Troy was the electrician doing the work. Troy was very polite, very helpful, and very informative. He said that he did not carry the fixtures that I needed and that would need to purchase the fixtures and give them a call. The fixtures were priced very reasonable. I called and was able to get the job done in no time. Troy did an EXCELLENT job! I am very, very pleased.

They were prompt, quick, and I was very satisfied.

Troy did the work and he was top notch. 100% perfect, neat and clean, polite...everything you would want a service man to be.

When I called, I was told that they would be out between 10-12. I left work at 10:00 to be there. At 11:45, I got a call from the receptionist (who was very courteous), and she said that they might be able to come out in a half an hour. I told them that was not acceptable. We changed the appointment to 8:00 a.m. the next morning so that I can be first on the schedule. He showed up at 8:00. I was told that I would be given an estimate immediately, which I was not given. When he told me what the problem was, he did not have the parts, which I was told he would have. I had to leave for a meeting at 9:00, and when I returned a few hours later, he was still fiddling with the same parts. He told me that it would be $197, and I thought that would be the total cost. It turns out that the $197 was for the 1 plug that he installed in the garage. I was in shock. I have restored 12 homes, and I am familiar with what electricians generally charge. This is just off the charts.

They were very pleasant over the phone and were able to come out quickly! I was a little dismayed that they charge for the estimate (though if you choose to have them do the work, Angie's List members get the fee waived through their coupon). I would call this company again if I needed fast service, but for any electrical project where time is not the priority, I would call a company that provides free estimates.

He was great. He was prompt and courteous, even putting on shoe covers to get to the basement fuse box. Would recommend him and use him again.

I was impressed right from my first call. They answer the phone by asking "How can I make you smile today?" They were able to send an electrician over the next day. They called to tell me he was on his way. He was on time, polite, neat, fixed my problems. Then they called a few hours after the electrician left to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

They were there within an hour of my call! I couldn't believe it! It was so super!

He didn't come on time and his price was outrageous. He's professional, clean, orderly and did excellent work. I should have challenged the price.

Troy arrived on time. He used shoe covers and cleaned up after his work. Troy did a great job listening to that I wanted and consulted me if he had a question about work I wanted done. He answered all my questions. Everything was done just as I wanted it to be done.

Response from first call was GREAT. Showed up the next day to scope out work and provided estimate. Came back the next day and installed all boxes, wires, switches, and fixed outdoor outlet. Returned following day and installed all fans. Cleaned up after each visit. Very professional, courteous, and timely.

The electrician was very nicely attired and very knowledgeable. He was prompt on both occasions, and the work seems to be of very good quality. Although the final price was a lot more than we had anticipated, we were never surprised at any cost and knew beforehand what we were spending. We did have to rely upon the electrician as to how unsafe our panels were, but I was able to do some independent research and was convinced that he was correct.

They were able to come the same day I called! The electrician was very informative and helpful. I would definitely call them again!

Troy was very polite and it was easy to set up appointments with the company. He came out prior to give estimates, which seemed reasonable compared with quotes I had done at prior companies. I had a list of about 10 items I needed completed at some point. I had him begin with the first projects listed. Everything was done to my specifications.

Excellent phone service and very prompt response. The serviceman, Troy, was very polite, very quick in getting the problems identified and repaired. On time, very clean. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again and will refer friends.

I've never called or dealt with an electrician, so I had no idea what to expect. My experience was fabulous! The technician was extremely professional, on-time and friendly. I found that there pricing was fair and he explained their pricing schedule. He even gave me advice and helped me with what might be wrong with my water heater. I would definitely use them again.

Emailed asking for appointment. Mr Huff replied within the hour and stated he was available the same day to address my problem.

Electrician Mike did a great job on my project! He had to cut a hole in the ceiling to access the electrical lines leading to the room which he then repaired well and cleaned up his mess! The lighting looks great and he actually put together the ceiling fan for me before installing it. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them. Their receptionist is also extremely pleasant on the phone, which sets a good tone for their service.

Effective, efficient, competent. The technician knew his stuff and readily answered all our questions, clarified everything for us.

Very knowledgeable, technicians, that arrived right on time. They cleaned up the work area afterwards. They were also, very courteous. This job was outside of my house, so the technician did not have to be concerned about his shoes. The office called later to see if I was satisfied. The technician was called to repair a broken security light. While he was here, I asked him to replace 2 doorbells and a back porch light also. The technician explained what he had to do before he could complete the job/price. Also, he answered any questions I had.

Indy Electric rescheduled me twice, I think because my job was small. I think they should have offered to come on the third day and maybe pushed someone else back who hadnt been pushed back twice already.

Troy was very responsive, answered all my questions, even came out a second time to assess what had happened when someone installed an A/C unit. A couple of unexpected things came up while they were doing the work, but they did not charge me more to complete the job.

Ended up satisfactorily- first person couldn't do work because he had to leave for child's ball game; did call for another technician to come- who arrived about 7:30 PM and stayed till work was done at 11:30 PM. Next time will confirm (again) that work to be done- not estimate.

WOW! Don't even look any further for an electrical company! They are phenomenal in every way. Troy was wonderful to deal with. Every person I talked to was so cheerful & pleasant. They charge by the repair NOT by the hour which I found to be much more fair. Therefore, those slow-poke electricians can't rip you off! They use a menu system (with the prices listed next to it) where you can select what work you would like to have done. That way you immediately know the price. Great, great job boys!

Fantastic, professional service from the front office answering the phones to the people making the calls! Excellent communication, which is a BIG item for me. There was no charge for the second visit. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
