The service tech was very prompt and polite. The service procedure was not properly explained. A more accurate description would be "Return Air Duct Cleaning" as not ALL air ducts are cleaned. The service tech did not pay close attention to how he parked in my driveway, glad it had not rained for a few days since he managed to drive in part of my yard. Other than these minor details, the service was completed as advertised.

Midwest did as promised and left the house clean as when he arrived with very little disruption. Would recommend for duct cleaning

They culled 1/4 of a grocery sack of debris from my vents with a minimum of intrusion.

They did a good job, showed us some before and after duct shots, and then showed all the dust in the vacuum when they were done. They did the sanitizing and we didn't find the odor to be strong or offensive as some other reviewers indicated. It smelled like a doctor's office. My grandson has had pneumonia and may have asthma, so we didn't want to take any chances on pollutants being stuck in the ducts. Two young men came and they were very nice and did a quick thorough job.

My experience went very well. They were running late but kept us updated on when they would be arriving. The staff was friendly and professional while visiting. I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they worked out good. They were on time, and they did what they said they were going to do. The interactions were fine, there were no problems at all. We paid more than the big deal because we have a second HVAC system.

We were unaware that due to the type furnace we have they must drill two large holes in the air duct. so we called and were told it would it was not advised to do so by the furnace company. The technician was very nice and did not pressure us at all and I apologized for not knowing that, but had never had the service prior to this order.

The technician was about 1 hour late in arriving, but after he did arrive he did an outstanding job in cleaning our vents. The technician was very professional and extremely thorough in performing his job. Compared to the last vent cleaning, by another company, it was like night versus day. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I pretty much stayed out of the way. They use are to blow out the vents and long hoses w/a wiping smaller hose on the end of it to clean out the larger vents and returns. I didn't see how they cleaned out the dryer vent but I was told by the tech that they were actually pretty clean except at the outside vent. I was informed of my furnace filter was very dirty but they didn't have one my size which was ok because I had Action Air coming out to due the tune up on it. The tech was very polite and put shoe covers on anytime he came into the house. He was friendly towards my dog which is a big plus.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process. He was polite and also good with my dog (who get excited whenever someone new comes into the house). He proceeded to complete the work, which took some time, and let me know when he was getting close to finishing. I was a little alarmed when the sanitizer was used, as it caused a fairly strong, acrid smell throughout the house. He assured me that this was normal and that if it was bothersome I could open my windows--not ideal in cold weather, and I might have preferred to have a heads-up about it (not that it would have changed my mind about getting it...more just so that I'd have been prepared for it). He let me know that a good amount of dust had been removed, although I didn't think to ask to see it. It's hard to say how effective it was, since I don't really know what the ducts looked like before, but I do think that he did a good job and I'm pleased with the result.

They scheduled an evening appointment, due to my work schedule, for 6:00 p.m. I was just pulling into the drive way at 5:55 and, a few seconds later, the technician called to say he was running a little behind due to another job running a little late. That was fine with me because it gave me a chance to get inside of my home and settled prior to their arrival. Upon arrival, the technician was very professional and helpful. He explained what he would be doing and went right to it. The service was performed in about 2 hours and there was no mess! There was an incident wherein the tech mistakenly unplugged the deep freezer in my garage in order to plug up his equipment and it wasn't until several days later I noticed when I went to put frozen groceries in the deep freezer. I contacted the company and they reimbursed me for the groceries that spoiled and even provided me with a gift card to a local retailer. All-in-all the service was good. With this type of service, it is difficult to "see" results but, having the peace-of-mind that my vents had been cleaned was good enough for me. My home is 30 years old and I have owned it for 12 years and had only had the dryer vent cleaned about once. I am sure the vents had never been cleaned and there was apparently lots of dust and debris that had accumulated over the years. Quality of air is important and I can seem to tell a difference in breathing in the air in the home; the air isn't as "heavy" and doesn't feel as dry as it once did. I would use them again.

Purchased deal for duct cleaning, sanitizing and dryer vent cleaning for $299. There was a $55 trip fee because we live more than 25 miles from Westfield, which was made clear on deal voucher. Had a 9-11am window, Simon called at 9 and stated he would be here at approx. 10am. He got here right at 10, we did a walkthrough and he explained what the process was. It took a bit longer than expected, but he made sure everything was done right before he left. I am very happy with the result, Simon was very neat and orderly, cleaning up as he finished each vent. Very nice young man. Would not hesitate to hire company again or recommend them.

We were very pleased with the services provided. Simon called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was professional, and very courteous. Our home is 2,400 sq ft. Simon cleaned all the vents very quickly. He explained what he was doing, and offered an additional service to sanitize the vents. The cost was very reasonable. We are very happy with the results. It was nice to have a two hour service window. Nobody likes to wait around the house for services to be provided. Many times providers will give a 4 hour window. Waiting around the house can get boring, so I really appreciate a shorter wait time.

Arrived promptly and worked until all vents were cleaned properly, Simon, the technician, was polite, professional, and preserved until all work was completed. Some vents were extremely dirty and he share photos of before & after which were very revealing of how much better the duct work was after the service.

The representative was late for the appointment because of issues at the appointment before mine, however, it was not a problem. He seemed to be very thorough in completing the job and was very polite and professional. He also educated me about my air ducts and made sure to show me the things he was able to remove. There were no hidden fees or additional sale tactics. I was pleased with his service and would hire Midwest Air Solutions again (and will).

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were excellent. They ended up having to do two furnaces so they applied one of my coupons. I think I paid a total of somewhere between $800-$1,000. I am really happy with their service. They were very courteous and conscientious. The price was fine.

The technician was very polite and explained exactly how the process was done and how he would complete it. He offered a duct sanitizer for an additional price, which I had him do. Our house had never had the air ducts cleaned and it was astounding what was vacuumed out. He was very thorough and I felt comfortable with him to leave the house to pick up my kids from school. This was our first purchase through Angie's Big Deal and we had a great service done for a great price.

Simon was here on time and was extremely nice about working around my animals. No small task, since I am involved in rescue and at the time had 6 in the house. He explained what he was doing and why, because it was a different process than when I had it done years ago. He found a problem with my dryer vent and fixed it. I have recommended them to all of my family.

It went fine. They were on time and took their shoes off and explained what they were doing.
