Description of Work: Mister Quik came out to quote installation of a 20 kw Generac whole house backup generator, and they were $4700 more expensive (68% more expensive) than a competitive installation from another reputable electrical firm. If you insist on using these guys, please at least get a competitive quote

Description of Work: No Services were performed! I call Mr Quik after seeing his ad in Angie's List monthly magazine and knowing I had a few electrical issues I wanted solved and my contractor was just not going to be able to get them finished before the weekend. The person who showed up, on time, walked through the house with me and we decided on several things to change, he assured me that he could get them all done and proceeded to write up an estimate on cost. All good so far. He then tried to sell me a Service Agreement,which I explained I had an agreement with a different company so I did not need an additional Service Agreement. He then gave me a different price. $300.00 more that his original price because I would not take the service contract, when I pressed him on the different price he kept coming back to the Service Agreement. To me, and I'm no expert it sounded like a 'bait & switch" and I ask him to leave, I would pay his Service Call only. He tried to talk me into having the items repaired at his original price but I was not having him work in my house. Needless to say I will not ever go back to this company and he lost a job worth almost $1300.00!

Went great!
Description of Work: They came out and looked at my furnace to make sure it was ready for the winter. He found a few parts that needed fixed and did it for what i felt was good price. Definitely will use them in the future if i have to.
