They were very responsive and helped me with questions.

I had a very good experience. No complaints. They are courteous, they are timely and they know what they're doing. They were scheduling us on the 10th for the late afternoon and there was a potential conflict and they worked to get us in earlier and it worked out with another customer better too, but anyhow, they went through the trouble of coordinating a time change with another customer and it worked out well for everyone.

They showed up in the time window they indicated, were professional and performed the service they advertised. They had some difficulty getting the equipment hooked up to our furnace system but figured it out and went about their job quickly. We would use them again.

Simon and James called ahead and and asked if they could come early which was great with us. They explained what they were going to do and then did it. They were very helpful with the dryer vent and helped change the plastic duct to a new metal one. The dryer vent had not been cleaned in a very long time and they showed us the amount of "stuff" they got out of it. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism. We felt the Angie's list special price was a very good deal.

Simon and James arrived on time to clean the ductwork and dryer vent. They called ahead to confirm their arrival time, introduced themselves when they arrived and got right to work. Judging from the amount of dust they carried out, I think they did a great job.

Scheduling was pretty good and communication was also good with them.

The price was very reasonable. The gentleman that came was polite and answered all my questions I had and didn't look "put out" as some do. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Overall, the service probably wasn't needed but the house (with a cat) was five years old when we bought it so we thought we might need this service. When finished, the louvers where the forced air nozzle was used were noticeably bent. The machine that was used at the furnace left marks on the carpeted basement stairs. A fair amount of water was left on the floor at that location. Simon did change our provided air filter but left the wrapper laying around. Since the results of the service are mostly invisible, it is hard to know if the service was needed or worth it.

Overall the experience was OK. What I did not like was the way the appointment was set up. I was contacted by email to set a date. This was very inefficient and frustrating because we could not find a date that worked. After numerous emails a phone call was set up to set a date. The company did show up on time and communicated well about the arrival time. The service was as expected. |

We paid through Angie's List to get the coupon. They showed up in a timely fashion. But I didn't have a receipt on hand so he hung around over my shoulder while I signed into Angie's List to show him proof of purchase. That was a little awkward. He hooked his suction machine up and sprayed air into each vent while the machine sucked up the dust, dirt, etc. When he cleaned our outside dryer vent he got covered in dryer lint and complained about that. He asked to borrow my vacuum to clean up around the vents in our house because his shop vac had been broken for days he said. I let him use our shop vac.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It was a good service. There were no additional charges. The price seemed fair.

They were great and they came out around December 13th. We paid the exact amount of the deal.

The technician arrived on time and was very professtional. We walked to each room of the house to show him where the vents were located. He then began the process by moving the large machine to the basement where our HVAC system is located. He covered the floors before moving the machine so as not to scratch the floor. The process took several hours and we could not be happier with the results. He showed me all the dust and dirt that was extracted from the vents ... so happy to get all that dirt removed from our house!

The workers arrived on time and did the work in an efficient manner. They were friendly and courteous and explained what they would be doing. They showed me before and after photos of their work as it progressed.

I never had this service done before, so it was an education to me. They have a large vacuum unit and they did not have to bring that into my home, which I was happy about. They were able to do it all from my garage. They did a nice job and they were here maybe an hour and a half. I would certainly recommend them. They were very polite. They obviously knew what they were doing. They came in and took care of business. They were about 15 minutes late, but they did call ahead and told me so.

I have not had any problems and I would use them again.

They miscounted the number of ducts as well as the number of return-ducts. I asked them to take a "before" and "after" picture. They may have done so, but they did not show me the pictures. The appointment was for 3:00 pm and they showed up at 4:20 pm which caused me to have to reschedule another appointment. Since I did not have a before picture, I do not know how good of a job they did. I do know we have less dust on our mantle and furniture however, I do not have an empirical way to measure the improvement. They were courteous and professional, but I feel as if this deal was not as much of a value as other Big Deals I have purchased in the past.

Did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

They made sure every duct was accessible and even though they couldn't get to the coils, they did an excellent job of cleaning the vents.

Simon and John came on time and began work. They knew what they were doing, were pleasant and left the areas clean and in good shape. Quite satisfied!
