Description of Work: Ordered duct cleaning special that said it would be scheduled within 2 business days after filling out Angie List form. (Form had me give 3 dates I was available). Did not hear from them. After 4 business days, I called and left message at their office. They finally did attempt to contact me after a week, but I had already requested a refund.

Description of Work: They came as scheduled to clean our air ducts - when they got here they informed us the house at one time had a coal furnace. They do not clean that type of residue in the ducts.

Description of Work: I ordered the Big Deal for Air Duct cleaning, but I didn't notice the fine print that it was only valid for homes up to 2500 SF. Ours is 4000, so it would have been more than twice as much, which I didn't think was a good deal.
