I did have to pay extra for mileage. I didn't know I would be charged more till they got here. They were good overall and I recommended them to my kids. They came and did it and he left.

Everything went well and as expected. Appointment set up was easy, transaction went smooth. This was not one of those deals in which only the vents were cleaned and people felt duped. Have no fear, the duct system will be cleaned. They also didn't try and upsale or add on any additional services/fees.

They had an air compressor go down on them and had to reschedule which they did.

It went really well. The tech came out and explained everything he was going to do. They also offer several add on services (sanitizing the vents against airborne bacteria, bathroom vent cleaning etc). We took a couple of the add ons which inflated the price to about $180 more than the original vent cleaning service. All in all, we are satisfied with the job done.

Punctual and worked diligently throughout his visit. Dryer vent cleaning could include moving the inside unit and cleaning out behind, etc.

Fine with one hiccup, their machine quit and they had to come back another day, but okay.

It went ok. Friendly tech who walked thru the house to find/count all vents & returns, see where the furnace was & then proceeded to hurry & get setup. He helped me move a piece of furniture out of his way & then got started. He didn't really offer info as to how the process worked, what he would be doing or at the end of the job offer to show me the results of the cleaning. All were disappointing to me. I suppose he thought I knew what would be happening & never offered any info ?? The tools needed for the job took up quite a bit of space & wasn't conducive to my following along behind the tech to watch what was happening, especially since the vacuum he used wouldn't fit down my basement steps & sat in the doorway. I would have liked to been given more details, been told that I would need to clean up after he left & wanted to see results of the cleaning. This is the reason for the B rating

Very professional, punctual and polite. We were amazed at how much dust and dirt was removed during the process. Our house is 97 years old, and virtually dust free now!

Awesome much more complete and thorough job than in my previous experience. Simon was awesome, worked very hard and several hours longer than anticipated. Dryer vent was the longest and dirtiest that he had ever seen, probably a fire hazard

The service went great. Simon offered to also clean the dryer vent and sanitize the ducts. He was not pushy about these options, simply offered them for a small extra charge. After a long sickly winter and a bad allergy season I chose to have both of these services and he gave me a discount. I quickly compared prices with other companies on Angie's List and was very pleased with the prices offered. They did a great, cleaned up afterwards, and Simon was very friendly. I would certainly hire them again.

Everything went well. Had one little issue but it was quickly resolved.

My appointment was scheduled with a 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. arrival time. At 10:10, the service tech called me and explained that an equipment failure meant he would be late, but he believed he could be there at 11:15. He asked if this was okay, or if I would prefer to reschedule. I agreed, and he did arrive promptly at 11:15. I agreed to the upsell to have my dryer vent cleaned, which was not an included service in the special voucher I had purchased (and, after having seen what came out of that vent, I'm glad I did.) That cleaning was an extra $75. I requested that the service tech be very careful in going in and out of the outside doors, since I have four cats, and he was indeed extremely careful in keeping an eye out to make certain none of the furry crew escaped. Although I vacuum the ceiling returns regularly, they appear to be a LOT cleaner now. I have asthma, and I also notice that I am wheezing less when the windows must be closed and the AC running. The whole cleaning for my small condo took about 2 1/2 hours. I had priced other providers, and estimates for this service ran all the way up to over $400, so I feel I got good value for my money, even after purchasing the dryer vent cleaning.

It was great! We just purchased a home that clearly had a lot of built up dust and dirt in the vents, and decided to get them cleaned. They showed up on time, explained the process and were very thorough. I will use them again in the future and recommend them for others needing to clean their vents.

Called ahead to give arrival time. Excellent job of cleaning ducts! Both supply and returns. Very professional. Took about 2 1/2 hrs. Added 'Fogging' (if I used the correct term) to kill any bacteria for an additional $50 Would recommend Midwest Air Solutions!
