Very professional. Came out within 24 hrs after contact. Had to return a day later for a minor discrepancy and did not charge for the visit.

My husband and I were very impressed with the entire experience. This was the first time we've had to deal with an electrical issue, and we were both a little nervous about what to expect. The straight-forward pricing put our minds at ease. No surprise hidden fees at the end of the job. Juan did a great job. He was extremely professional and polite. He is definitely an asset to the company. We plan on using them when we start future home improvements. This is a company we would highly recommend.

Troy was on time, courteous and very helpful. He explained what he was doing, and future maintenance that may be needed to avoid the same problem. He was respectful to our home wearing shoe covers while in the house.

Electrician was on time, considerate of my homes cleanliness, and a nice all around guy. As a whole, I was happy with their communication. I was especially happy about a follow up call from Brad at the main office to discuss with me my satisfaction in terms of the work.

IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD USED THEM. THE FIRST TIME I HAD AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY CALLED IN THE MORNING AND SAID THEY'D BE HERE ABOUT THREE O'CLOCK, AND THEY WERE HERE. IT'S HARD TO GET SAME DAY SERVICE ANYMORE.

Though they were late, they called and apologized for their tardiness and provided a discount for the inconvenience.

There was a discount so the service call was free. They were extremely responsive. They came out on the day I called them. They were very professional and had excellent customer service. They were literally AWESOME. The person who helped me was Troy and he was excellent.

Dave came out to my home and was exactly on time - I bent his ear for an hour as he looked at the problem and did not charge me a dime for that day because I had their coupon (a savings of $59.00). The next day Dave came out and started the job and Troy finished up. Both guys put on their booties to protect my floors while in and out of the house. This was about a six hour job, which went very smoothly - I hardly knew they were there. Also, Troy checked every socket when the electric was back on - even all the outside sockets. He picked up all the wires etc., and swept the carpet where they had been working. After he finished up, he took the time to talk with me regarding future work for outside recessed lighting, and quoted a price. This company is just super - I will use them again and recommend them highly!! Both Dave and Troy were just super people to work with!! Also, it seems this company has very reasonable pricing for electrical work! Thanks for a job well done.

The return call was the same day. They were very pleasant and able to schedule around my time. The technician was on time, polite, well dressed in a uniform, and wore covers on his shoes to not drag dirt from outside, inside. The work was evaluated quickly. I was told of everything that was happening, he politely answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work, the technician, the time spent, and the cost. They do not charge by the hour, but by the work performed.

EXCELLENT. WE HAD RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FROM DIAL ONE WOODS LAST YEAR SO I CALLED THEM TO DO THIS REPAIR WORK. MR QUICK ARRIVED INSTEAD; DAVID EXPLAINED THAT THE TWO COMPANIES ARE MERGING. AMANDA SCHEDULE APT FOR THE DAY AFTER I CALLED, BETWEEN 12 AND 3; DAVID ARRIVED AT 11:55. THE CURRENT BRACKET IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, ALTHOUGH HE CONTACTED SEVERAL PEOPLE TO SEE IF HE COULD LOCATE ONE. REPLACED WITH A NEW "P-KNOB" AND TIGHTENED THE CABLE. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND WITH HIGH QUALITY, AND THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN WE ANTICIPATED.

REWIRED LIGHT FIXTURE. INSTALLED 2 FIXTURES AND A CEILING FAN. THIS COMPANY IS BEING PURCHASED BY DIAL ONE WOODS ELECTRIC. I ACTUALLY CALLED DIAL ONE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY.

THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT WITH ME AS I ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS FAIR ACCORDING TO THE GRAPH GUIDELINE FOR PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIANS. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE!!

KENNY DID PRIOR WORK FOR US DURING REMODELING, SO WE ASKED FOR HIM SPECIFICALLY. APOLOGIZED FOR RUNNING 10 MINUTES LATE. NO PROBLEM. AMIABLE AND CAPABLE. SOMEHOW INSTALLED 8 FT. LIGHT FIXTURES IN A HIGH CEILINGED GARAGE BY HIMSELF. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK AN INSIDE CEILING FAN, HE AUTOMATICALLY TOOK OFF HIS WORK BOOTS TO KEEP THE FLOOR CLEAN. WOULD HIRE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

THE EXPERIENCE WITH INDY CONNECTION WAS TERRIFIC. MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY DECIDED TO ADD SOME NEW LIGHTING TO OUR PORCH, KITCHEN, AND BASEMENT. WE CONTACTED APPROXIMATELY FIVE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. INDY CONNECTION WON OUR BUSINESS PRIMARILY DUE TO THEIR FOLLOW-UP, PROFESSIONALISM, AND PRICE. THEY WERE THE ONLY CONTRACTOR THAT SENT US A PROFESSIONALLY COMPLETED ESTIMATE AND FOLLOWED THAT UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO SEE IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS. WHAT IMPRESSED US MOST IS THAT THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME. ONCE WORK BEGAN, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS IMPRESSIVE AS WELL. WE DEALT DIRECTLY WITH BRAD HUFF. HE WAS FLEXIBLE AND ACCOMMODATING. I WOULD RECOMMEND INDY CONNECTION TO ANYONE WITHOUT HESITATION.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT KEEPING APPOINTMENTS OR RETURNING PHONE CALLS. EVEN THOUGH THEIR WORK WAS GREAT, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST USING THEM DUE TO THE COMMUNICATION ISSUES.
