The service professionals were very courteous and did not want to charge us for a repair we didn't need. They listened to me, and treated me with respect the whole time. The repairs were done quickly, and we've had no problems with it since.

I called and they were incredibly responsive, even offering a same-day appointment. I couldn't take off work, so I scheduled for two days later. James, the electrician who came to the house, was incredibly polite, punctual, easy to work with, and did a nice job. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend the company.

We live in a house that was a converted barn. His work was excellent and we would use him again.

It went great. They came the same day and work was done in less than an hour. He suggested installing a whole house surge protector since we have so many service interruptions here in our area and when service comes back on all my electrical stuff in the house could suffer problems from a power surge. Technician wore booties, petted my dog and proceeded just like he knew what he was doing. Finished the work and was gone in an hour. I will definitely call them again when I need an electrician.

They were excellent, they were here when they said they would be, they gave me a written estimate before the work, and they did a good job, and they were under the estimate.

Would not give estimate over phone, even for generic hourly rates. Wanted to come look at situation to give a "to the penny" estimate. Problem is, that estimate was going to cost $59.00... a big price considering I may not end up choosing them at all. Would prefer to at least know what the hourly rates are for comparison purposes.

TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT IT WENT VERY WELL.

He did was he was supposed to do. He tried to charge me for the new chord on our dryer but I pointed out that it's easy and takes two seconds. He had to put the chord on to see if his work even fixed the problem. The work was good but I felt the pricing was iffy. I don't think I would recommend him or use him again.
