Description of Work: Strong communication on the day of the service with phone call updates as to expected arrival time. Service was fast and the representative explained the process thoroughly before he began and when I had questions, he paused to address to make sure I was comfortable with any issue before he proceeded.

Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly on time, and was able to navigate some barriers in our attic to clean the duct work thoroughly. He was extremely professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. The house was built in 1948 and the ducts had never been cleaned, so they were filthy, but he acted like that was not a problem and worked very hard to make sure every duct in the house was clean. I cannot recommend this company highly enough--they were fantastic!
