Description of Work: Whole house air duct cleaning and sanitizing plus dryer vent cleaning. It was an Angie's list offer at $299. Because we have two units we had to pay $200 more for the second one. |The young man who came was very nice and took time answering all my questions (and I had a few as it was the first time we had that done + I am not fluent in English!) |He did everything in about 3 to 4 hours and let everything clean after him. Good experience! |

Description of Work: My service technician, while young, was very nice. The job was a dryer vent cleaning which was performed on time. I was told that my vent was very clogged (probably true) and that he had done what could be done (probably not). I suggested that he have someone call me for replacement (never did). I also asked him where the lint was and was told it was in the attic (where he did the job). (Maybe they always leave the debris in you attic?) Anyway, you'd think he'd get the hint. In any case, I think my vent is worse now (based on drying times) than it was. Lesson: wait for the vent replacement deal and pay the extra money.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent, furnace and all ducts. The technician was professional and friendly and on time. We originally purchased the duct cleaning and he suggested cleaning dryer vent and furnace. We were close to having a fire due to vents not being cleaned. He left everything clean and made suggestions. I will use company again.

I would highly recommend this service company to anyone. I highly recommend keeping your air ducts cleaned and this company is who I would call.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts in my house, which has two floors and a basement, in about two hours. They also cleaned the dryer duct. It went very well. I'm quite satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Our person's name was Simon. My husband was the one that was actually there for the experience and he insisted that I write one of my reviews since he thought Simon was great. He walked through all the areas, thoroughly explained what he was doing, why, and if anything else was needed. Apparently the dryer vent had NEVER been cleaned by the prior owner and Simon was surprised nothing bad had happened prior to his visit. (This was actually one of my concerns and a reason for his visit) All-in-all, the visit was so good that my husband kept his information, said we'd use them again the next time, and requested I write a review. So we would definitely recommend them to others.
