Through an Angie's List Big Deal, we purchased a whole house duct and air cleaning. Simon cleaned 11 vents and 4 returns, 2 mains and 1 unit. He is young, but set right to work. We were pleased with his job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for my son as a Christmas present. It was fine. I asked my son about it and he said they were very good. They worked very hard and they seemed very conscientious. He thought they did a good job. There were no additional charges. I would recommend them.

Great! I used a groupon coupon, but checked out the company on Angie's List prior to purchasing. There are A LOT of shady air duct cleaning companies on groupon.

Scheduling was a breeze. They worked with my limited availability to get into the house I just purchased before I moved in. On the day of, they were running a little behind, but they were very courteous and call before the appointment window to let us know it would be later than anticipated. They then called again to give adequate notice of their actual arrival time (since we were now outside of the original time window). The additional travel fee (since I am outside of their standard service area) was waived in exchange for them being late without us even asking. Once onsite, the service tech was quick and thorough.

Awesome! He was courteous, not over selling, but let me know what was necessary to kill the existing mold; it was treated and removed. I asked him to reseal the basement walls with Kilz. I'm very happy with the results.....quick smooth operation. I've used Travis in previous issues with the house and have been very satisfied. They are on time, efficient, and solve the problems with the best price in town.

Simon did an outstanding and professional job. This was on Angie's List deals email for $299.00. Regular cost is $600.00. We paid an extra $35.00 trip fee as we are out of their service area. It was worth the extra $35.00 trip fee. Punctual and cleaned up after service completed. Definitely recommend.

The experience was ambiguous at best. They cut a bunch of holes in the ductwork and did not adequately seal them. I've been duct taping ever since. I would not recommend them. The price was reasonable.

Great, couldn't believe how dirty the air ducts were. Courteous, timely service. Technician needs to wear booties when they are coming in and out of the house, they left the house a little messy. Otherwise, no complaints.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, and called before their arrival to confirm their appointment. They quickly got to work and did what they were supposed to do. We were informed of some issues we had with our air filter for the furnace, and made aware of the birds that had set up shop in our dryer vent. I will use this company again.

The workers arrived on time and were very nice. However, they had to use my vacuum cleaner because the one they brought was broken. They also did not clean up after themselves very well. I found a mess under two of my return vents upstairs that I had to go back and clean up. The vents looked good.

The providers workmen were polite, professional and on time. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went immediately to work. They did a fine job and I would recommend them to anyone who requires this service.

Everything turned out great. Scheduling went really well and there were was one person here doing the work. He arrived on time for the appointment. I felt the price was high for the service. He explained to me what he was going to do to my air ducts and I am satisfied with the work.

My previous roommate had a cat, which my brother-in-law was allergic to. After the cat moved out, I had the ducts cleaned (and carpets cleaned by another vendor). No more pet dander, and my brother-in-law breathes much easier now. They did a great job!

someone in the office dropped the ball. Had a scheduled air duct cleaning and waited over 3 hours. No one showed up or called. I finally called Travis and was told all appointments were cancelled due to weather. A phone call to inform me of this would have been nice. I rearranged my schedule and did not receive a courtesy call when there was a problem. It is like my time is not valuable. When the guys actually came the work was fine. No problems. I am tired of being taken for granted. My time is valuable too. Felt like I should have received some compensation for my time.

Overall, I think they did a good job. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. I would use them again. Areas for improvement: While this was a convenience at the time, most people do not want to be put on the spot to purchase beyond the original agreement.
