Well. Took a long time to get service. They have a 'don't call us, we'll call you' policy.

I thought they did a very thorough job

They were very well organized. Their service was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely and they were on time.

I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS OUTFIT. Now my credit card company has paid the bill Midwest Air Solutions submitted without providing any service. I DID FILL OUT the QUESTIONAIRE FOR Midwest Service Solutions SERVICE BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY ON EITHER THE VENT OR DRYER CLEANING. WHAT GIVES??????? The phone number of MDW listed is always busy so there is no way to contact the company by phone and talk to anyone. MONEY WAS PAID BUT NO SERVICE PERFORMED!!!!!

All went well, as advertised. Simon was courteous, explained the procedure, appeared to work efficiently, gave a report after cleaning was completed.

They were punctual and professional about the work. Everything that I paid for and then some got accomplished. Simon kept in touch with me about follow up work that needed to be done.

We had a good experience with Midwest Air. Simon was polite and professional. The only downside was that there was a schedule mix-up where we originally scheduled for one date and they did not show. We were able to reschedule for two days later and everything was fine after that.

Simon (the technician) was fantastic! He came during the scheduled window, worked very hard, and was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable about the layout of the duct work in our house (which was built in 1930) and he made sure to explain the procedure before starting. He let us know that we could also have the system sanitized against airborne bacteria for an additional fee, which we decided to add on (and were glad we did!). Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Simon was great at explaining what he was going to do and is a hard worker. We weren't real comfortable with cutting holes in the ductwork but he said it was normal. We hope it doesn't cause any code issues in the future.

Tech called to let me know what time he would be arriving which was appreciated. But nicked up the walls and tore a big piece of paint off the drywall and didn't say anything :-(

Simon, the technician, was prompt, courteous and very professional in explaining the procedure etc. Having just installed new hardwood flooring I ask him to be especially careful with the equipment, which he was. He kept me informed throughout the process, even showing me pictures of an issue he discovered. He suggested that he could look at the dryer vent and clean it if needed for an additional fee, which I had him go ahead and clean. Overall, I was very pleased with this company and will certainly use them again.
