Description of Work: We used the Angie's List deal for duct cleaning with unlimited vents and a few returns. Our house is quite large, and the technician was there for over about 5 hours. He did a very nice job, and honestly we almost felt bad because the deal was almost "too good" given the work that was done and the amount of time it took. We are very happy with the results, as I don't believe any of the previous owners had the ductwork cleaned.

Description of Work: Bad day of rain ...but did well under circumstances...only complaint ...left alot of lint (a sign we needed the service) laying on the ground ...but it has since disintegrated.... so no harm in the end.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent which ran from laundry room down and thru crawl space (25') to outside of house. This is first time I have used this type of service, so assume it was done correctly and cleaned out vent. 1) A long motorized air pressure hose with a twirly brush was pushed from outside thru the vent as far as it would go and then pulled back out. A decent amount of lint came out of the vent and landed in the yard. The lint was picked up reasonably well from the yard and placed in a trash bag. 2) In the laundry room, the vent attached to the dryer had a rt angle 3' down into the crawl space. The serviceman put his arm down into vent to pull out all the lint he could that was caught in the elbow. The serviceman was very polite and professional. He apologized for tracking a little mud into the laundry room and offered to clean it up. He also apologized for his truck dropping oil in my driveway. I would use this service again, but make sure they put something under the truck to stop the oil from dripping on the driveway.

Description of Work: Paid for the Big Deal to get dryer vent cleaned. Vent was broken in crawlspace under the house. So basically all he did was scoop out the lint with his hand and told me it was broken. Said he was going to give me a quote to fix the vent and never heard from him.
