explanations for everything he did. No issues were found except that the blower wheel needed cleaning. (He took a picture and showed it to us.) He offered to do the cleaning at a time convenient to us later in the week. When I said I wanted to wait a month he gave me a phone number to reach him so I could schedule it then. He was friendly and competent. We would be glad to have him back for future work.

Ronnie M. was the technician who came to our home. He flushed our water heater with minimal mess.. We had a slow drain in one of our sinks. He worked with it and then took it apart and discovered it was almost completely blocked with drywall material. He showed us the blocked pipe. He installed a new pop-up valve. I asked for his advice on a product to keep drains from clogging up in the future and he gave me a product to use, with clear instructions on how to use it. He ensured that we understood his explanations and instructions. He was very competent and we would be glad to have him back any time future work was needed.

Thanks to Mr. Quik plumber Ronnie M. for replacing a bathroom faucet (which I had purchased at Lowe's; an 8-inch spread) and for working diligently to rebuild a very old round tub and shower faucet in another bathroom. Also thanks to Mr. Quik plumber Chris R. for draining and flushing water heater and for doing the electrical inspection. Many thanks to Mr. Quik HVAC technician Ben T. for replacing an inducer motor on my 11-year-old furnace in the attic when he was here to do the spring AC inspection. He gave me the lower price he'd quoted the previous fall even though the price of the part had risen and even though I'd waited until this spring to do anything about the inducer motor. All these services took place over a 3-day period, and for each visit I received Mr. Q's usual heads up, we're on our way phone call. These gals and guys were all prompt, courteous, and professional. I have the $99 Mr. Quik annual contract for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and so far they've been great. Thanks, Mister Quick! Friends, I have no axe to grind here one way or the other, but I've used Mister Quik's services over two years or more and have been very pleased with all services and personnel. So whatever happened with this company and the Attorney General must have been a good learning lesson. In my opinion, the company is very good in its services and has been for several years.

They were great. Everything was great. The service men are perfect. We'd recommend them. We'd use them again.

I've used them twice for electrical work. They're good.
