They have responsive service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would use them again in the future.

They do a very good job. They are always able to explain the problem. They are honest and upfront and are reasonably priced. We have had no issues with the work they have done for us. We have a service contract with them.

Outstanding. Came out and gave same day service. they waived the service fee of $70, because I am an Angies List member. John Gilliland was the Electrician and he was outstanding. Prompt, very friendly and showed me what need to be fixed and why. Quoted me a full price, before he ever started the work. As a matter of fact, i will request John again, if available.

It was great. They arrived quickly and did an excellent job.

My AC broke so I called Mr. Quik to take a look. They came and did a test to see if the AC was leaking freeon. It was, so we needed to decided to fix the old unit or get a new one. We decided to go with new AC and also a new heat pump. I have never had a heat pump before. I was told it would save energy. We just turned it on this last week and I am enjoying a very warm home. I do not know about the savings yet. I use Mr. Quik for my plumbing, electrical and heating and cooling. I have found this company to be very reliable, friendly and efficient.

Great experience from the phone call. They answer by saying "How can we make you smile today?" That does it! Prompt, professional, courteous.

We did have a long drawn out experience getting the generator to work correctly. I am not sure that this was a problem with Mr. Quik or the generator. They were able to get the problem straightened out. It ended up taking about 18 months to get it all sorted out.

The breaker kept tripping, and we were concerned about a fire hazard. We called for service, and Mr. Quik sent someone right away. The technician gave us several options to correct our problem, and we chose to have a completely new electriclal panel installed. The technician had all of the materials required for the job already in his truck, except for the panel itself, which he left to purchase and returned within a very short time with it. He had to cut our drywall to install the new panel, which was slightly larger than the old one, and he did a really great job making sure to cut an opening just large enough for the new panel. My mother has had absolutely no problems with our breakers since his work. I would recommend Mr. Quik to anyone needing electrical work.

Overall, the experience went well. The electrians were clean and efficient, and they did a good job without any problems. The estimate was accurate as well. I'm satisfied with their services.

Great. He was punctual, professional, friendly. I felt confident he was doing the job right. I was a bit surprised at the price, but I felt secure that the job was done right.

I declined the offer. The guy that came out was a good guy and he seemed knowledgeable. He explained a lot of things to me, which was good, but I wasn?t expecting to pay so much money for what I wanted done. I found a way to do it myself.

He arrived on time and listened to my explanation of the problems. He went to work with obvious knowledge of electrical circuitry--and didn't make me feel bad for having gummed things up!

It went fine. Just disappointed that the post light could not be repaired. That was our primary reason for calling Mister Quick Electric. The recommendations are under consideration.

Update: I already submitted a bad report on them. But when I complained to them about their terrible service, they did credit me with the cost of the service call. So I don't feel so badly about them now, because they did try to make it right, but still won't use them again because they still have the bad service people. Others may have better luck since the management is trying to fix things.

Grace Heating installed both units. First furnace installed by then was to small ad would not keep house warm. They replaced it with a bigger unit. We specificly asked that they not use Amana brand but they installed a brand made by Amana anyway. 2nd furnace again was to small. Replaced after Mister Quik bought Grace, again with a brand made by Amana. They said they had to replace with same brand. Had problems with polarity settings on furnace which left us without heat one night last winter. Recent attemps at contacting them sometimes results in call backs sometimes don't. Overall I am not impressed.

The cost is based on a service contract I have with them on a monthly basis. As far as I know, they are doing a good job. Till the furnace breaks down you really don't know if they have done a good job or not. Their charges are $9.00 for a service contract if you have them debit it right out of your account so that you get 2 free heating and air-conditioning checks and one hot water every year where they drain your hot water tank. They are great. I don't know about the quality or about their punctuality. I will continue to use them again in the future.

The electrical worker was very kind and compassionate. He even took the time to talk with my son by phone to explain the issue. He was able to fix the problem quickly. The rate seemed high, but it was expected for the work performed.

Came out same day, knowledgable, professional, friendly. I did not shop for best price. I was replacing an old air conditioner and wanted the tax credits toward a new system before they expired.

I hired them to install a new air cooling unit and furnace. The cost was $4,000 and it was installed. The rest of that summer and the next summer (2010), the cooling unit never cooled the space. I called another company to check the unit and they said the unit installed wasn't big enough. I called Mister Quik and explained the situation, they came out and said they couldn't evaluate the unit without first cleaning the filters, etc. and that would cost me $210. I paid it thinking they would end u fixing the situation. After they cleaned the filters, etc. they said the same thing - I needed a bigger unit. They told me it would be another $10,000 to put in the correct size but they'd give me a $2,000 rebate for the other unit that they put exactly one year before making my new (additional) expense $8,000. I was outraged and told them. I called two other companies and ended up with two quotes for $5,990 and $6,200 to do the same work that they were saying was $8,000 with a rebate. I hired the other company to install a new unit and donated the one installed in 2009 to a charity. I did have the work done in 2009 by this company and did not use them in 2010 to correct the situation.
