It started off well, they showed up early but my appointment email quoted me at 300 but they told me 350. when they started blowing out my vents the dust in my vents shot up everywhere. I was told at the time they would come back through and clean up but they never did. They left dust all over my work laptop. Oh but it gets better. The guy running the show smoked cigarettes in my basement during the process. All I smell is sanitizer and cigarettes, not good. I called and complaint to the owner and we were able to workout a satisfactory solutions and definitely make me feel better.

The professional that came to the house was very nice and professional. However, he forgot to turn the furances back on when he was finished, so our house got very cold before we realized. They just blow air with an compressor and attach a vacuum to the other end of the system. This type of cleaning did not fully clean our dryer vents. We ended up with a huge block in the dryer duct a month after they cleaned them. We ended up taking all the duct work apart and cleaning them ourselves only to find a giant clog with a ton of wet dryer lint. Will not be using in the future and will just take care of the system ourselves.

The service was fantastic. Taylor called 30 minutes ahead of time and arrived on time. He was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do (and followed up with feedback once he had performed the services). Won't hesitate to call them in the future for any job.

Excellent job.... this is my new company for air duct cleaning and I will definitely be referring them to anyone that needs air duct or furnace cleaning. Well worth what we paid. Great company!

After two weeks of trying to schedule an appointment through a terrible system, and after two scheduled appointments, Midwest Air Solutions never showed up to our home. I sent a number of emails and made number of phone calls to make this appointment. Three weeks later, I gave up and went with a better priced and more reliable company.

I scheduled the appointment, it was confirmed by email from Midwest. Nobody showed, I left two voice messages that day and one the following day. I also send an email to schedule a new date and time. This was one week ago and I have yet to receive a call or email.

I claimed a deal for Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning for $285. I signed up for scheduling on their website and mentioned the deal. Then they replied that "Unfortunately based on your location you would not qualify for the $285 deal, the cost would be $350 to have your air ducts cleaned and an additional $75 to have your dryer vent cleaned." There was nothing in the stipulations of the deal that mentioned location being a factor in the deal and this specific deal popped up and was offered to me after searching for Air Duct Cleaning, which is why i clicked on it. I replied via email showing them my angie's list page with my address and their deal showing up. I said that I believed they should still honor the prices in the deal based on this. I never heard back after that. I responded again 6 days later asking them again if they would honor the prices of the deal. It's been 2 days and I still haven't heard back. Not a great experience whatsoever.

Midwest first did not honor advertised Angies List coupon and then scheduled an appointment at the coupon price. Midwest never showed up for the appointment. No calls, no communications whatsoever. Wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them. Unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the work performed. Everything was explained prior to starting the cleaning. I felt like he was thorough and took care to make sure my pets were safe and secured when he was going inside and out.

We intended to purchase the Angie's List "special deal" that Midwest Air Solutions offered. We tried multiple times to get an answer to a few very simple but important questions about the service; however, after leaving multiple voice messages and a written message (through Angie's List) over the course or more than a week, we finally gave up and canceled the deal. This was one of the worst incidents of terrible customer service that I have seen in a long time. Since our dryer was giving us "blocked vent" messages and we couldn't get a response from Midwest Air Solutions, we finally gave up and went with another vendor who responded immediately.

Midwest Air Solutions called right away to give me a quote over the phone for the job. On the scheduled day, he called to ask if he could come earlier than our scheduled time, since he had finished his previous job sooner than expected! We were thrilled, as we have waited around all day for workers from other types of companies in the past. Simon was very pleasant and knowledgable. He was concerned that since we were in the midst of a renovation, our ducts could get dirty soon after the cleaning. He offered to reschedule after our work was more complete, for no additional cost to his original quote. (If that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!) My husband and I decided to go ahead and have the work done that day, since the house is 32 years old and most likely had never had its ductwork cleaned. Simon worked continuously for several hours. Several times, he stopped to point out things about our home that probably should be fixed, like two ducts which had slipped below the level of the subfloor, and suggested how to fix them. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with Simon and Midwest Air Solutions. Their customer service and work ethic are excellent, and the quoted price was very reasonable compared to others.

I was extremely happy with Midwest Air Solutions! I would recommend them 100%.

They did a great job, communication was very good, and they gave an orientation up front. They were very informative and showed me some of the things they collected and showed the the dirty filter. Overall, I have no questions or concerns and I would hire them again.

Excellent job. Did things no other company has done before. Simon is very thorough. Best equipment I've ever seen.

A+++. Simon is the man. He went above and beyond. We are in a newly built house and the furnace was filthy from all of the building materials. The home builder had the furnace running full time and all of the dust and debris from building got all in the furnace and the air ducts. I'm trying to send in pictures but I can't figure out how.

They did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend them.

It went well. The technician Simon had very great customer service. He kept me posted so that I did not have to waste time waiting in vain or have a very wide window for hm to show up. This was very important to me since I had an end time that I needed for the job to be completed by 6 pm. I greatly appreciated that. Absolutely great customer service. He did a good job in the cleaning also. I would recommend and hire again.

Simon called about 20 minutes before arriving within our assigned time slot. He was friendly and extremely hardworking. In addition to that, this company was very reasonably priced after comparing two other bids we received. We would absolutely recommend this company. Job well done!!
